28/03/2024: This restaurant was chosen based on good reviews and ratings. It is located on the 0th floor. We were met by the chef, our order was prepared very quickly. It was delicious, good prices. Fish soup, squid with rice, fish were all delicious. Minus one - there is no hood in the room.

28/03/2024: Today we had dinner at this restaurant. The portions are large and the taste is above average. Service in English is a plus. Minus the room with a kitchen in which there was not enough exhaust power and the burning smells were worrying. The restaurant is located in the basement and there is little air. Overall rating 3 out of 5.

03/03/2024: Very bad experience, the owner of the establishment is unfriendly, a shame for the staff who, unlike their boss are very professional and welcoming, this man should change jobs he is not at all made to work in the hotel industry!!!! Perhaps, sir, you are self-conscious about your small size...

04/04/2024: Very disappointed, it was much better some time ago, the cuisine is no longer the same, the dishes are less good and less well presented. The snails had no taste, the sauce for the beef, too peppery otherwise no flavors, restaurant full but it's everywhere.... maybe they changed cooks because really not at all what I like have known before. Damage...

28/04/2024: Très bel endroit et la quantité et qualité sont au rendez-vous. Canard au sang, vol au vents, foie gras, grenouilles, cassoulet, fromage à foison ….impossible de faire la liste. Tout est très bien cuisiné et le service est de qualité. Les serveurs très sympa et aux petits soins. À refaire !

28/04/2024: The buffets are to be had! But be careful with the ambient temperature, eating in large quantities and drinking wine under 27°C in the dining room is complicated, this is my 4th time, each time it's the same, no matter the season. Every time I'm old enough and that spoils the experience. I have wanted to come back several times, but this is the last.

05/04/2024: Very warm welcome, perfect service, and excellent meal. The cassoulet really lives up to its reputation.

23/03/2024: Excellent address, the setting is pleasant and neat, recalling the wine-growing history of Fleury with its imposing lightning. The cuisine is inventive, precise and refined, the products are highlighted and each dish has character. The service is pleasant, we had an excellent evening, started with a Glamor cocktail with peach accents and continued by a very good viognier from Saint Chinian.

22/03/2024: Very nice place to spend a pleasant time. The service is as good as the place. We chose the discovery menu with very different tastes and flavors, even surprising at times. I highly recommend this establishment.

18/03/2024: Very warm welcome to this establishment by the boss Seb, even though we had not booked. We enjoyed a cassoulet, super good and very filling, but I left nothing in the cassolette. When we return to Trebes, we now know a good address. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you again Seb for your welcome.

04/04/2024: Place located in the new city (on the outskirts of the old town) that offers a well-priced menu with 4 starter courses, a main course and dessert. We have eaten well and calmly. The place is not very big and the atmosphere is close and familiar. Alright!!

13/10/2023: Wonderful experience! Everything was excellent: from the first welcome wine of glass, through the very nice and interesting winery tour, then delicious dinner in extraordinary environment. The guest bedroom was nice, comfortable, with charming view from balcony to surrounding hills and vineyards. Breakfasts were delicious, on both morning. Thanks Liz and Joe for the very nice weekend!

02/10/2023: In a word; sublime! Joe and Liz were fantastic hosts from the moment we arrived. We were a party of four, and we booked the ‘Winery Tour and Merrymaking’ experience. And boy, we were merry! For more than 3 hours our glasses were never empty! Joe’s stories of making the leap from construction in Massachusetts to winemaking in France were so entertaining, and Liz’s food was par excellence. I would not hesitate in recommending this experience to anyone who enjoys good wine and good food and would like to learn a little about wine making, but more importantly anyone who wants to have an enjoyable time. I would also like to thank Liz for arranging our taxis there and back. We were staying in a very remote area, and without Liz’s help we would have been stuck for transport.
