27/02/2026: This used to be our favorite restaurant, and several months ago we discovered they no longer had the filet mignon skewers. Today, to our great disappointment, they also no longer had the chocolate brownie with crème anglaise. My scallops were tiny (compared to my husband's...) and they've changed the accompanying sauce, which wasn't as good as the butter sauce. And the beef skewers were overcooked. In short, we were all disappointed and left without ordering dessert.

10/07/2025: I arrived at 8:10 a.m. when the establishment opens at 8:00 a.m., and nothing was ready. The terrace wasn't set up, the stall was almost empty (only croissants and pain au chocolat), no fromage blanc, no fruit salad, and so on. I was told it would be ready later. Is it normal that the menu is 80% off during the first hour of opening? My breakfast was ruined; my day will be filled with frustration and melancholy because of you.

14/06/2025: The price is excessive considering the size of the drinks which is small and the quantity is not great. The cottage cheese is not cottage cheese, it is a plain yogurt almost liquid then the mocha coffee tastes more like a poor quality espresso and the Viennese was not great either. So I do not recommend going there.

06/08/2025: Minors must be accompanied in bars by an adult. As an exemplary mother, on hot days, you should put a small bottle of water in your child's bag. Fortunately, we have more satisfied and pleasant customers than you.

18/02/2026: Good self-service restaurant with very professional staff, especially with children. They brought trays right to us; we were a party of 10 including children, and a table was set up immediately without us even asking. Once again, bravo and hats off to the staff of this establishment; they truly demonstrate their expertise.

16/02/2026: Coq'inn Kergaradec is a modern and very clean self-service restaurant. They offer a wide variety of starters, desserts, and main courses (around ten main courses). Most of their dishes are homemade, and it shows in the quality. The food is good and served in generous portions. The staff is friendly and even pleasant. In short, good, even very good, food at unbeatable prices. A tray consisting of a starter, a main course, cheese, a dessert, a bread roll, a small butter, and a Coke cost me less than €20. It's packed every lunchtime, but there will always be a seat for you. Undoubtedly the best and cheapest cafeteria in Brest and the surrounding area.

16/01/2026: We ordered on a Saturday evening, scheduling the pickup. We had four different pizzas. I didn't find them amazing, nor did the three people with me. When we arrived to pick up the orders, it was almost 8 pm and there was no one in the restaurant. We arrived a little later than scheduled; I had even called ahead to let them know I would be a bit late. The person told me it wasn't a problem, that the pizzas were too hot because they had been put on the oven while waiting. For one thing, the pizzas weren't very generously topped, and frankly, the Bolognese pizza I ordered tasted like it had Buitoni sauce on it. Plus, they were lukewarm. I won't be going back. I'll try another one nearby.

16/12/2025: Even though it was very good! The dough was excellent! More cream and cheese in the calzone, and too many mushrooms for my taste! Was it on sale? 😀

01/01/2026: I didn't eat there. I simply went in to ask for directions to the second Breton Embassy located on Place de la Liberté. I received neither a greeting nor a welcome, and the exchange was very unpleasant. I felt condescending and completely discourteous. I don't recommend it, if only for the human element. Happy New Year anyway.
