15/04/2026: Hello, I've never had any problems with the Subway concept; I had one right at the foot of my tower block on Place Strasbourg. It had become my son's favorite restaurant. At the same time, my sister and I were watching the TV series Chuck, which was sponsored by the Subway chain. Yesterday, I wanted to do things the old-fashioned way: get a 12-inch sandwich cut in half and share the drinks with my two nephews (so 15 cm each). There must have been some confusion because, yes, the nephew ordered the strawberry water and the fruit compotes. I ended up with a bill of €21.40 for two meals! With barely two vegetables in each. I know they have smaller portions, etc., but the 12-inch sandwich, cut in half, with 10 cl of drink each would have been enough. A bit of a hiccup, considering I was babysitting for my sister and had to send the bill.

12/05/2026: It's a disgrace to call themselves a crêperie and an embassy to boot! The takeaway crêpes were very poorly made, thick, and not even hot when ordered! In short, I definitely don't recommend it! Avoid it and choose real local crêperies instead.

05/05/2026: Disappointed, I'm traveling around France for work. First kebab, and a galette with fries inside, hence the tiny amount of kebab inside—5 grams of meat. Profitable for the owner 🤔🤔🤔

27/05/2026: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this... I'm in the drive-thru line for a McFirst and a small wrap. I arrived at 11:30 PM, it's now 12:22 AM, and there are still 6 or 7 cars ahead of me. Okay, it's a bit busy, but can't you at least tell people that they're in a bind and that they'll have to wait an hour and a half for their food? It's clearly disrespectful. I'm not blaming the people who are there and working, but the managers who clearly don't care about their customers and, obviously, their employees... it's deplorable.

27/05/2026: Spending an hour and a half at the drive-thru (from 11 PM to 12:30 AM) to pick up a cold and incomplete order. I'm usually not one to complain; I can understand a bit of a wait. But this time, zero communication. McDonald's is no longer a fast food restaurant.

06/09/2025: I came by one evening, there were two of us around 10 p.m. to eat there. As soon as we arrived, the manager gave us a very bad welcome, his expression tense and surprised to see us. He told us coldly with a grimace on his face that it would not be possible to eat there without giving any other information. I went to the waitress to ask her for 2 pizzas to take away, which I was able to get. Regarding this manager, I don't know the probable reason for his bad look, but I think it's really a big lack of professionalism.

28/05/2026: I'm a regular customer, but there's a world of difference between the man himself making them and the kids making them! Yesterday I ordered three large pizzas and frankly, they were terrible! The pizzas weren't shaped properly, the dough was undercooked and thick! Honestly, sir, don't let other people make the pizzas instead of you because they're really not good at all. I came on May 27, 2026, and was very disappointed! So please, sir, don't let other people make the pizzas.

08/05/2026: Amazing pasta! Even though I ordered a Margherita, it was very generous. Excellent value for money. He was working alone, but he took my order quickly; the wait was less than 10 minutes. Helpful and polite, I recommend it. Weak points: - Limited seating (it's takeout only) - No restrooms - Very limited drinks selection (only water and Coke) Otherwise, amazing! Thank you.

25/03/2026: This university restaurant, unlike its counterparts Kergouat and the one in the city center, is well worth a visit. Comforting meals are available after a bad meal, and there's a good selection of starters, main courses, and desserts (compared to Kergouat). The dining room is very pleasant and bright for a university restaurant, and the staff is lovely. I highly recommend this university restaurant if you're hesitating between the three options in Brest.

09/05/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews. I love Izee restaurants, and I hadn't had the chance to go to the one in the Jaurès shopping center for quite some time. I stopped by with a friend on Thursday afternoon. The restaurant was practically empty, so we quickly ordered two milkshakes, which I paid for, and we were told they would be brought to our table—no problem so far. Except the wait was long, very long... My friend went to check on them, and they told her that the order had simply been forgotten, that it would be prepared and brought... Another long, very long wait... So my friend went back to check on them, and this time the person was downright rude to her. She was serving someone else she knew, as they were deep in conversation. After curtly saying, "It's being prepared," the person, to her acquaintance, displayed a very pronounced look of exasperation towards my friend. When you don't know how to work in a business with a minimum of respect for the customer, especially when you're in the wrong, you should refrain from doing so! Especially since my friend and I are far from being problem customers.

23/04/2026: We ordered two coconut bubble teas. Both drinks arrived, but one was a different color and tasted like water. I explained that the drink was very bland and had no flavor. Eventually, the drink was replaced. I want to emphasize that the employee who remade the drink was respectful and professional. However, the cashier's behavior was very poor and truly disrespectful.

19/05/2026: This is the first time I've been so disappointed. I come here every single day with my best friend (at least 5 times a week). Today I went as usual, and my friend went to ask for some sauces for me. The waitress came back a few minutes later and told us she'd give us more sauces because they'd checked the order and, since we hadn't ordered any (is that all they have to do, check the order to see if I actually ordered my deluxe creamy sauce??), (35 cents for two sauces = 70 cents wasted). It's totally unacceptable to speak to customers like that. It was like they thought it was their own restaurant to be so stingy. What's more, the staff were only talking amongst themselves. When we walked past the registers, we saw them sitting on the counters, slouching and laughing and giving us dirty looks. If that were all, I wouldn't have even bothered leaving a review here, but what a surprise when I opened my €2.95 wrap (it's shameful to sell it at that price already) and saw that there was more bread than anything else. Visited around 4:30-5:00 PM, very disappointed.
