14/08/2026: A great place to eat in Annot, the food is homemade and excellent! Remember to book if you're coming on days when the Train des Pignes is passing through.

09/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at this establishment. The welcome was cold and disorganized, and the servers made us feel uncomfortable with their lack of friendliness. I do not recommend this establishment, which is sorely lacking in professionalism.

08/03/2026: Disappointing since the change of ownership, expensive food, barely friendly waiters... There were five of us, and we were moved to a table for four. I then found a plastic tag in my plate and felt like I was bothering them when I pointed it out... We really miss the old team and the self-service area with its reasonable prices.

23/02/2026: New owners! This "family" gave us a very warm welcome, and our table of 14 (!) didn't even have time to finish our aperitifs before the main courses arrived perfectly, and we thoroughly enjoyed them! A great break on the slopes, I highly recommend it. As an added bonus, a shot of génépi (€5) with a coffee (€2) is perfect for a boost during your morning or afternoon break – nothing better!

05/04/2026: We sat down with four children, waited 30 minutes, and were told it was going to be very slow. Okay. 30 minutes later, the waitress took pity on us and came to take our order. The owner walked by and told her, "No, you don't take orders, you have to see who's left first." Great for the customer! We waited an hour, weren't even sure we'd get any food, and were just a way for them to optimize their stock. The waitress said, "See how they talk to their customers and staff? You'd be better off going somewhere else." We left without any regrets.

28/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. Impeccable welcome and service, very attentive. The dining room is really pleasant, you feel right at home. We had a vegan burger, a lamb burger, and a strawberry-lemon tartlet, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. It's just a shame there wasn't a vegan dessert option. See you soon!

24/08/2026: In the world full of poor food for kids, this place stands out with the best gastrobar type baby burger. So so so good and gastronomic quality. My magret with pepper sauce was out of this world too. Highly recommend this amazing restaurant! Apricot and peach crumble was also incredible.

29/05/2026: An extremely disappointing experience from the very first phone call. The reception was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional, and the information provided was completely useless. The advertised price also seemed entirely excessive given the services offered. Faced with this obvious lack of professionalism and courtesy, we chose to book with another establishment. The subsequent response only confirmed this lack of professionalism, with a disrespectful and inappropriate message directed at us. This regrettable attitude makes us absolutely unwilling to trust this establishment.

26/05/2026: During a short break, the five of us bikers were able to quench our thirst and received a pleasant welcome in a very pretty setting.

02/07/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant, a very warm welcome and a delicious meal. Special mention for the hand-cut steak tartare!

25/08/2026: An experience to avoid if possible: low-quality food at a very high price. The waiter mumbled incomprehensibly, the waitress was a bit better. The owner (I think) drove around in an Ape 50, causing a nauseating stench right in front of the (outdoor) tables. I spent three days in the area and can say I haven't eaten well anywhere (long live Italy), but this was definitely the worst place. The thing everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, agrees on is the tourist-scratching prices; suffice it to say that a 0.5-liter bottle of water costs an average of 4 or 5 euros, and if sparkling, 1-1.5 euros more.

18/07/2026: We ate lunch on the terrace on Thursday, July 16th, as a party of four. I personally found a piece of plastic in my gnocchi, which leaves little doubt about their preparation. Some of the cutlery was greasy. The owner greeted us by pointing to a table without saying a word. The waiter was hardly any friendlier. The food was barely warm. The smell in the restrooms was unpleasant. We have some doubts about the overall hygiene.

04/09/2026: We had breakfast at this café; the waitress was very welcoming and smiling, and we really enjoyed it. We would gladly return.

08/08/2026: A normal brasserie. The person who served us was very helpful even though he didn't understand English and it was outside lunch hours.

12/08/2026: Please update the opening hours; it is currently closed for the holidays.

15/08/2026: We sat down at a table for a drink, but no one came to take our order. After 15 minutes, we went inside to see the waitress, who said she would come and take our order, but after 30 minutes, still no one… Other customers next to us had the same problem, and others left because they had already been waiting for a while… Furthermore, the tables outside weren't clean, and the staff wasn't very welcoming or professional.

10/08/2026: We came for the parade and waited patiently for our order to be taken. After an hour and fifteen minutes, we still hadn't been offered drinks; we had to ask several times. When it came time to take our order, the waitress told us she was only handling drinks and that her colleague would take care of the food, so we'd have to wait even longer! When she finally arrived with the drinks, she'd forgotten the bottle opener for the Coke and brought it back after fifteen minutes. When her colleague finally came to take our food order, he told us they only had burgers left. After waiting for an hour and forty-five minutes, we thought that would be enough, but when the burgers arrived, there was sauce on only one out of every three plates, and one of the burgers was burnt! In short, over 2 hours for service that was more than deplorable, practically nonexistent, an unopened Coke and a burnt burger, all for €69 – that's expensive! Luckily, while we waited, we were able to watch the parade, which helped pass the time.

21/08/2026: Friday night, family of four. Both my kids wouldn’t have more than a bite of the jambon and champignon pizza which is very unusual. They both instead shared the linguini carbonara with lardon. It was a well-sized portion. I ordered the penne gorgonzola dish and I was positive the order had been incorrect- it didn’t taste at all like gorgonzola. The waiter contested this, but agreed to have the dish prepared again. I could taste a hint of gorgonzola the second time but it was drowned by the cream and was almost soup. My husband had the calzone and it was mediocre. He didn’t finish it. Great location to people watch and kids enjoyed spotting all the street art.

13/08/2026: Great location for drinks and views. Nice staff and quick to deliver. The drinks are a pretty good size and good prizes as well. They will get you some pizza snacks while sitting there and enjoying the view which is nice :) It’s best later in the afternoon as it is in direct sunlight for most of the midday, unless you want a nice tan. Just remember sunscreen ☀️💪🏻 Definitely a recommendation. Go visit and enjoy the views and the drinks 🍹 Although it says Italian Restaurant it is great for drinks outdoors on the square.
