05/08/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant in Bourges! The food is generous, flavorful, and the portions are beautifully presented. The rillettes as a starter are excellent, and the roasted Camembert is a real treat, made with top-quality cheese. Xavier's welcome is warm and the atmosphere particularly convivial: you quickly feel right at home, to the point of naturally chatting with the other diners. The wines are very well chosen. All this with a superb view of Bourges Cathedral. A place where you eat well, feel comfortable, and have a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Home-style cooking, refined without being pretentious, with dishes as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. And above all, don't miss the cheese platter, simply exceptional: a superb selection that alone is worth the trip. A warm and authentic place that we wholeheartedly recommend!

09/08/2026: We had been wanting to come for a long time and we weren't disappointed; we had a wonderful evening with friends at Taste. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food (charcuterie board, Crottin de Chavignol cheese, and duck rillettes with magret) and the drinks (Champagne and Silex white wine). The service was quick, discreet, and attentive, and of course, a special mention goes to the incredible view of the vineyard. Being locals, we will definitely be back!

01/08/2026: The food was very good and the portions were generous, however, if I have one comment, it's about the service which seemed a bit disorganized, never the same waiter or waitress, the waiting time was a bit long, the staff had the dishes in their hands but didn't know who the plate was for!

The dining room was cool and charming, and the service was quick and efficient, with a smile and a touch of humor. Thank you to Élodie and the whole team for their warm welcome! We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

09/08/2026: We were a little disappointed by our experience at the Vieux Moulin restaurant. The service felt rather impersonal, with a different server for each course, resulting in a lack of continuity and consistency throughout the meal. The dishes were original and quite nicely presented, but we felt they were nothing special considering the price. The setting is indeed very pleasant and inviting, but in our opinion, it doesn't justify the cost of the meal on its own. We paid €180 for two people and, unfortunately, we left feeling that the value for money didn't live up to our expectations. An acceptable experience, but one that didn't completely win us over given the price.
