28/09/2024: Comme à chaque fois nos papilles sont toujours aussi ravie par votre cuisine raffinée. Les plats sont autant bon à déguster qu'à regarder.
17/09/2024: Parfait, qualité du menu, service, cadre, ..tous les invités ont été ravis du moment passé à La Chaumière, je recommande tout particulièrement ce très bon restaurant.

We often came 2/3 years ago. Our reunion of course takes place around tartare. What a desappointment! Tabasco which is no longer there, replacing stale and dried under the cap, defrosted and chopped capers without taste, no celery salt, no mustard, fatty meat etc... the whole thing will have a hard time being seasoned and despite the overdose, it ultimately remained very bland. Kindly pointed out, the waitress remained too far from the comments, not very concerned. We won't be coming back!

17/08/2024: Épicurien, si vous passez dans la région, il faut réserver cette authentique table de maître. Un lieu intimiste, une cuisine créative et haute en couleurs et gustative. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et les vins sont surprenant. Pas de chichis étoilés, vous êtes en Berry dans un village de potiers donc la faïence est originaire des potiers. Poussez la porte de cet établissement et laissez vous aller au voyage que vous propose ce jeune couple. Leurs biographies est exceptionnelles

Un dîner succulent, la découverte d un fromage travaillé, à tomber !
Surtout ne pas hésiter, une excellente adresse,mais il faut reserver.Nous avons persévéré et enfin cet été nous avons pu déguster

18/09/2024: following our getaway to chavignol we had dinner at the little dropper top cuisine in a family atmosphere I highly recommend this little restaurant I will return there next year
18/09/2024: I discovered this restaurant and am delighted with it. It was a change of scenery, the village restaurant is simple without fuss, the menu and wines ++++, traditional home cooking, tasty and generous. The server was super friendly and cheerful. This establishment is located in a small village to visit and where you can buy the famous crottins de chavignol. Value for money, nothing to complain about. I had a nice time, don't hesitate to go there.

Excellent food/wine pairing. The boss is a connoisseur. As for the cuisine, a treat for the taste buds.
The icing on the cake: the chef comes into the room, at the end of the service, to greet the guests with her smile and kindness.

15/07/2024: Very nice discovery of this pretty restaurant in a relaxing setting. We were very well served/welcomed. The food was very good and generous, we fell in love with the salmon/mango tartare.

25/08/2024: We could have eaten there, but the transition to the 21st century seems to have been missed. At a time when France needs efficiency and pragmatism to be more successful, a late closing at 1:30 p.m., especially in such a beautiful tourist spot, seems completely thoughtless.
