06/08/2024: Nous connaissions déjà l’établissement pour y être venu deux étés de suite, Et toujours avec grand plaisir. Ce jeudi soir, le restaurant était déjà comble, et malgré cela, nous avons été servi sans attendre, avec un personnel toujours très souriant et très à l’écoute de sa clientèle ! Le veau aux olives est toujours excellent.
Nous le conseillons vivement et y retournerons toujours avec la même envie l’année prochaine.

Un rapport qualité prix impeccable !!
10/09/2024: Restaurant se situant au début de la vieille historique de Sartène. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Menu express à 22 € très correct. Possibilité de déjeuner dehors en terrasse mais aussi dans une petite salle climatisée.

We took the Corsican menu and for 30€ per person it’s not cheap!!

26/09/2024: Ne pas se fier aux horaires d’ouvertures indiqués (11h45-23h) qui laisse supposer un service à table non stop. Arrivés à 14h30 pour déjeuner, aucun plat chaud ne sera servi à cause de l’heure. Nous choisissons des assiettes campagnardes (très peu garnies) et devons réclamer plusieurs fois du pain (également en quantité limitée) pour pouvoir manger notre charcuterie. On finit par nous dire qu’il n’y en a plus (faux puisque le cuisinier est venu devant nous voir combien de baguettes il restait afin de faire un complément pour le soir) et on nous propose de prendre la corbeille de la table d’à côté que les clients n’ont pas fini.
Lamentable et grosse déception.
26/09/2024: Un excellent moment passé dans ce restaurant avec mes amis ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par l'équipe. Nous avons opté pour du poulpe, et c'était tout simplement délicieux. Les assiettes étaient généreusement servies, avec des produits frais et bien préparés. Mention spéciale pour la présentation, à la fois soignée et appétissante. Si vous cherchez un endroit convivial avec une cuisine savoureuse, je vous recommande vivement ce restaurant .

14/09/2024: Échanger quelques mots avec les artisans, restaurateurs, hoteliers que nous rencontrons fait parti de nos principes de voyage.
Ça nous donne le ton de la suite de la soirée.
Ce fut une belle soirée qui a débutée par un bon accueil et un échange avec humour.
Nous avons apprécié l'écoute et l'anticipation qu'a fait preuve notre hôte de salle.
Le Burger corse est un succès et la daube de sanglier était au top.
Dommage que nous ne pouvons pas réserver une table. Les premiers arrivés seront les premiers servis car beaucoup de monde s'y presse :-)

11/09/2024: A sublime room, small but more than enough for one night, especially as it is tastefully decorated (and even the bathroom).
We let ourselves be tempted by the dinner they offered and again, without a single false note! It was delicious! And for the price we didn't expect it to be so plentiful and above all so good!
So we couldn't leave without tasting their breakfast buffet...
Nothing to add except... Don't hesitate!

15/08/2024: We came for dinner at the start of the week. Jean-Laurent took very good care of us and explained his cooking and his way of working. Even though we are good eaters, it was impossible for us to finish our plate! So we were able to have a doggy bag and Jean-Laurent even offered us a pot of sauce to warm up the dish. At the end of the meal, a complimentary digestive and we had the pleasure of tasting 5 liqueurs, including one with Tagade strawberries, original! In summary, sincere, tasty and generous cuisine, thank you!
09/08/2024: I've been coming to Sartène for 20 years and I've never been there, and I regret it!
The dishes were delicious and very generous, we feel that it is home cooked and with love, and we feel the Corsican culinary heritage behind it.
In addition, the cook and his wife are really adorable and like to talk about the dishes they serve and which they know by heart, it's very pleasant to see and hear!

La charcuterie est bonne et provient de l épicerie juste à coté
Par contre concernant le vin au verre
6 verres pour un total de 36€ sans savoir ce qu on boit…
Avant on vous montrait la bouteille dommage..
02/08/2024: Nous sommes arrivés par hasard dans cette "cave" à l écart de la rue principale et de la foule d'un jeudi soir.
Un accueil, comme il en existe peu, par Marie Dominique ( et ce soir là Paulette...), qui a " grandi" ici.Une histoire familiale qu elle se plaît à vous raconter! Une jolie et bonne planche de charcuterie ( avec le détail de la traçabilite), le conseil sur le vin, le bon gâteau farine de châtaigne maison, sans oublier la petite dégustation de liqueurs offerte.
