08/09/2024: Hotel restaurant in its own right which has been its charm for several decades that I have known it, the owner always so welcoming. The food is very good as well as the breakfast. Very friendly staff too.

31/08/2024: Hotel restaurant at the foot of the Val d Allos slopes.. Friendly and dynamic welcome. Meals with local specialties… a real delight…. Cute room with a breathtaking view of the Col d Allos. A place to remember….👍👌

24/08/2024: Very warm welcome from the waitress, nothing to complain about on this subject, however the meal.... Linguine with prawns: tasteless, full of water, non-existent pesto.... Uninteresting burger, the pesto sauce must have gotten lost on the way! A quarter of an onion placed like that on the minced steak, an unfortunate slice of tomato, all with 3 fries fighting a duel and a poor salad with a cherry tomato in it without even having taken the trouble to cut it in half. Honestly for the price other restaurants offer much better in the same price range.

24/08/2024: Warm welcome and terrace. We ordered a duo salmon salad which was copious and good & 1 beef carpaccio, and that's the whole problem, 1st little disappointment at the sight of the plate, a few slices of meat bathed in a large quantity of olive oil. I go to the tasting and the surprise the meat was still frozen, I took the liberty of letting the young waitress know, not even a suggestion to change my plate, the remark was also made at the time of checkout and we We had a huge feeling of I don't care, not even a little word of apology...... And finally we managed to see which slices of bread once 3/4 of our dish had been eaten. I ultimately think that this establishment is just there to produce numbers and not quality.

01/09/2024: Miserable! I am not sure why this lady wants to work in a client facing role, when she clearly doesn't like people. We visited as a friendly group of mixed European cyclists for coffee. Wow! What an awful reception. She made a mistake on our order but when we asked for a replacement she was not happy! Super rude.

08/08/2024: So many negative reviews!!!!! So, either I'm lucky, or I have a pleasant and very pleasant appearance 🤣🤣. I spent 1 week in Valensole, I went every morning to have my cream and eat the croissants (bought at the bakery next door). The friendly and smiling waitress. The first day, she warned me that they didn't take credit cards, that surprised me, but she gave me plenty of time to go to the ATM next door to come back and pay... Sometimes courtesy has to be on both sides. If I come back to Valensole, I would sit again at this pleasant terrace.

28/07/2024: Big surprise no bank card... it's 2024... The toilet no latch no door handle. For the bill, don't expect to see a brief receipt to avoid...
