29/01/2026: It's simply inedible; everything is rubbery, completely lacking in freshness. It's impossible that it was cooked that day. I didn't touch the seafood; I can't afford that level of risk. I only ordered spring rolls and steamed dumplings, which were tasteless and reheated. In short, there's nothing to say.
18/01/2026: We had a wonderful meal! The sushi was delicious.
We ate very well.

The music quality has clearly declined lately.
There are also quite a few thefts in the venue and in the cloakroom (not regulated).
Despite several reports, the perpetrators are apparently still getting into BQC.
Basically, it's become like this:
You have a good time one night out of four, and you get robbed one out of four times.
Hoping you'll implement the necessary changes for 2026 so we can have a good time again.

For €15.50 for lunch, starter & dessert buffet very good, hot main course less choice but still 2 meats & 2 starchy foods/vegetables, more than enough.

27/08/2025: Despite the rainy weather, we were able to enjoy a snack with the children: two Nutella waffles and two ice pops for 11 euros, which is still reasonable. The setting is lovely. Thank you to the very friendly waiter.
25/08/2025: The waiter, wearing glasses and a backwards cap, was particularly unpleasant and mocked us for no reason; we didn't understand why. The service was incredibly slow, over an hour for a pizza, so we left before dessert.

06/08/2024: Scam attempt? Bad faith? Incompetence? Anyway, after being debited by booking (booked in April) and when we did not have the tourist tax left to pay, the receptionist made us pay for the room. After several emails, calls (all during our vacation) and 2 weeks later still no refund. I don't say thank you. Our vacation budget was depleted and we had to postpone certain activities
04/08/2024: Our stay this year is totally different from the previous one.
We were not informed of the newly obligatory reservation at the restaurant for dinner which led to us being unwelcome at the restaurant, an option was offered to us to "snack" at the garden bar, not to mention that there too we We were very poorly received.
Many services have been changed downwards but not the price of the room (incidentally smaller and more modest than N-1, without air conditioning, without minibar)
A magnificent castle where we had excellent memories…

10/12/2025: We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was simple but enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was dinner each evening, the staff and the food was superb. We visited Oct/Nov. Highly recommend!

13/08/2024: En cheminant les rues nous nous arrêtons devant ce restaurant où la terrasse était complète pour le déjeuner. Nous sommes donc accueillis à l'intérieur, dans un environnement cosy qui n'a rien a envier à la terrasse ! Tout est parfait, le service plutôt rapide malgré l'affluence, une équipe dynamique et chaleureuse. Mais surtout de très bon plats. Le menu du jour à 18 € est simplement parfait.

Ris de veau 14€ : assiette bien trop maigre pour des connaisseurs aveyronnais.
Antipasti’s : artichauts manquants, merci à la serveuse réactive.
Magret, demi magret en fait devrait être précisé.
Salade végé: décevante , association d’ingrédients peu harmonieuse, sucré-amer…, des farçous à la place du pounti seraient les bienvenus, les petits crackers ont peu d’intérêt.
Nous avons passé un bon moment donc pas de rancunes ☺️!

17/11/2025: Taking over from Mr. Truchon, who established the restaurant's reputation, was a significant challenge, brilliantly met by the new team. We had a very pleasant time, discovering refined cuisine and savoring a succession of delicious dishes. The welcome was warm and the service elegant and friendly.

21/09/2024: Good welcome, very clean rooms, well soundproofed and very good bedding. Good food in generous quantities. A plus for the excellent Aubrac meat. Too bad there are no mixed salads on the menu. Good varied breakfast.
19/09/2024: Excellent welcome at Coudercous, very good meal and breakfast (all you can eat). Bad sleep in a type of poorly equipped dormitory lit by an emergency block all night!
