02/04/2024: Good pizzeria, quality of the dough, cooking and ingredients is really excellent. As a big fan of Italian pizza, to this day, I don’t know of a better pizza in Cognac! The + the room staff is very pleasant and helpful.

05/04/2024: Absolutely irresistible! Table outside at the beginning of April: idyllic, wooded setting, river a few meters from the table. Let's move on to more serious matters, the cuisine: a delight, of incredible finesse, the definition of indulgence, a harmony of flavors and textures. Duck breast has never seemed so delicious to me. The variation of chocolate will make my future desserts seem very bland... Discreet and very efficient service, master sommelier with very good advice, very professional: thank you!!!
05/04/2024: Very good meal as usual. My friend “regretted” the absence of an egg in the Easter pâté (a childhood memory) but was quickly reassured from the first bite of the fork and satisfied by all the dishes offered. Matthieu can be proud of his cuisine and his team.

05/04/2024: Small restaurant in the historic center of Angoulême. Warm welcome, the semi-cooked tuna accompanied by its risotto is a delight, original presentation. The same goes for the bobbin leg. Careful service. Excellent value for money. Very hearty.
We recommend!

(Tapas side), a delight, add to that a responsive and adorable team and you have part of the combo for a great evening. Around 10:00 p.m. the place comes alive in a crescendo, Music and lighting are expertly balanced for an atmosphere clearly worthy of the place! It was a first for me, I will go back 🙂
Last advice, don’t hesitate to book because after 10 p.m. there are people 😉

05/03/2024: Quality wasn't really bad, but we didn't think it was really good either. Especially a lot of pasta choice. Thick (too?) Macaroni, for example, that dominated the entire dish and therefore unfortunately destroyed it. Good price in relation!
