22/01/2026: Terrible! What awful service!!! Is a smile not even an option for the waitresses? Young and old alike... The team needs a complete overhaul. Who did the casting? These people spend so much time talking and laughing amongst themselves that there's none left for the customers. It's a shame because the location is nice.

Having tried escargots at several places, **the ones here were my personal favorite.** The **balance between the sauce and the texture was exquisite**, with the fragrant sauce perfectly maximizing the umami flavor of the snails. * ✅ Roasted Duck: The main course, the roasted duck, was **very generous in portion** and satisfying. The **impeccable searing** (doneness) kept the meat juicy while the skin was fragrant, making it an extremely delicious dish. ✅ Final Thoughts The quality of these bistro classics—escargots and roasted duck—was exceptionally high, resulting in a highly satisfying dinner. We were able to enjoy our meal with a delicious rosé in a calm atmosphere, and I would gladly return to this restaurant.

03/02/2026: We arrived at 1 p.m. The restaurant was empty on a Monday lunchtime, but someone on their phone was sharing videos as background noise, adding to the unusual atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and friendly, but we had severe stomach aches after eating frozen dishes, and I highly recommend the ravioli with beef stew, which were swimming in water. The dishes are served in less than two minutes, so they're frozen, leaving us with stomach aches and nasty diarrhea. Eat at your own risk…

10/01/2026: I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this restaurant. Pure bliss! I had a veal escalope filled with tomato and vegetable sauce, topped with a layer of cheese. It was truly delicious! My friends had the same experience, ordering daube and salmon pasta! Regarding the dessert, it's true it's not homemade, but many reviews complain about this, saying, "Oh, it says 'homemade' in the original text." NO, it doesn't say so, so we expect it's not homemade (so some of you, stop with your false remarks). Especially since the waitress was very honest and told us straight away, which I really appreciated. As for the staff, the waitress, waiter, and cook were all lovely! I'm really looking forward to going back someday! PS: The price is very reasonable! (I paid 26 euros for the main course, drink, and dessert).

06/01/2026: We are regular customers of this establishment. Generally, we are quite satisfied with the service and the food. I am a fan of good fish. We came for lunch on January 1st, and what a disappointment it was! I was cold throughout the entire meal, which is very unpleasant when you're eating in the cold. And yet, the restaurant was quite busy; it could have made the dining room feel warmer. Now, let's talk about the food: the salmon was very good, simply presented, but tasty. The prawn ravioli was very dense, giving it a mushy taste, and was served lukewarm but cold inside. Furthermore, I wonder where the prawn was. The next course was a small veal tournedos served on a bed of mashed potatoes with a mustard sauce on the side. I didn't like the sauce at all, and in fact, I left it on the edge of my plate. As for the dessert, I won't even mention it; it was a huge disappointment. We found it so sickening that we only managed two bites and left everything else. And now, let's talk about the bill. Of course, we knew the set menus were €48 per person, but when we arrived, I paid €98, and the worst part is, I didn't even realize it right away. Not only did we not eat well, but we were also ripped off. It's not the extra €2 they charged us, but the way they handled it, especially since the bill was printed on the computer, making it impossible to make a mistake. I find it very unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming to this place. Restaurants these days are increasingly disappointing.

29/10/2025: A meal with friends, and what a disappointment! The beef stir-fry we ordered was a tiny casserole dish meant to be shared between two people, even though it wasn't specified on the menu—a truly insufficient portion. And the chocolate fondant was anything but; it was very dry…

02/03/2026: We were looking for a restaurant for Saturday night, and everything was booked except "Les Drailles." Not so surprising, really: The owner, who is also the pizza maker, is about as friendly as a prison guard. He refused to let us leave our dog in the car, even though we were in a small mountain resort (so much for nature!) and the restaurant was empty and would remain so all evening. My friend's pizza was burnt, and what about my partner's? I took a bite and found a staple. I told the waitress, "Management apologizes, but sometimes when they light the pizza oven fire with crates, the staples pop out." Unacceptable, isn't it? I was with friends, so I wasn't going to make a scene, but when I paid, they offered me a €2 scoop of ice cream for the inconvenience. Barely a glance, not a thank you. In short, shameful from start to finish. Since a good sketch is worth a thousand words, I'm adding, in my opinion, the photos from our evening.

06/01/2026: Good aperitif. It's a shame that there isn't even the slightest amount of background music and the atmosphere is a bit dull. I don't know if the price is in line with other places, but 2 spritzes, 1 small and 1 medium, are 25 euros. There are no crisps or peanuts, but if you want them, there's a machine that gives you a can of salty things for 1 euro.

14/03/2026: The welcome was pleasant, the service decent, and the setting rather nice. Unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. Given the prices, one would legitimately expect the food to be of a higher standard. But the food falls far short: it's very disappointing and clearly not worth the price. The prevailing impression is that this establishment prioritizes its location and transient tourists more than the actual quality of its cuisine. The setting is attractive, but the dining experience doesn't live up to expectations. What's most surprising is that several negative reviews already mention the same problems. It's probably time the establishment took these comments into account rather than continuing to ignore such recurring criticisms.
