Marie Rose, George, and their staff are incredibly warm, attentive to our needs, and highly professional. I highly recommend them!

29/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was cold: no greeting, no smile. Observing the waiter, we got the impression that his manner varied from table to table: he was smiling and friendly with some people, while with us, this was not the case at all. The biggest problem was the wait. We waited 45 minutes without anyone taking our order. After a while, we decided to leave, as this delay was simply unacceptable. The only positive point is that the restaurant is quite nice and well-decorated. However, seeing the plates served to other tables, we found the portions rather small compared to the prices charged. In the end, a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.

18/05/2026: This meal at Anne-Sophie Pic's bistro was a bit of a disappointment. Admittedly, one expects a lot from such a name, but it's probably naive to have imagined approaching this chef's talent. Of course, there were no flaws in this cuisine, which is indeed typical of a bistro. But there was a lack of inspiration and insufficient generosity on the plate. I'm not talking about quantity, but rather originality. In short, no complaints about the cooking techniques or the seasoning, but we simply expected more. It's worth noting that the desserts were exceptional. To experience Madame Pic's cuisine, you should visit the restaurant next door.

20/07/2026: Never disappointed during my train connections. The staff is fantastic; I go there every time I have a stop in Valence (located less than a minute from the station). They have a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. I'm disappointed when I take the train on Mondays because it's closed that day :)

17/05/2026: Nice and very comfortable hotel. Excellent welcome. Pleasant setting, pool and spa. Hotel restaurant: I ate there once a few weeks ago. It was very good! One small drawback: no restaurants/bars nearby if you want to go out.

01/04/2026: Restaurant located in a former grocery store. Very welcoming, set menu with reasonable prices and local products. Sparkling aperitif 🥂 with a very smooth chestnut liqueur – a delight. Excellent food. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: We ate here on Valentine's Day for a champagne dinner. The dishes were superb. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, all accompanied by free-flowing champagne. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decor is fantastic, in a historic building in the center of Valence.

14/06/2026: As a customer for 20 years, I'd always been quite satisfied until tonight. I ordered the Ardéchoise pizza with caillette (a type of sausage), which I hadn't ordered in a while. Well, the topping has changed drastically. Instead of generous chunks of caillette arranged in a row, there are now small cubes resembling olives scattered here and there. You can tell they weighed it down to the gram to maximize profit. What a shame! The potato, which is obviously cheaper, was still there.
