08/12/2025: Regulars at Le Petit Roi, we were unfortunately very disappointed with Le Bistingo. At least that day, there was clearly a lack of skill in the kitchen. The poached eggs were hard-boiled; we informed the waiter (who was otherwise very friendly and responsive), and he brought a new starter. This time the eggs were cold, almost frozen. We ordered an Époisses burger, but it wasn't really made with Époisses cheese (the same sauce as the eggs, described as "cheesy" on the menu), and yet it was the same price. And there was nothing else in the burger, not even pearl onions or raw vegetables... The fries were still raw inside. A real shame.

18/11/2025: Very friendly and efficient service. A great time and an excellent meal. The only downside was the music; I know, maybe it's because I'm old 😂

30/01/2026: At Crusoé in Dijon, Thursday was an evening not to be missed. Pure joy, good humor, and cascades of laughter. Writers Thierry Garcia and Daniel Rabier electrified the audience, offering a blend of humor reminiscent of Laurent Gerra, Thierry Le Luron, and Bigard. Obviously I refuse not the slightest proposal for an arrangement results no pizza because it is too late for me to make it again... .. It's pitiful and it's regular 4th time that I have suffered their inability to manage a service New deal 1l.25 of coca cola €3.99 at this price it's a steal

13/11/2025: Very warm welcome and delicious muffins 😋 so much so that the space is just enough to accommodate all the customers, but we still managed to get settled in and have a very good time as a family.

08/02/2026: What a disappointment! We come for brunch once a year because the food is delicious and there's a good variety. The staff is pleasant. For a personal event, I decided to book in October for February because I knew the waiting lists were long. But imagine my surprise when I arrived! The reservation hadn't been registered! I remember very clearly discussing the dish with the person on the phone, and I was told upon arrival that my reservation hadn't been made! I am deeply disappointed. I certainly won't be back. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and we always found a place for our customers, especially when the mistake was made by the establishment. The only suggestion we were given was to come back at 1:00 PM. I'm not going to stand around for an hour hoping someone has cancelled. And if they haven't? I'll leave with that hope. In short, I am so, so disappointed.

08/02/2026: The "Japanese" touch in the cuisine surprised us, as we were not at all used to this cuisine, but it was a superb creation.

10/11/2025: Excellent pizzas (PDO and Bresaola) this evening with my partner at Acqua e Farina. Special mention also for the espresso 👌 One thing to note: we were told the wait time upfront when we ordered, and it was accurate. Other restaurants should take note.

16/06/2025: Found this place by accident whilst wandering around Dijon on a quick tourist visit. I love craft beer and this spot had an absolutely amazing range. The staff were super helpful in providing recommendations for taps from local breweries, and the snack/bar food offering was great. I thought there’d been a mistake when the bill came out as well - very affordable for the quality you get. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

28/06/2025: Very good restaurant with fixed price dinner menu at 39 euros for two courses + tea/coffee. I was pleased to be surprised with a great little amuse-bouche to start. Limited choice, but if you like what's on offer then it's definitely worth a visit. Food was well-presented and very imaginative. Service was very friendly, although did become a bit patchy as the restaurant filled up.

This ultra-unique restaurant is run by an exceptional restaurateur who works alone and truly deserves to be congratulated 👏 The dishes are incredibly generous and, above all, delicious, to the point that he even offers doggy bags. The icing on the cake: a complimentary liqueur and lollipop, a little trip down memory lane that brings a smile 😄 A fantastic conversation with this passionate and genuine gentleman. An experience like no other. I recommend it 100% without hesitation!
