30/08/2024: Very beautiful stone farmhouse, remarkably restored, and nestled on the heights of Millau! Superb setting with its swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and plants! Only small downside, a little too isolated! Very friendly welcome and available and accommodating hostess! Thank you to her and to all those who participate directly or indirectly in the maintenance of this magnificent place!

29/08/2024: Disappointment. No one present on arrival, no explanation about breakfast. Despite the information when booking that the restaurant would be open, this was not the case. There was also no jacuzi. The breakfast was poor. Only 1 chocolate biscuit and a few slices of stale toasted bread with jam, no cold cuts, not even a slice of cheese. A real shame, a beautiful location where you can do much more.

14/08/2024: Hôtel restaurant au cœur du village, où vous serez accueillis avec le sourire. Certes les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, mais il suffit d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour profiter du bon air et de la quiétude. Literie de bonne qualité. Solarium et piscine, bien agréables.

06/08/2024: Scam attempt? Bad faith? Incompetence? Anyway, after being debited by booking (booked in April) and when we did not have the tourist tax left to pay, the receptionist made us pay for the room. After several emails, calls (all during our vacation) and 2 weeks later still no refund. I don't say thank you. Our vacation budget was depleted and we had to postpone certain activities

04/08/2024: Our stay this year is totally different from the previous one. We were not informed of the newly obligatory reservation at the restaurant for dinner which led to us being unwelcome at the restaurant, an option was offered to us to "snack" at the garden bar, not to mention that there too we We were very poorly received. Many services have been changed downwards but not the price of the room (incidentally smaller and more modest than N-1, without air conditioning, without minibar) A magnificent castle where we had excellent memories…

27/08/2024: Repas très agréable en famille. Le menu est plus que copieux et le personnel très agréable. Nous repartons repus avec quelques bouteilles de bières "maison" 😁 Seul bémol : le pain. On s'attendait à du bon pain de campagne pour être raccord avec tout le reste. Merci à vous pour cette belle journée. Nous reviendrons pour la fameuse fouace !

02/09/2024: Buffet lunch meal, very well stocked, a very large choice of salad and desserts, there were also plenty of dishes. Really nothing to complain about... A nice little word from the boss upon payment...

17/08/2024: Même éviter en tous cas pour le moule frites . Les moules étaient comme rachitiques,desséchées.Nous avons mangé des gaufres au dessert qui étaient correctes.

12/08/2024: Nous avons passé un très bon moment. L’ambiance est sympathique, les serveurs et serveuses sont très souriants et la cuisine est bonne. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

04/09/2024: Most bizarre stay. Although pre booked we had not been advised that the entire hotel was closed. We were the only guests. The room was dirty. Only three pillows for two beds. The whole experience was spooky and left a lot to be desired. Having now been contacted by the hotel since my review I can honestly say I spotted that the restaurant was closed on a Monday. We could not contact anyone about the state of the room or for more pillows, as being closed the was nobody to contact. Whilst I appreciate that others have loved this hotel, I can only report on our personal experience

06/08/2024: La demeure qui sert d'hôtel est splendide et très bien entretenue. Les abords et la piscine sont aussi très bien entretenus. Le cadre et l'environnement sont magnifiques. Point noir qui dénote de l'ensemble : Le repas du soir servi au restaurant. Quelle déception dans ce décor où l'on a envie de bien manger Pour moi : une assiette avec quatre demi-tomates, une cuillère de brandade de morue dessus, quelques haricots verts pas cuits et quatre olives, le tout pour 26 euros. Pour ma femme : Une courgette cuite sans véritable goût, un oignon simplement cuit au four, une tomate ébouillantée, le tout dans une assiette de lentilles mal cuites et baignant dans un jus vinaigré, le tout pour 26 euros. Un repas avec des aliments qui ne sont pas mauvais, mais sans saveur, sans présentation des plats et des ingrédients, sans une véritable cuisine des aliments. Une cuisine de cantine a un prix d'un bon resto. Je m'en suis expliqué auprès de la patronne qui a eu un geste de réduction symbolique de la facture. Vite, mettez en adéquation le charme de votre hôtel avec une véritable cuisine digne de ce nom.

07/09/2024: I was expecting a very good experience based on the photos and I was very disappointed. Our server was very nonchalant and I found the staff generally cold. In terms of cuisine, I think there is potential but it is currently underexploited. The starters are disappointing and lack taste. For the dishes you have to completely review the accompaniments. Offer aligot and truffade why not (even if it is offered almost everywhere in Aveyron and we are saturated), but the meats deserve more elaborate accompaniments. We only tried the fries (not really good) and the truffade, which was prepared with too much cheese and too heavy. It's really a disappointment because the setting is very nice and the photos very promising. Unfortunately we will not return to this restaurant.

16/07/2024: We knew the brasserie for the quality of its meats, we wanted to try the Fish and Chips The Véritable was excellent: the fish was very good, the breading just right, the homemade fries All this accompanied by a glass of Jurançon, a double ice cream, a coffee all for €20 The waitress was very friendly, it was a good time!!!
