13/07/2024: 3 plats différents, et tous étaient excellents. Nous nous sommes régalés. Et on reviendra avec plaisir. Les goûts étaient là contrairement a un commentaire négatif de juin.

27/06/2024: Accueil et service très sympathiques, la cuisine est savoureuse et délicatement épicée. Les plats sont joliment présentés et servis chauds. Dommage toutefois que le restaurant ne propose pas un menu pour le déjeuner. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

26/08/2024: Friendly hotel with a magnificent view of authentic houses and the nature of the heights. Unheated swimming pool but very pleasant equipment.

15/08/2024: The Florentin is a pleasant hotel, very well located and quiet. Our room was spacious and the bathroom modern. However, the decoration lacked elegance. The room service during our stay was rudimentary: the beds were barely made and the sinks were not cleaned. When we arrived, there was hair in the shower. Breakfast was OK but a lot of mini aluminum pods without specialties or regional products. The host didn't really welcome us. We felt like we were disturbing. In summary, for the calm, the location and the swimming pool, I recommend it. For a warm and quality stay, to review.

18/08/2024: We kwamen met 6 personen voor de middag en we werden niet geholpen. We hebben zelf maar een tafel gekozen en een extra tafel aangeschoven. Na 45 min wachten om geholpen te worden hebben wij het restaurant verlaten. Totaal geen contact gehad met de bediening ook al geef je een seintje. Meerdere malen kwamen Franstalig personen die na enkele minuten direct geholpen werden. Als toerist zeker geen aanrader.

22/10/2023: Very disappointed by the lack of taste of everything I ate. Very tough meat, frozen fries, chocolate ice cream without any taste. Despite very friendly service, I was very disappointed with the food. Damage....

20/06/2024: Grosse déception. "Chaleur nordique" nom du resto ?! intérieur sombre, moche, lugubre. Un calme monacal et froid où chacun contrôle ses gestes de peur de se faire remarquer... Et surtout beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est, et sans AUCUNE générosité dans l'assiette. Le ragoût 26€ l'assiette avec purée est bon sans plus, 3 viandes dans un caquelon minuscule et un peu de salade. La soupe de fruits 5,50€ : un demi verre si vite avalé qu'on n'a pas le temps de goûter. Le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas du tout, nous ne sommes qu'à Millau quand même. Un menu existe, mais que pour les personnes qui dorment à l'hôtel et dans un cadre strictement professionnel. Etonnante politique commerciale. A lire les commentaires précédents anciens vu les dates, ce commerce n'est plus ce qu'il était. Toujours au détriment du client.

13/03/2024: Small resort with a few slopes which is more than enough to have a little fun with the children, a well-defined and rather large tobogganing area, generally quite well snow-covered and easy to access. The rental store people are very friendly and it is possible to eat there too.

12/09/2024: Cuisine et service au top, nous nous sommes régalés avec le farçou tout léger, nous avons pris la saucisse (pas grasse) l'aligot comme il faut et pour finir la tarte Bourdaloue (la meilleure que nous avons pu déguster un peu tiède) et une boule de vanille. Bref un excellent repas menu à 27 euros. Vaut le détour.

11/09/2024: Following a car problem we were unable to honor the famous Bowling Hotel in Millau with our presence; reservation made on July 13 for the 18th. We were only able to warn this dear Mr. Gaillard at the time of our concern. Mr. Gaillard made us a proposal over the phone on the condition that we send him an email to confirm our agreement, which we did, here is his response: We have 2 prices. The least expensive is non-refundable, non-modifiable, non-exchangeable and is not refunded for any reason. This is why it is cheaper. The second rate is modifiable and benefits from free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date. In your case, the reservation was due because it was canceled the same day. Second response following new email: As you have read correctly "the hotelier will not reimburse you" and as already announced all reservations are with free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Except that you have chosen the non-refundable rate which, as its name suggests, is not refundable. You can ask your insurer to reimburse you. Here is my response: It seems to me that you have not read your own T&Cs nor what I have written to you. The sentence you use is not complete because it is indeed the deposit and not the entire stay; We have not paid you any deposit. In addition, you indicate that we “chose” the non-reimbursed rate… We didn't choose anything, you gave us a price, that's all. Nothing is indicated anywhere and nothing was said on the phone… The T&Cs on the hotel website indicate that we have 14 days to withdraw since the order was made by telephone. The government website also tells us that only the deposit cannot be refunded; we were charged the full amount of the stay. So, a little advice; avoid breaking down if you go to this gentleman.

20/08/2024: Excellent surprise! We passed through the Marcillac valley and La Grange in Clairvaux is excellent. Fresh produce, tasty daily menu (zucchini crepioux and chocolate chip French toast among others). Go for it!
