Furthermore, when it came time to pay, the card machine wasn't working, and without asking me, they forced me to pay in cash, going to ask my partner for money even though it was me who wanted to pay. An awkward situation and a complete lack of consideration for me as a customer. The waiter was downright disrespectful!

30/11/2025: Not really worth the Michelin star or the price. The food was ok, nothing special though. I would have been perfectly happy to receive it had it not been the star. Also, 10 minutes with an empty wine glass is a lot when buying the full bottle.

29/11/2025: I tried Loiseau des Ducs a while ago (I forgot to leave a review), and it's a Michelin-starred restaurant that perfectly lives up to the high standards of fine dining as defined by the Michelin Guide. The restaurant is nestled in the Hôtel de Talmay, a 16th-century building listed as a historical monument. For me, it wasn't just a meal but a true sensory experience. The service is impeccable, the pace is perfect, the flavors are refined, and the ingredients are of exceptional quality. I think it's one of the best first restaurants to discover in Burgundy. The prices are naturally high, but the experience is well worth it.
