29/03/2026: Absolutely delicious, a perfect experience from start to finish! We had a reservation and received a warm welcome. The dishes were simply excellent, bursting with flavor, and the staff were incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful. I highly recommend this place! ✨

23/03/2026: Having tried all the sushi restaurants in Dijon, and being a big fan of raw fish, I have to admit that Central Sushi's quality is superior. The menu is very varied and comprehensive, the decor is incredible, I highly recommend it.

22/03/2026: Over a 40-minute wait for two cocktails, while tables that arrived after us were served first. The service was completely disorganized, with absolutely no consideration for the customers. Given the experience, I'd rather not comment further… I strongly advise against going there.

04/04/2026: This restaurant is a real gem: every dish, from appetizer to dessert, is incredibly tempting. The hardest part is choosing, as everything looks delicious! A gourmet experience you'll want to repeat again and again.

03/04/2026: Objectively, the dishes are excellent, homemade, beautifully presented, and the price is reasonable! I thoroughly enjoyed trying the regional specialties. The service is very responsive and friendly! The only downside: the wait between courses (the kitchen must have been a bit overwhelmed). We arrived at 7 pm and had to wait an average of 30 minutes between each course. It's a shame, but I still plan to return; it's a great place if you appreciate good food.

24/03/2026: A lovely little restaurant where the dishes are simple and generous, run by a gentleman who is as good at cooking as he is at serving, and who is also very pleasant. This place is what you might call a great find, and we'll gladly return!

18/03/2026: Simple cuisine, gratins, omelets, or ribeye steaks, good and extremely generous portions... a vintage 50s-70s atmosphere. The restaurant is tiny, but absolutely worth seeing for its unusual charm, and the owner is very friendly. You'll be surprised... and it's not very expensive either.

08/02/2026: Brilliant craft beer place with an excellent selection of both local Dijon and other French (eg Piggy brewery) beers. Brut cider is also delicious, and would go well with the galettes they serve at lunchtime (note: they do not serve dinner, only bar snacks). Dog friendly too, which is great!

Unlike before, I loved this place; it had a great atmosphere and was very friendly. Probably under new ownership.

01/04/2026: I absolutely loved Chez Léon! A traditional Dijon bistro just the way we like them: authentic, generous, and full of character. The service is particularly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food is pure bliss: perfectly executed traditional dishes like andouillette sausage and pâté en croûte, made with quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. You can taste the respect for the classics. And what can I say about the wine list… exceptional, especially the Burgundies. We chose a superb wine that perfectly complemented our meal. I highly recommend this place; it's a true must-try in Dijon.
