02/09/2026: We went there for afternoon tea, and some tables were dirty and hadn't been cleared. There was quite a wait because there was only one person to serve us and the place wasn't very busy. They were out of French toast, which was a shame. The crepes were pretty good, but it's a pity the whipped cream wasn't served on the side; it melted quickly because hot crepes and whipped cream on top don't mix well.

This restaurant is ideally located and boasts a superb outdoor terrace, pleasantly shaded by parasols, with a charming fountain in the square and the gentle sound of flowing water. The welcome is warm and friendly. All the servers are very attentive, kind, and caring. I was accompanied by someone with reduced mobility, and there were no access problems whatsoever, whether in an electric or manual wheelchair. As for the food, it was a real treat! My colleague opted for the Bresse chicken with morel sauce and new potatoes, while I chose the dish of the day, a heart-shaped meat dish – "EXCELLENT!" I highly recommend La Maison des Jacobins, both for the quality of its menu and, above all, for the kindness and attentiveness of the entire team. 👏😊
