12/06/2026: An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was exceptional: warm, attentive, and highly professional. I particularly appreciated the attention paid to my request. Although the six-course menu is usually only offered in the evening, the team was kind enough to prepare it for me at lunchtime. This thoughtful touch demonstrates their desire to please their guests. The owner personally attended to me throughout the meal, with a passion and generosity that was evident in every detail. In the kitchen, her husband and his team do remarkable work, offering refined, creative, and perfectly executed gourmet cuisine. The wine selection was simply impeccable. It was my first time trying food and wine pairings, and I was absolutely not disappointed. Each pairing was perfectly chosen and enhanced the dishes beautifully. Finally, the value for money is outstanding considering the quality of the experience offered. The Scratch Restaurant in Bourg-en-Bresse is a true gem, an address I recommend without hesitation. A wonderful discovery, and certainly a place I will return to with great pleasure. Thank you to the entire team for this exceptional experience.

A quick message to the young people who will be working during the summer: hold on tight, guys, it's packed! 😄 But despite the crowds, the quality is always there. It's always so good. 07/07/2026: I've eaten at Crescendo several times now, and each time I'm just as satisfied. The staff is welcoming, smiling, attentive, and always goes the extra mile, even when it's busy. One detail particularly stood out to me: I wanted an iced coffee, which isn't really on the menu. Since they were out of ice, an employee took the time to go and get some from their other location so she could make it for me. Despite the crowd, she made a point of fulfilling my request with great professionalism and kindness. This kind of attention is becoming rare and deserves to be highlighted. It's this sense of service, combined with a team that's always available and pleasant, that makes me want to come back. Thank you to the whole team for your dedication and good humor. This culinary experience was a return to my childhood, when my mother prepared this traditional dish with love and passion. All the flavors unfolded beautifully.
