12/06/2026: Quiet transit hotel with disrespectful staff. The staff members lack any sense of morality, are young, and usually unsupervised. They also park their own cars daily in the reserved parking spaces for the disabled, which is supposedly permitted by the manager (who is also an involved party!!!). Very arrogant response from the owner of the Citroën Xsara when making a comment about this (see photos). Apparently, the management itself decides to occupy those spaces if no room for the disabled has been reserved (??????). We had also booked a standard room but do have a disabled parking permit; not everyone is less mobile or disabled in the same way. Additionally, some male members of the reception (the same ones mentioned above) pay more attention to the female member of the bar staff than to the customers presenting themselves at the reception. The breakfast itself is well-prepared and tasty, but sometimes there is fresh fruit juice and sometimes not (?????). The room has a nice shower and is clean. This hotel loses 3 stars from me due to the arrogance and disrespect of the management towards people with reduced mobility; therefore, I have attached a photo of their vehicle (without a reduced mobility card).

06/06/2026: I was there for the first time last week, and I can tell you it's a very good establishment in terms of property and staff. They're really friendly, and I was lucky enough to have a room with a terrace, which is rare in hotels. Breakfast is very well organized. The only small detail is that the parking lot isn't suitable for trucks; I get dropped off by my work colleague in the evening and they pick me up in the morning. Thank you to the whole team.

07/09/2026: A fantastic restaurant with excellent food and top-notch service. Our first time in Castellane for a holiday, and we'll definitely be back if the opportunity arises. For dessert, we had the speculoos tiramisu, which is nothing like the Italian version, but it was exceptional... absolutely delicious! Thank you!

06/09/2026: Hello, we arrived at the restaurant quite by chance on a charming little street in the small village of Castellane. We stumbled upon a small restaurant where we had made a reservation for a table for two at a specific time. The time arrived, and we arrived at the restaurant. Not having a table, they set us aside. A table became available fifteen minutes later. The waitress was very friendly, as always (and professional). Instead of coming to tell me my table was ready, Enza called out from a distance, very loudly. The restaurant was full, but it was truly wonderful. Everyone turned around to greet us – a fantastic welcome! We were shown to our table. The waiter – and I mean the waiter – served us very, very well. We ate very well, with a smile – the service was perfect. The setting is very pretty, but I find the tables too close together because we could hear each other talking without being able to have a conversation. We couldn't hear ourselves speak. The setting is nice, but extremely noisy. In terms of value for money, be prepared for noise. As for cleanliness, forget it, the toilets are far from clean...

26/08/2026: Very welcoming. Decent evening meal. Very generous breakfast with fresh products (bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, jam, butter, orange juice).

13/08/2026: Passing through the area, had a very good meal. Don't judge a book by its cover; the restaurant's interior is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the menu was superb.

01/09/2026: The pastries are to die for. The puff pastry is incredible! Often disappointed by modern bakeries that have lost all trace of their artisanal character, I highly recommend this place where you can rediscover the taste of good bread and old-fashioned, all-butter pastries.

12/08/2026: Great place! The custom trompe-l'oeil cakes were perfect for a teenager's birthday. Beautiful creations and the cakes were delicious. I highly recommend it!

10/08/2026: Well-organized boat rental. Clean boat, cleaned between each departure. Snacks: excellent salads and burgers. The kitchen staff (including the owner's son) serves good quality, well-prepared food. Generous portions.

10/08/2026: Fantastic day! We rented a 7-seater boat for 6 hours. Friendly welcome, clean boat, magnificent scenery to discover. We'll definitely do it again.

14/08/2026: Mismatched decor, a tense atmosphere (boss and owner arguing and calling each other names), the pizzas are good and generous, the children's menu (steak, fries, tomato, Provençal and classy) is well served and good.

08/08/2026: We enjoyed a delicious, hearty, and refined burger, accompanied by succulent fries. However, I advise you to check the lightbulb in the entrance, as it's not suitable for people taller than 1.85 meters.

01/06/2026: The room was very basic but the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very well located. The staff were very friendly. What will make us return is Mr. Michel's warm welcome; we have rarely seen someone so attentive to their guests. A big thank you to you!

29/03/2026: It's not so much a question of quality as of quantity on the plate... especially for the price! €6 for half a glass of white wine is a bit steep. Perhaps we should have checked reviews of other restaurants before choosing. Anyway. It's a shame, the place is nice.
