17/08/2024: Un restaurant, très bien, des salariés souriants, très accueillants, l’assiette Castel est excellente, service plus que satisfaisant, avec des cocktails succulents. La terrasse bien entretenue, c’est un restaurant plus que recommandable, la cuisine y est excellente.

08/08/2024: Nothing to say. The service is discreet and excellent and the cuisine is equally so, we feel that it comes from competent and environmentally friendly caterers. I highly recommend going there if you want to try Vietnamese specialties.

24/08/2024: Rather disappointed mixed salad with very strong sauce (mustard very present), it reminded me of the expression "the mustard goes to my nose. The ingredients making up this one are very ordinary.
Order error with the plate on slate (cheese + pork) when only cold meats were ordered (dish changed).
As for the steak as I eat it blue, the meat is always tender, (not nervous) served with fries that are not greasy, that's already it.
Dessert OK but not unforgettable.
Price not commensurate with the menus, a small, friendly village, and little competition must justify a slightly high bill.
12/08/2024: Nous y avons déjeuné hier à midi. Serveur et serveuse très sympathiques. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Patron qui n hésite pas à passer entre les tables pour voir si tout va bien (comme autrefois). N hésitez pas , vous ne le regretterez pas.

When we arrived, the waitress warned us that there would be a wait because of the night market. Well, this kind person did everything possible to serve us quickly and, above all, correctly. The team is attentive and friendly.

28/08/2024: A regular at the restaurant, the dishes offered are refined with a palette ranging from the Ardèche region to Italian flavors. Local products, garden vegetables, fresh pasta, varied cellar at affordable prices...and impeccable service! Go there, you won't be disappointed!
09/08/2024: Very pleasant lunch at Tanargue.
We come there every year as a family during our visit to Ardèche.
Albert and Marcella are adorable, the cuisine is of high quality, the dishes are excellent.
The setting is perfect for spending a pleasant time on the terrace.
Special mention for Marcella's artisanal ice creams which delighted us again.

19/08/2024: Contrary to certain negative opinions (may these people open such an establishment and we will talk about it again) the bastide of Vebron is a superb place without fuss where a warm and family atmosphere reigns. The buildings are magnificent, the rooms are very clean, you feel good here. The discreet owners are nevertheless present and attentive. It’s honestly a very nice discovery!
