The place is lively, the clientele friendly, the regulars welcoming. You feel right at home. My favorite neighborhood bar, I come back every time. 🍺

The welcome is warm, the staff are smiling, and the brasserie-style cuisine offers simple, generous, and well-prepared dishes. A great place to spend a pleasant moment overlooking the sea, whether with family, friends, or simply for a relaxing break. A Brest address that I highly recommend! Convenient for workers, a real break.

19/09/2026: Maybe it's a good store, but for a 30th anniversary Pokémon release, €140 for the ETB, €70 for the boxed sets, and €40 for the duo packs... frankly, that's a rip-off for a Pokémon release. If the store starts Skype-talking to customers, well, frankly, we're not in trouble, but it's a shame that they had customers who bought into it, and in other words, we call them suckers. When I say it's a shame...

The cuisine is original, creative, and above all, incredibly delicious, with a menu that changes regularly. Each visit brings new discoveries and always pleasant surprises! Special mention should also go to the selection of natural wines, featuring unique bottles that are sometimes impossible to find elsewhere. 🍷 It's a real bonus for wine lovers. All this in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, without any fuss, that makes you want to linger. Baragwin truly has everything it takes to become a must-visit in Brest, and even more so once the renovations of the Halle Saint-Louis are complete and the neighborhood regains its vibrancy. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend! 👌

08/09/2026: A very popular restaurant in the shopping center, especially with local workers. We've never been disappointed with the food we've ordered. A meal costs €15 per person and includes a starter, main course, dessert, drink, and coffee. The only downside is the noisy atmosphere, but you get used to it. We come here almost every time we're in Kergaradec and want to have lunch.

16/06/2026: Coq'inn Kergaradec is a modern and very clean self-service restaurant. They offer a wide variety of starters, desserts, and main courses (around ten main courses). Most of their dishes are homemade. The food is good and served in generous portions. The staff is friendly and even pleasant. A tray consisting of a starter, a main course, cheese, a dessert, a bread roll, a small butter, and a Coke cost me less than €20. It's packed every lunchtime, but there will always be a seat for you, and it's undoubtedly the best value for money cafeteria in Brest.

07/10/2026: We often come here for a drink. And to my great surprise, we arrived for coffee and the atmosphere was very cold, with no smiles, and everyone was pressured to buy more. I won't be back.

12/09/2026: A wonderful place I stumbled upon while strolling along the port. The service is efficient, welcoming, and very pleasant. The dishes are generous, fresh, high-quality, and homemade. A true Brest institution, passed down through four generations. I highly recommend it!

27/09/2026: Avoid at all costs. The value for money is beyond disappointing. The pho soup has an intriguing and unsettling taste. The steamed assortment is far too expensive for frozen food. (4 bites for 13 euros—you'd think you were in Paris on the Champs-Élysées). The fried food deserves a decent mention. The mi xao is as bland as crepe. My only trip tonight will probably be to the toilet.

16/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at this little traditional place 😍 I've been a customer for over 8 years. The spring rolls were really good and the satay chicken was excellent 🥰 The lunch menus are very affordable and much better than an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

01/09/2026: €8 for just a kebab wrap without fries is way too expensive. How much does a full meal cost, €13? For that price, I can get a kebab plate from another kebab shop.

28/08/2026: A very warm welcome from the lady and truly homemade food, from the chili sauce to the bread. It was a pleasant discovery, as I'm not usually a fan of this kind of fast food. Come and try it; they've been there for so many years that everyone, young and old, knows them.

08/05/2026: A very bad experience. We had simply come for a drink and a crepe and Italian ice cream, which was advertised as being available continuously, with the machine visible inside the establishment. When I asked for Italian ice cream, the waiter told me they no longer made it and that we only had to order much more expensive sundaes. The result: a mediocre sundae, clearly made with industrial ingredients, tasteless, and a frankly disappointing butter-sugar crepe as well. The most unacceptable thing is that after paying, we saw several customers being served… Italian ice cream. So either the waiter lied to us, or he deliberately pushed us to order the most expensive desserts. I find this kind of practice very dishonest. When you add to that the quality of the products, which doesn't match the prices at all, it makes for an experience to avoid.
