21/01/2025: We were a whole table of colleagues! Over 2 days! I enjoyed the daily specials!! A pure delight!! (Fish dumpling/scallops and floating island...and fish/cauliflower)
A big thank you to the cook and also to the waitresses!! Great welcome too...
I recommend this brewery 😊
17/01/2025: Very nice discovery, fourth visit and always a real pleasure. One of the rare tables to still serve a grand marnier soufflé for dessert. Book is better

20/02/2026: After a lovely visit to Brou, we wanted to have a little aperitif before dinner, but as soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a Gainsbar (or Mr. Hospitality, "hello"), apparently the owner, who gave a frosty welcome (we couldn't even get in)...you can even sense his blasé attitude when he sees customers...avoid at all costs

07/03/2026: Today, March 7th, we went for lunch at the restaurant.
Friendly welcome.
Meal cost 62 euros.
The egg with mushrooms starter was a real delight, delicate on the palate.
Fresh frogs' legs.
Bresse chicken with morels and a perfectly creamy sauce.
Apparently, it's a young chef, and well, keep him, he'll bring in a crowd. It's very, very good. We'll be back and we'll spread the word.
Fanny had a lovely smile and was very competent and attentive.
A very good evening.
Michele and Raymond, we'll be back.
04/03/2026: Very warm welcome, excellent bone marrow, generous dessert. Top-notch service, very attentive waitress. Only one minor drawback: the wait for dessert. In short, a very high-quality meal.

14/08/2024: Maître d'hôtel en costume service aux petits soins décoration superbe et pour couronner le tout une gastronomie française régionale sans faille.
Cuisses de grenouilles en persillade cuisson parfaite on en mangerait sans s'arrêter.
Petites côtelettes rôties excellentes avec un gratin de patates divin .
Dessert exceptionnel arrosé copieusement de Grand marnier.
Vin du jour de qualité à un prix très correct .
Les tarifs sont très accessibles étonnant pour ce niveau de service et de qualité.
Ce restaurant est une belle découverte et il le tarde d'y retourner.
12/08/2024: Une VRAIE brasserie "à la lyonnaise" avec service irréprochable et plats tous délicieux ! J'ai été impressionné par la qualité des escargots et du poulet de Bresse, sans parler d'un amuse-bouche original et d'un dessert sublime (macarons framboises).
Rien à dire sauf un grand bravo !
PS : réservez, l'adresse est connue et appréciée...

15/09/2024: Nous sommes allés au Bressan aujourd hui très bon accueil et très bon plat fait maison, du foie gras, terrine de pot au feu, brechet de poulet, cuisse de poulet a la crème et les desserts tout était excellent.Pensez a réserver !!
26/08/2024: Excellent! Nous avons très bien mangé. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Il pollo di Bourg era favoloso e anche i dessert!
