21/07/2024: A slight disappointment with the atmosphere of the restaurant which made us rush a little towards the exit, thus altering our peace of mind during the meal. The dishes offered were generally appreciated, with the exception of the avocado and shrimp maki which presented a lack of texture and an excessively spicy flavor. The price still remains expensive.

26/08/2024: Restaurant chaleureux et convivial. Les propriétaires sont très commerciaux et serviables, je recommande vivement. Très bonne cuisine et service rapide malgré notre grand nombre de personnes car nous étions 16 personnes à ce repas.

06/09/2024: I came 2 years ago it was very pleasant despite the heat in the middle of August but the last time 1 month ago the whole service changed (no longer the same people as last year) ocean salad very meh, a lot of salad and not much flavor, the super fatty shrimp, I won't come back again

04/09/2024: Accueil sympathique. Un peu embêtés car interdiction de manger en salle, du coup obligés de subir les odeurs de cigarette pendant tout le repas en terrasse. Prix corrects (plat du jour à 13€ et autres entre 12-18€). Propose un plat enfant sur demande à 7€. Néanmoins, cela manquait un peu d'assaisonnement, la viande a été servie presque froide. Donc pas mauvais mais peut-être à refaire pour changer d'avis.

28/06/2024: Superbe adresse au coeur d'Angoulême. La cuisson des viandes est maitrisée a la perfection, les frites sont delicieuses et le camembert fumé est incroyable. Je recommande fortement cette adresse chaleureuse et conviviale, pour les amateurs de bonnes viandes.

20/09/2024: We don't know the hotel, only the restaurant. Very good and plentiful. We recommend calling to reserve a table, rather than the Internet which did not work (twice). Very warm welcome, we will come back.

14/09/2024: We came for dinner on a Saturday evening and lunch during the week. Each time we were very well received and served. The meals were excellent. The team is very professional. We will definitely come back for the new menu. 😉

10/09/2024: Very disappointed by this restaurant: I chose a duck breast, new potatoes and vegetables: there were 4 small potatoes and two strips of a vegetable. Too little to accompany the duck breast. As for the dessert, the offer lacks originality: tiramisu, Liège coffee and strawberry melba (two scoops of ice cream, some strips of strawberry and Chantilly). All this for 36 euros. We won't come back to that.

29/07/2024: Discovered randomly during a motorcycle road trip. Very friendly welcome. Very good food, made with fresh and local products. A very good address to recommend

16/07/2024: L’Arthémy is our local restaurant and is just wonderful. From their elegant lunches and fine evening meals to excellent recommendations for drinks. The price is excellent and the owner and his small team are brilliant. Long may it continue!

26/09/2024: Served quickly, impeccable cooking and all, but I waited 20 minutes for an additional side dish. Apart from that, it's perfect, and we're dealing with chefs who master meat. So apart from the little hiccup (probably a very trivial communication problem between colleagues) very satisfied.

17/09/2024: L'endroit parfait si vous voulez être mis dehors comme des malpropres par un type exité et surtout frustré de ne pas savoir ni pouvoir gérer sa gargotte. Nous étions une table de 6 et voulions simplement diner. Au bout d'une heure d'attente, personne n'avait daigné prendre notre commande de boissons. Un de nous a lancé : "si personne nous sert, on s'en va". Et là, le "patron" déjà très énervé (un client avait demandé à faire réchauffer son plat) car on l'a vu et entendu frapper violemment son pied dans la porte de la cuisine, nous crie en tapant fort sur son comptoir : "barrez-vous". Voilà voilà... Que rajouter ???!!! Ah si, j'ai été aux toilettes 🤢🤮 et je me dis que ce monsieur nous a finalement rendu service en nous jetant dehors, ils sont immondes !
