13/03/2026: We had a wonderful time. A very peaceful lunchtime, with absolutely no noise in the dining room! The dishes were exceptional, with truly interesting and unexpected presentation and flavors. To finish, the small homemade rum-flambéed banana ice cream, served with a profiterole, was simply divine. I can't wait to come back and discover what's next...

08/03/2026: To begin with, the place is very inviting. I particularly loved the candlelight, which adds a lovely overall ambiance, the almost subdued lighting, and the simply but elegantly set tables. The cuisine is refined, sophisticated, and beautifully presented. In fact, it was quite a clever idea to create the galette des rois flavored ice cream, which was a very surprising touch. The dishes were generally quite good; I just found the sea bass a little bland. On the other hand, I was won over by the wine pairings, which allowed me to discover new wines that aren't often found and were all excellent! As for the price, it's rather high, although they use seasonal, local, and organic products, which does come at a cost. I'm charmed and delighted to find such a lovely restaurant in the area. It's very refreshing.

30/03/2026: A rip-off... We came as a group of five for the "tour." €15 per person for one hour, so €75 in total! The young man giving the tour, named Paul I think, was certainly very willing but far from professional; he was even an "intern," according to him. When the tour is given by an intern, the price is lower... but here it was all memorization, and he couldn't answer the questions. I came here five years ago, before Covid, and we could go up into the rooms, etc., which is no longer the case now, apparently for "security" reasons. It's a shame, we won't be back. They want to make more money for a poor quality tour from now on. It's a shame, the potential is there, but they're pushing their luck too far. Avoid this place.

27/02/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant which offers pizzas and traditional French dishes. Everyone can find something to their liking. The menu is rather limited as most of the items are homemade, and it seems to change daily. The dining room is quite small, so it can fill up quickly, I think, especially since there seem to be regulars. The welcome was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

12/03/2026: Where is the cheese trolley that made this restaurant famous? I used to go there several times before COVID… today, I was limited to two types of cheese (St. Nectaire and Comté)… luckily the head waiter told me it was 18-month aged Comté because the waitress didn't know! As for the food, it's still decent, but it's lost the gourmet touch that made this beautiful restaurant so special (and people also come here for its fireplace).

21/12/2025: We had my husband's surprise 60th birthday party this past Saturday. It was a wonderful evening, everyone was delighted, the food was excellent, the setting magnificent, and the team of professionals was kind and fantastic. Laurence, Alain, and their team were wonderful ❤️. I'm so glad we held our party at Le Moulin. I recommend it 200%!

07/03/2026: I wasn't here during an event, so can't judge that. However, it could only get better - good food always pairs well with jazz. The interior is very cozy and seems to get rather full soon after opening. Despite that, the service is fast, the staff are cheerful and helpful, the food comes put quote fast. * Tartare de Boeuf * When in Paris, I always seek for Tartare de Boeuf - my favourite meal. And unfortunately it is very hard to find one not soaked in sauce, mixed with weird or too many things - that hides the flavour and may hide that the meat is not fresh. La Gramophone serves excellent beef tartar. It is fresh and classical. Meat is chopped, raw egg on top, some fries paired with vlue cheese sauce, and greens on the side. That's it. Sure, there are more ingredients mixed in the meat, but they are very subtle and don't dominate the flavour. Every bite delivers the right flavour. Maybe some kappers would be nice, but that is a negligible personal taste. * Pink burger * Second time i was here i tried the chefs recommendation for the day, it was a good choice either. Beets in buns give the pink colour and a nice sweetness to the bun, duck confit and caramelised onions inside with some nice cheese, sweet potato fries on the side make a very good meal. I can recommend this dish as well.

01/03/2026: It was a very pleasant feeling to feel like regulars, even though it was our first time discovering this place. Between the old floorboards, the beams, and the tastefully vintage decor, you can feel the place is steeped in history and music. The quality and selection of dishes are perfectly balanced. And a big thank you to the service team! When the carafe of water, bread, and wine arrive unbidden, at the perfect time, and with a smile, it might seem like small details, but for me, it's important to the overall impression. Don't change a thing.
