Evening meal, night and breakfast €82.
The dishes offered are homemade and of high quality, we ate very well.
The rooms are unpretentious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The bedding is of high quality.
Family establishment, where you are warmly received.
In the center of Decazeville to recommend, without hesitation!

12/09/2024: Cuisine et service au top, nous nous sommes régalés avec le farçou tout léger, nous avons pris la saucisse (pas grasse) l'aligot comme il faut et pour finir la tarte Bourdaloue (la meilleure que nous avons pu déguster un peu tiède) et une boule de vanille. Bref un excellent repas menu à 27 euros. Vaut le détour.
11/09/2024: Following a car problem we were unable to honor the famous Bowling Hotel in Millau with our presence; reservation made on July 13 for the 18th.
We were only able to warn this dear Mr. Gaillard at the time of our concern.
Mr. Gaillard made us a proposal over the phone on the condition that we send him an email to confirm our agreement, which we did, here is his response: We have 2 prices. The least expensive is non-refundable, non-modifiable, non-exchangeable and is not refunded for any reason. This is why it is cheaper. The second rate is modifiable and benefits from free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date. In your case, the reservation was due because it was canceled the same day.
Second response following new email:
As you have read correctly "the hotelier will not reimburse you" and as already announced all reservations are with free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Except that you have chosen the non-refundable rate which, as its name suggests, is not refundable. You can ask your insurer to reimburse you.
Here is my response: It seems to me that you have not read your own T&Cs nor what I have written to you.
The sentence you use is not complete because it is indeed the deposit and not the entire stay;
We have not paid you any deposit.
In addition, you indicate that we “chose” the non-reimbursed rate…
We didn't choose anything, you gave us a price, that's all.
Nothing is indicated anywhere and nothing was said on the phone…
The T&Cs on the hotel website indicate that we have 14 days to withdraw since the order was made by telephone.
The government website also tells us that only the deposit cannot be refunded; we were charged the full amount of the stay.
So, a little advice;
avoid breaking down if you go to this gentleman.

15/11/2024: Petite carte, mais menu très bien cuisiné. Des produits locaux et de qualités. Présentation des plats en adéquation avec le lieu, simplicité et bon goût.
Petit bémol pour les gros mangeurs, vous resterez peut-être sur votre faim.
Service rapide malgré l'affluence, la patronne assure en salle.
16/09/2024: 15/09. Ce n'est pas notre première visite, la première remontant à plusieurs années. Nous avons assisté à une professionnalisation progressive, mais sans omettre le caractère simple des débuts.
Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir, au menu, la joue de porc mitonnée avec le même soin. Quand ce plat figure (rarement !) dans un autre établissement, nous le choisissons et cela nous sert de témoin pour comparer. La Pailler l'emporte largement. La restauratrice nous a alors conté la préparation et tout s'explique. Le verbe "coufir" (ne cherchez pas dans le Larousse !) a encore du sens.

07/09/2024: I was expecting a very good experience based on the photos and I was very disappointed.
Our server was very nonchalant and I found the staff generally cold.
In terms of cuisine, I think there is potential but it is currently underexploited.
The starters are disappointing and lack taste.
For the dishes you have to completely review the accompaniments. Offer aligot and truffade why not (even if it is offered almost everywhere in Aveyron and we are saturated), but the meats deserve more elaborate accompaniments. We only tried the fries (not really good) and the truffade, which was prepared with too much cheese and too heavy.
It's really a disappointment because the setting is very nice and the photos very promising. Unfortunately we will not return to this restaurant.

Very beautiful estate, with a great welcome from the whole team.
You can ride on horseback or on foot, the icing on the cake is visiting the museum, I loved it.
A site to absolutely discover.
14/08/2024: We did a 2-hour walk with Anna who was very friendly and gave very good advice. The landscapes are magnificent and the horses are well trained. I highly recommend!

We all ordered a steak with aligot, after waiting 1 hour to be served while the restaurant was practically empty, the steaks or what appeared to be steaks arrived burnt and overcooked compared to the cooking time. requested. Forget what you knew about this restaurant which, just yesterday, was renowned for its cuisine and its service, as the village's must-see: the new occupants are among those who are mistaken when they think that catering is a profession that we can take it lightly; the couple of hours spent waiting to be served is a fiasco capable of extinguishing the distrust that you should have for the second disaster: the contents of the plates. On the menu, judging by the appearance of the platters which adorn the tables which have not been deserted by the rare customers whose impatience has not prevailed over hunger: rickety snails presented in ramekins with Catalan cream, partially thawed frog legs bathing in the transparency of a canteen bowl, the whitish paleness of an industrial vinaigrette placed on a fluorescent salad, which goes well with wonderfully with the floury complexion of an unworthy and reheated aligot. These accompaniments will be served to you, as long as you wait until early in the morning, alongside overcooked meats that even an authentic Laguiole knife would have difficulty cutting. In short: the feat which consists, on the part of the new manager of the Bull Inn, in sweating profusely while running in all directions without taking out a single plate, protects you from the worst that could happen to you: being served.

23/08/2024: Eating on the terrace in the center of this pretty little village is very pleasant. The service is provided with sympathy despite the lack of staff in these difficult times, the gentleman does everything possible and does his best to satisfy us. Be forgiving! The village also needs its services to survive.
The food is good, especially the pizzas, the prices in general are affordable.
I recommend!

The server is friendly and does a good job.
The terrace in the heart of the city is fantastic.

05/10/2024: Bartender as bitter as possible and dry as can be. It is not possible to shift a table by 5cm to make a slightly larger table and not two separate tables, it is not possible to pay by card. For the same quantity of drink, the cheapest in the normal trade was more expensive in this bar. The bartender doesn't even bother to serve us on a tray (even though he prepared the tray in question beforehand). And the icing on the cake, he asks his tobacco colleague to collect the money for him. I don't recommend... And I'm not even talking about the flies coming out of the lamps on the ceiling.

El trato del camarero no ha estado acertado, solo le pedía verdura y conocer la receta del plato tradicional motivada por tema de salud.
Su sonrisa burlona por mi francés y después al pedir sacarina, ha sido decepcionante.
20/09/2024: Accueil pas vraiment sympathique serveuse désagréable avec son jeune collègue...assiette de charcuterie pas de bonne qualité et de ce fait trop chère. Salade de farcous : 2 farcoux des carottes des olives du maïs et de la pastèque que vient t elle faire dans mon assiette ? Et de la salade de la salade....salade de chèvre chaud. Même chose. Nous venons en tant que touriste découvrir le patrimoine architectural mais aussi découvrir le patrimoine culinaire. . ..vraiment pas au niveau du site
