27/02/2026: Now a must-visit, MCVE is by far the best restaurant in the Les Milles area of Aix-en-Provence.
The cuisine is varied and delicious, and I haven't even mentioned the excellent homemade desserts.
The service is impeccable. Marie is very professional.
In the kitchen, Ben and Dylan have been working wonders for years.
I recommend making a reservation, as it's sometimes full.

22/03/2026: This review concerns only the Sunday brunch. A true oasis of greenery in Aix-en-Provence. The brunch is generous, but the veranda isn't soundproofed. The toilets on the ground floor weren't clean, so we went down to the lower level on the receptionist's advice. Special mention to the caretaker, a cat who lives like royalty in this place.

10/05/2026: In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Aix. I'm not a vegetarian, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant, which serves very original and excellent dishes.
The restaurant has a lovely terrace on a charming square.
The service is also impeccable and very welcoming.
I recommend it 1000%.

03/05/2026: A pleasant lunch at Toinou! The daily special was €19, a generous portion of seared fish, although the only side dish was four tiny new potatoes and a piece of bell pepper.
Our waitress, Margherita, was very attentive and offered excellent recommendations, from the aperitif (white sangria) to the dessert (excellent grilled pineapple).
