21/01/2026: Following your request for clarification, I'd like to explain the experience that prompted this review. We came as a party of four for dinner, to a restaurant that wasn't full. However, we waited 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and we were finally given menus. It was so surprising that we honestly didn't ask to see how long it would take. Unfortunately, our experience didn't improve with the meal. We all felt the portions were rather small for the price. The vegetarian chili was also somewhat bland and dry. By the end of the main course, all four of us were still hungry and ordered dessert. Again, we weren't particularly impressed, especially with the chocolate mousse, which was too cold and so dense it was almost sickening. Finally, I'd like to add that some comments between staff members aren't important or serious as long as they aren't audible in the dining room. But hearing employees complain about the work caused by the weather (bringing the furniture inside earlier in the afternoon) or about certain customers is not particularly pleasant and creates an atmosphere that does not encourage relaxation when you come to sit down and enjoy a meal.

You can taste the care put into the cooking, both in the flavor and the presentation. The service is pleasant and professional, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A place I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return.

25/01/2026: Terrible, very expensive for a menu that should be worth at most 16 euros. The dish wasn't as described; the starter was basic, the main course was equivalent to school cafeteria food. I don't recommend it.

06/12/2025: The hotel is very well located and has been partially renovated, so the room was very pleasant and clean. I highly recommend the breakfast; it's excellent, with fresh pastries and superb coffee. I recommend it.

14/08/2025: We took a one-night break at this hotel to break up the road, and everything went very well. Clean and quiet room, perfect for resting. Our late arrival was very easy to access. A big thank you to the lady at the reception, very kind and accommodating. We will keep a good memory of this stop!

02/12/2025: A table reserved for three people was seated at a table for two (really cramped). We ended up near the piano (almost on it), on a worn, sticky wooden table with cutlery placed directly on it – a very low first impression. A tablecloth or placemats would have been the bare minimum. The owners were unpleasant, not a smile or a word of welcome upon arrival or departure; professionalism was lacking. A replacement waitress was kind. The meal cost €65 per person à la carte, with no set menus offered! That said, the dishes weren't extraordinary for a restaurant with a Master Restaurateur designation. The atmosphere was very noisy; young people coming in from outside were climbing on the leather sofas, and the owners didn't intervene... I was very disappointed with this restaurant. Sorry, but you can find similar service, ambiance, and cuisine in town for the same price – a perfectly acceptable place where you feel comfortable.

30/11/2025: The rooms were very pleasant, spacious, and comfortable! Regarding the restaurant, my opinion was positive but mixed. The service was impeccable and friendly, and the staff attentive. Overall, we had a lovely evening, and the establishment definitely deserves its 5 stars. A brief comment on the food, if I may say so myself: all the dishes showed considerable and generous effort, perhaps too generous, which lacked a bit of elegance and finesse. For example, the creams were a little heavy, the fish wasn't deboned, and the Jerusalem artichoke wasn't peeled. This slightly detracted from the experience! Nevertheless, I recommend it!

16/10/2025: We didnt stay, but had dinner - the set menu. We had high hopes, given the price and Michelin recommendation, and while the food was great, it was let down by the service, and the atmosphere in the restaurant. My partner has an allergy which we felt was dealt with dismissively.(we doubt it was checked with the chef - didn't feel particularly reassured). The waiter just put the food down and walked away, and felt rushed. The music was a bit intrusive, the room slightly cold and a light flickering - small things, but all a disservice to the great food. Eric the sommelier/waiter was really lovely and helpful when he served us, but our main server didn't seem particularly interested, which is a shame - the service really did let down what was some good food.

We were very satisfied with the quality of service: the entire team was attentive to everyone's needs and always very meticulous. The meal was good, offering a wide selection, even for the most discerning palates. I highly recommend this establishment.

24/01/2026: After our first visit in May 2025, we were passing through again and decided to return to Le Beauvoir. Refined cuisine, warm welcome, and attentive service. Special mention goes to the young man who handled the wine pairing; we trusted him completely, and his judicious choices delighted us. Highly recommended.

20/01/2026: The pizzas are excellent, the service is quick and friendly. The dining room is a bit noisy.

17/01/2026: A very nice discovery, a lovely restaurant with welcoming staff, and dishes that are out of the ordinary!

23/02/2026: The service was deplorable and disappointing, especially from the unfriendly, sour, and rude waitress. The food was quite satisfactory, although there was a limited selection and a long wait. The atmosphere was poor, with no lighting, leaving you to eat blind, and there was a lack of space. The wait was far too long for a simple meal, especially since it's part of a TV series; it should be quick. Avoid at all costs!

23/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! The chef was very pleasant. The restaurant was packed! The wait for our main course was a bit long; we didn't have time for dessert, but there were large tables. Highly recommended!
