Booking for a double birthday.
Discussions in advance for the organization of the half-day. Bowling afternoon for 25 people, followed by an aperitif and dinner. Everything was really good. The upstairs room is ideal for maintaining the intimacy of the event while not disturbing the passing public.
Listening, kindness, understanding, everything was there. My wishes were all respected. The dinner was really good, from starter to dessert, a treat!
The birthday cakes made by a pastry chef were excellent and exactly as I requested.
Friendly, attentive, dynamic and professional team. All the guests were won over.

11/11/2024: Quantity and quality makes this restaurant a very good opportunity to stop. The waiter boss is very welcoming, popular and dynamic. The dishes are of high quality, we enjoyed ourselves. Affordable prices. I highly recommend this place (I am the lady who enjoyed the duck leg, and who made the joke of giving it back to you apparently as you served it to me...😉😉😉). See you soon

01/11/2024: We came 2 years ago and upon returning to Sarlat we wanted to go back. 2 times!!!. A real pleasure every time. The team at the top, without forcing everything is done so that we have a good evening. Thank you for creating real laughs and therefore wonderful memories.

22/12/2024: Very good restaurant for a menu at 24€80 duck spring rolls, coq au vin, walnut tart. Super good, good quantity neither too much nor not enough, super digestible, top service neither too fast nor too long, super smiling and available waitress. In a magnificent city, on a Sunday lunchtime, in the absence of going to eat at the Christmas market which was very rainy today.
Thank you for this good time.

We left very disappointed, not satisfied but rather seasoned by the bill!
In short, a bad experience for us.

29/08/2024: We came to enjoy a kebab today. We were well received, the server was very nice. The price is all the more reasonable for a tourist town. Slight downside for the amount of space outside but this remains understandable given the number of shops nearby

18/12/2024: My parents visited last week and the heating in the room was a plug-in oil bath which was very noisy and moderately efficient. There was no heating in the bathroom either. Too bad for this price of 98€.
In addition, departure at 10 a.m. but we did them a favor by letting them leave at "11 a.m. last carat" knowing that in low season, the hotel was not full. There were also 3 people, the schedule could have been extended to 12 p.m., it would have been more commercial.
At the restaurant the menu only presented dishes for €32! The food was certainly good but no one offered them the Step menu which was certainly cheaper.
18/11/2024: We ate at the restaurant during our vacation in Aubeterre. What a delight!! The starter was amazing… we have never had such delicious squash soup 😋, it was so good!
And what followed was a treat too. Thanks to the chef and the kitchen team!! 💪🏻
The owner of the establishment who served us is adorable. His tourist advice was very good 👍.
We will come back to show Aubeterre and all this beautiful region to my father and stay in this hotel, which we loved!

Le poisson est excellent et le magret est convenable.
Les desserts sont bons
C’est un bon établissement, un rapport qualité prix convenable et une grande gentillesse
