05/04/2024: While discovering the abandoned village of Arridavu (rather poorly indicated by the way), we came across this establishment which caught our attention. We decide to stop there and take a seat outside in the sunshine, which is very welcome at the start of the season. The setting is magnificent, and the few cats present on site will not say otherwise. Whether inside or outside the decoration is a pleasure for the eyes...the quality of the dishes is no less excellent, the taste buds are also delighted. We appreciate the kindness of the waitress who is always attentive. It is also thanks to her that we will be able to find our famous abandoned village because we must admit that access to it is very poorly indicated...but Corsica is worth it after all! The restaurant, which is also an equestrian center, allows for beautiful horseback rides in this Sartenais maquis. we highly recommend this establishment
27/03/2024: For us it was a coincidence, but we actually went here again on the same vacation.
Very, very tasty and excellent food, at “normal” Corsica prices. There is also real Corsican cuisine here.
Very friendly staff, although they sometimes have some problems with other languages.
Very nice atmosphere, we liked the somewhat “dusty” atmosphere, not clean.
Attention: since there is “no reception” here, there is no card payment!

31/03/2024: We came from Ajaccio for the catenacciu, we didn't know at all this little restaurant which immediately charmed us with its atmosphere and decoration, we were very well received by the waitress who is super pleasant and very smiling , the menu is varied and nice, we didn't miss anything throughout, we had a great time and the setting is really nice
18/12/2023: I came to eat with the family, very warm welcome, we had a plate of charcuterie as a starter, a real treat, then brocciut cannelloni and a veal stir-fry which was quite simply delicious, located at the heart of the old town, I highly recommend it

07/09/2023: While exploring Sartène we discovered this little bistro which doesn't look like much. Make no mistake. The ice creams are divine. Made with seasonal and local products, in other words when they're gone, they're gone. You are assured that you are tasting real Corsican products. The pistachio ice cream especially with candied pistachios is simply divine. The best pistachio ice cream I have tasted in my life. We had the opportunity to talk a little with the owner who is adorable.
I highly recommend this ice cream parlor!

Jean Laurent knows his products, talks about them with passion: it's a change from establishments where you don't really know what you're eating/drinking!
The dishes are very good, the quantities are generous: a tip is to take a starter for 2 because it's plentiful, the same for the dishes, you have to have room 😆
The homemade liqueurs are excellent, we went to the grocery store a little further up the street to buy some a few days later, we can't wait to give our loved ones a taste!
A superb encounter during our trip to Corsica, we will not hesitate to come back if we return to the area 😄

19/03/2024: My opinion does not concern the restaurant which I find impeccable in every respect on a human level, the cuisine remains a matter of taste, for me it suits me perhaps it is subjective since the owner and her mother are friends to me you say!
On the other hand, my comment is addressed to the person who makes a strange and altogether doubtful statement towards the city's merchants who must be supported, like all the others!
Doubtful, because it seems that the people who make this judgment know the aesthetic details of the boss, her “stupid fools” and the fascination she has for ancient Egypt!
This is a great shame, because when we provide an opinion, even if it is critical, it is good practice for it to be productive and positive in order to move towards improvement and not to want to sabotage the work of others.
Another trader in solidarity with all traders without exception, who does not hide her name!
