27/04/2026: Arriving late this Sunday, we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh monkfish.
A very pleasant person welcomed us with a smile. We finished with a delicious dessert.
Highly recommended! We'll be back!

Cobwebs, dusty, bordering on dirty, creepy, insects on the tables, flies buzzing around you, no menu, the owner asks you what you want to eat while picking his nostrils... yes, really! After that, you lose your appetite. ...the meat looked good, but it was hard to swallow, and the hygiene was questionable. So we ate super fast, like a speech from Gonzales, we couldn't wait to get out of there... brrr... honestly, we were really disappointed. However, the owner is nice, and the price: €50 for 5 people, hard to find cheaper. But clearly, we'd rather pay double and go somewhere cleaner. I still get goosebumps thinking about it!

29/05/2026: Never again. What a disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend it. The food is very disappointing and of poor quality. A ghost hotel. One person trying to do everything, while five people were staying overnight. The only positive point is its location.
But avoid it. A sinking ship, in my opinion.
16/05/2026: We stopped by early in the morning before continuing our walk on the Camino de Santiago. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast before setting off. Alain was always ready to help.

02/01/2026: I found myself scrambling at the last minute, on December 31st, to find VUSE top-ups for my brother. I was feeling a bit discouraged and ready to take any top-up, even if it wasn't the right one. Luckily, the tobacconist was kind and helpful, informing me that his were indeed unsuitable. Eventually, I managed to find the correct top-ups at another tobacconist. Thank you! ☺️

23/05/2026: The service was appalling; you don't get to choose your seat. You're seated at a dirty table that's never cleaned. In short, avoid it at all costs. As for me, I'll never set foot in there again.
29/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant with my partner and daughter. We received a warm welcome and were seated quickly. The charcuterie appetizer was good, as was the meat. It's a shame the fries weren't homemade with decent meat, and the chocolate mousse was clearly store-bought. It had been recommended to us as very good, but I don't entirely agree.

14/06/2026: We waited a very long time for our meal, and the waitress was incompetent. The menu said "homemade fries," but when I asked, she said they were frozen. You also have to ask for bread, otherwise they won't bring it. We asked for vegetables, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere that they were an extra charge (€5). It's appalling.
Avoid this place.

For all those people who don't like going to the casino to watch a football match and then complain that they don't pay attention to you and just chat for 30 minutes, I'm telling you that's not true. I go there regularly and I have absolutely no problems with the staff at the entrance, the restaurant, the bar, or the cook. They are all top-notch. However, you'll excuse me, they only have two arms. Perhaps you should also ask yourself if you are polite and smiling, because from what I see at the casino, people who come in all look glum. Remember, smiling is the only thing you don't pay for! 😚😚😚😚

The staff are grumpy, the "homemade" aspect is questionable, and if it really is homemade, they should learn how to cook (it's cold, tasteless, the aligot was awful even though it's supposed to be the local dish)... come on, we were on vacation, and if you don't get ripped off at least once in this kind of "restaurant," you're not really on vacation... avoid it!
07/05/2026: While we had a package deal booked through an agency that included meals, drinks, etc., when it came time to pay the bill they refused to include wine. As a result, they got paid for the package by the agency plus the price of the wine. A real profit for them! At no point did they tell us that wine wasn't a beverage! We didn't make a scene, but frankly, we found it dishonest.

I'm very disappointed with the service at the Leclerc drive-through today! Until now, I've never had any complaints about their service, but tonight... An employee came with my order, said hello, scanned my card, and then just left, as if to say, "You're on your own." He literally left without a word, and I had to manage on my own, not even a goodbye or a good evening, nothing. I had to put the empty cart back in front of the closed drive-through door. The attitude was completely unprofessional.
If he doesn't want to do this job, that's not my problem, and I shouldn't have to suffer because of his frustration, but I simply ask that he at least be respectful to customers—the basics of living in society! I understand that days are tough, but they are tough for EVERYONE.
This young man served me today, May 26, 2026, at kiosk 3 or 4 around 5:45 PM. He really gives a bad impression of the service, and it saddens me because other employees are true rays of sunshine.
03/01/2026: The star rating is for the friendliness of the staff, not for the operation of your drive-through service. I use a drive-through system because I can't go to the store, which is also the point of the system. But every month, I just feel like I'm your dumping ground for unsold food. I spend my time receiving all sorts of items with very, very short expiration dates that don't even allow me to consume the product completely, or even use it at all, if I haven't checked the date when I receive the order. It's products bought and money thrown away. I'm really angry. I don't use this system to constantly lose money. Not to mention the stock and selection on your website, which are really poor; it's quite difficult to get what you need. When you have competitors who don't treat us like their dumping ground for short-dated unsold goods and who offer a much wider selection of products, I think it's easy to want to switch to them... I find this very unfortunate on your part... I'm not the only one, judging by the comments on the other drive-through platform in Rodez... You really need to rethink your customer service... I don't recommend you!

02/01/2025: On the banks of the Aveyron river, near the medieval bridge which allows you to return to the historic center of the city and its majestic bastide, this always crowded brasserie (it is better to reserve) offers cuisine in all seasons made from tasty traditional dishes. In summer, the terrace allows you to sip a cold drink and have a peaceful lunch.

21/09/2024: Good welcome, very clean rooms, well soundproofed and very good bedding. Good food in generous quantities. A plus for the excellent Aubrac meat. Too bad there are no mixed salads on the menu. Good varied breakfast.
19/09/2024: Excellent welcome at Coudercous, very good meal and breakfast (all you can eat). Bad sleep in a type of poorly equipped dormitory lit by an emergency block all night!
