25/08/2024: We went to Mont Mezenc on 08/25/2024, however Surprise a big political head had decided to return that same day, result blocked by the Gendarmerie arriving at the top!! No indication below to warn people, tourists..... Contempt and lack of respect, it's true the gasoline is free and we're on vacation all year long to do this type 100klms return trip for nothing... Thank you, thank you, thank you very much!!

23/08/2024: Sunrise from Mont Mézenc On the advice of our hosts, we wanted to see this superb painting. Leaving Puy en Velay around 5:15 a.m., allow a 45-minute drive to arrive at the parking lot which is located at the start of the path for this short hike. The walk lasts about 45 minutes, well dressed, equipped with a headlamp, good shoes and a thermos of hot chocolate for the reward, we therefore advanced towards the summit of Mt. Once at the top, let the natural magic happen. The view is 360°, the moon in a dark sky on one side, the color of a rising sun on the other. This little walk is definitely worth it! After this experience, you can have lunch at Les Estables. We opted for various treats bought in the small bakery in the center, and a hot drink at the bar/restaurant near the tourist office. After a short rest period, we completed this visit with a visit to the summer sleds, which are a 10-minute walk away. (Opening at 10:30 a.m.) A busy morning that benefited the whole family! The smiles were there. Good discovery!

From our very first meeting with Barbara and Charles, we knew we could trust them completely. They were remarkably kind, available, and professional. Throughout the preparations, they listened to us, respected our every wish, and supported us with genuine care. On the big day, everything was absolutely perfect. Every detail was meticulously managed, and every unforeseen event was anticipated with discretion and efficiency. Thanks to them and their entire team, we were able to fully experience our wedding without worrying about the organization. We simply enjoyed every moment, surrounded by our loved ones, with complete peace of mind. The staff was exceptional from beginning to end: smiling, attentive, dedicated, and always ready to make the day even more beautiful. Their sincere commitment greatly contributed to making the evening a truly magical moment. We will cherish unforgettable memories of this day, thanks in large part to Barbara, Charles, and the entire team at La Terrasse. If you're looking for a venue where the human touch, quality service, and attention to detail make all the difference, don't hesitate for a second. 08/06/2026: We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's 18th birthday at this venue. The setting is superb, with the room opening onto the beach and the sea; no decorations were needed, everything was perfect. The catering was excellent, and the service was impeccable! Thank you for your warm welcome and for being so attentive; we are more than satisfied!

17/08/2024: Honnêtement, par rapport à ce que j’ai pu lire, et ensuite constater pour essayer ( étant du coin … pourquoi pas!) j’ai été super déçue ! Niveau qualité/prix je trouve que c’est cher pour ce la qualité du contenu de l’assiette. J’ai prix des gambas, la décortication très difficile … elles étaient caoutchouteuses …. L’accompagnement ressemblait à une bouse posée dans l’assiette un genre de riz concassé tout collant absolument pas attirant et une ratatouille basique par dessus … à notre arrivée ( alors qu’il n’y avait encore que très peu de monde) a mis plus de 20 minutes pour prendre notre commande ( ayant prit les commandes de tables alentours s’étant installées après nous !!!!! J’ai trouvé cela aberrant et irrespectueux avec un manque de professionnalisme ! L’entrée peut passer bon en même temps un camembert rôti il n’y a rien d’exceptionnel à réaliser cela, et dessert : tiramisu, bien que nous aimons le café amer non sucré, on sentait bien trop l’amertume comme si c’était de l’extrait de café de mis dedans et non du vrai café, aussi trop sucré pour le mascarpone mais bon…. Je suis désolée mais vraiment je ne recommande pas ce resto aux personnes qui aiment manger de la qualité, qui apprécient la bonne cuisine …. Ça peut être bien pour les vacanciers qui crèvent juste de faim uniquement.

24/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! The equestrian center is located in the heart of the Garrigue, making for a magnificent ride and exploration of the Ardèche region. Séverine knows her area very well and shares her knowledge with great enthusiasm! The horses are adorable and suitable for all levels. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

29/04/2026: Hotel des Voyayeurs in Lalouvesc On Sunday afternoon, we had lunch at Hotel des Voyayeurs in Lalouvesc for the third time. We opted for a four-course menu (€27 per person) featuring a platter of cold meats and a salad to start, fish as the main course, cheese and a dessert. The food is served by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff in a dining room with a traditional, cosy French atmosphere. There are two groups and many families having lunch at the same time as us. It’s pleasantly busy and everything runs smoothly. The various courses are well prepared, with delicious side dishes; they are truly delicious and served with great care. We are once again amazed by the value for money. At Hotel des Voyageurs, you really do get your money’s worth. In short, we’ll be back soon.
