31/08/2024: Japanese-inspired cuisine, and for good reason, the chef is Japanese.
Subtle and refined cuisine, beautifully presented. Little choice on the menu but it is pleasant to let yourself be guided without being overwhelmed by the choice. Fast service without being rushing. Cozy and cozy atmosphere where you can hear each other chat without difficulty.

A decoration that will make motorcycle fans cry
I don't even talk about the service
Smiling, don't rush us, nice
But then the burger
He was excellent
I had the montagnard and I'm not lying, it was the best burger I've eaten in my life
And the old fashioned fries are perfectly crispy, I don't even talk about them
I asked for a miraculous diabolo and I received a diabolo mug with a decoration
The cook is an ace of flavors
Frankly dark especially for this ridiculous price compared with this taste work

24/08/2024: Établissement jovial et sympathique où l’accueil est assez extraordinaire ! Sourire, bonne humeur, c’est très plaisant en période estivale !
Les plats sont originaux et savoureux, du saumon en passant par le poulet aux écrevisses !
La terrasse offre une belle vue sur la place; très romantique !

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent; je recommande vivement !!!

31/08/2024: I go to this address at noon regularly.
In the evening, obviously it’s complicated. We arrived at 9:20pm last week, Saturday. The waitress told us that the restaurant was closing, despite the 10 p.m. on Google.
We asked if the kitchen is closing but we will have ordered before… firm response from the waitress: no, we will close the establishment in 30 minutes.
Strange the lack of motivation of the waitress….
Three stars is therefore the average between my satisfaction at midday and the refusal to welcome in the evening.

11/09/2024: The place is nice, original, the food is good and plentiful, the prices are a little high but bearable, the downside lies in the service, cold, absent, no smile, no thanks, example: we had to ask for food. water at least three times in a gesture, without success, we had to get up and call out, the same bread, it's a shame, the address remains good.

We enjoyed the appetizer and dessert, we who are used to salting and peppering all our dishes, nothing there....everything was perfect!
The dishes are beautiful and have lots of flavors, everything is fresh and homemade, really congratulations to the chef and his team.
We will come back with pleasure! WELL DONE

This restaurant André is serving food that is elaborated by Anne-Sophie pic and her brigade. The price are affordable for the quality
The atmosphere is very nice, food portions are good and tasty. Interesting mix of flavors
The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional
Definitely something to not miss if you pass by Valence in France during your trip. A must to do!
Book in advance as this is most of the time full.
