11/08/2024: Discovering this restaurant, we were able to reserve a table on the terrace a few minutes before going there.
Very pleasant staff, copious, well-prepared dishes. The only point that would need to evolve (from my point of view) is the relatively rich cuisine (oil, butter, etc.) which does not allow you to fully enjoy products that appear to be of quality.

23/09/2024: Very friendly restaurant and staff. Lunch on the terrace. Excellent Munster pork shank accompanied by fried potatoes. End of the meal with a gourmet coffee. I recommend this restaurant.

05/09/2024: After all the classic Alsatian food, L'Osmose was a nice discovery. High school cooking with surprises and refinement. Really something for culinary enthusiasts. Definitely worth a detour!!

24/08/2024: Great restaurant, we ate dessert crepes, a marquise and a marbled one, they were excellent, the servers were very kind, smiling, the little extra we can see the kitchen which is open is great.
I recommend 100%! We will return there with great pleasure.

03/08/2024: Good restaurant with incredibly friendly service. We were warmly welcomed and they immediately referred to the allergy I had mentioned when making the reservation. It's always nice when the staff acknowledges this. Delicious wine (naturally, as we are in Alsace) and we enjoyed the charcuterie to share as a starter. Afterwards, we both had a generous piece of meat, well-seasoned and served with tasty fries and some salad. The tiramisu ice cream was a delightful surprise. The ambiance was good, with plenty of space so you’re not eating packed with your neighbors. Definitely recommended and at a very reasonable price!

08/09/2024: Very pleasant terrace. Friendly service. I really enjoyed the summer salad. The meat is also very good. I went there with my family twice in August and September, each time a treat for everyone. The decor is nice. Parking nearby.

19/08/2024: Suveræn oplevelse, virkelig lækker mad. Fantastisk personale som vi nærmest ikke bemærkede, når de bevægede sig rundt. Vi havde en skøn tjener ved vores bord med en god humor. Ejeren Thierry fik vi også hilst på.

16/08/2024: We have been to Thierry Schwartz many times and they never disappoint. The food is always amazing and the wine selection is truly expansive, special and unique. I always end up leaving with a new favorite wine and some interesting information from the sommelier. Highly recommend. We will be back soon!

22/08/2024: Room with slippery stairs to go to the bathroom and slippery bathtub since the shower is in the bathtub....not very comfortable for people of a certain age.
Staff who need to learn how to receive customers... disappointed
22/08/2024: Spacious and comfortable rooms, well located near the city center while being quiet, pleasant staff, nice free parking, excellent breakfast... Really great.

25/08/2024: Un vrai restaurant Alsacien. Des plats simples mais efficaces de très bonne qualités. La choucroute magnifique et des plats originaux comme poissons et choux à découvrir.
19/08/2024: Charmant petit restaurant où l'on se sent bien dès notre arrivée. Cuisine traditionnelle comme on l'aime avec une délicieuse choucroute garnie (magnifique viande) et un tout aussi délicieux plat de spaetzles à la choucroute avec cervelas et lard. Tout cela accompagné d'une excellente bière allemande. Et pour faire digérer le tout un sorbet griottes arrosé de kirsch. Que du bonheur !!!!!!
A tester à nouveau lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

And the staff are adorable, welcoming us each time with smiles and great friendliness. And our little dog was also warmly welcomed. We will return with pleasure during our next stay in Alsace.
