28/03/2026: A very cozy place to enjoy cheese with a good wine. They offer three courses. The staff are incredibly friendly and try their best to please. Reservations are recommended, although there's usually a table available while you're enjoying your appetizer.

24/03/2026: A truly wonderful experience! Traveling solo for work. A fantastic welcome; they were so attentive and offered to let me plug in my laptop without me even asking. The service was incredibly pleasant! And the homemade food was absolutely delicious! A real treat! Thank you for this relaxing break in a busy day! And I even discovered Comtesse de Vichy cheese… so tasty! I'm definitely noting this address for my next trip!

10/03/2026: Warm welcome, the owner is friendly! The pizzas are very good, cooked in a wood-fired oven, and the service is very fast. The location is great, and the dining room and tables are lovely. For two people, it costs just under €50, which is very reasonable. I recommend it!

20/03/2026: A quick, impromptu stop at Food & Co during our visit to Sarlat, and yet... A superb welcome, a very kind and efficient owner. The salads were generous and appetizing, and the homemade sauce that accompanied the duck confit was to die for! Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: Excellent restaurant in Sarlat, discovered last night! The dishes are generous and truly high quality, featuring excellent local duck products. The cooking was perfect and the flavor particularly pronounced, demonstrating the care taken in the kitchen. The restaurant is located in a charming little alley in Sarlat, which makes the experience even more delightful. The staff is very friendly and we immediately felt welcome. I'm so glad I didn't let the 3.9/5 Google rating deter me, because this establishment clearly deserves 5/5. It just goes to show, you shouldn't always rely solely on a rating: some truly wonderful places are well worth the detour!

06/03/2026: This restaurant is very pleasant and the owner is friendly. All the dishes are delicious and generous. The value for money is quite good, especially considering its location in Sarlat. Note their homemade foie gras. The wines are also well-chosen. This was my fourth visit to this establishment at different times of the year over the years: always consistent quality and a real pleasure to return. I highly recommend it!

24/10/2025: Having already had lunch in this establishment in 1999, the former owner was a very good chef, we ate wonderfully well there at the time...we have just returned there 25 years later, the food is still excellent, the same setting and of course not the same staff...I enjoyed introducing this restaurant to my wife

14/10/2025: Out on our bikes travelling around Sarlat... Found this little GEM PIZZA SHOP. Pizza was made all fresh...owners were lovely & very accomodating, made us feel so welcome, i had a beer, wife had a glass of wine. we had the 13in to share Marianas Pizza, Oh my gosh was it good. It looked and tasted amazing.... Looked at the good rating on google....so glad we came here. Would definitely recomend a visit for fresh quality pizza

06/04/2026: A beautiful and charming house, well located, slightly off the beaten path but very close to the picturesque center of Sarlat. We received a very warm welcome from all the staff. The family suite was spacious, well laid out, and had comfortable beds. The breakfasts were generous and of high quality. The restaurant menu offered a variety of dishes, and the lunches were excellent and original, prepared with quality ingredients. We enjoyed them on the lovely shaded terrace! Wishing the whole team a wonderful season.

01/01/2026: A fantastic lunch for our first visit to Sarlat. The menus are very reasonably priced, featuring excellent regional products. If you want to (re)discover local produce, it's perfect. A word of warning for those with a big appetite: the portions aren't huge, but for the price, it's more than adequate. We thoroughly enjoyed it! A place to remember!

13/12/2025: The service was very good and fast, but the portions were small. We ordered the €29.90 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) and the duck breast, but to our shock, we received a third of a duck breast that was blackened and tasted like it had been poorly cleaned and grilled. The butcher's cut was a good size but tough and tasteless. We couldn't taste the difference between the duck breast and the beef because the burnt grill flavor was so overpowering. We were very disappointed. We pointed this out, but received no explanation. It was as if they didn't know anything, even though we're from the region and used to good Southwestern cuisine. We suggested they should have written "half a duck breast" and not "just a duck breast." So, the menu was misleading. We weren't the only ones complaining while waiting in line to pay. There was no attempt at compensation.
