24/03/2024: To avoid. We were in a hurry, I didn't check the bill and the owner took the opportunity to double the amount. I now understand why this restaurant is empty. Add to that a not very cordial welcome and basic cuisine that relies on quantity. Bad experience. Don't do the same.

This one was disastrous rare pork not edible in one tiny portion, turbo difficult to recognize tasteless sauce Glass of Bergerac wine €15, Bourgueil €11 served without presentation of the bottle I do not recommend this restaurant, we do not come to cover the costs of the new decoration

18/03/2024: Discovered by a relative, we reserved for 10 for lunch. Reservations strongly recommended. Very nice discovery of a small restaurant where starters and small hot dishes are unlimited, as are pancakes (on request)! Dessert side also: pancakes (on request), ice creams, desserts. Very reasonable price. Small special feature: we chose to have an additional chocolate cake (birthday): also very good. Very pleasant, helpful and professional staff. We will definitely come back.

02/04/2024: 2024. I raised my review to two stars, which is quite unusual. The staff has changed which is a good thing. The chalet-style atmosphere is striking. The cards on a black background on the other hand are not great. In terms of dishes: the poutine is really not bad. ————————————————- 2020 As a Villebonnais resident, La Cabane is an institution: enchanting decor, typical Savoyard dishes, a beautiful building built next to the Yvette. That said, I find that management is resting on its laurels. The service has become mediocre: the waitresses are not smiling, the dishes are served out of time, the menu does not seem to have changed in years. Besides, the wooden cards go to pieces. A customer asked for a glass of champagne: no champagne! This is not serious ! Honestly, I thought I was celebrating important events at the Cabin. I gave up.

01/04/2024: Hello, I would like to share my opinion because at the time this was not systematic so as I wanted mussels and fries I looked at the opinions on this restaurant, since the name has changed! I realize that the service and the incompetence of the staff is always the same. We entered the restaurant and we remained waiting for well over a quarter of an hour in front of the cash register which is right in front of the door before a waitress put us at a table, at the time my first daughter was in a stroller and it seemed to annoy the waitress because she didn't know where to put the stroller for us because the tables were quite close, the meal was served very slowly and we stayed for more than an hour and a half waiting for the goodwill of the waiters because in the meantime our waitress left at the end of her shift and no one else was there. came to replace it we had to ask for the service to continue at our table and finally the fries that we asked for again arrived (which arrived cold) After the meal I was brought back the bill even though I had not asked for anything and then I asked for a dessert to teach them good manners, after bringing me the dessert they also brought me the bill again and there I asked for a coffee once again to teach them good manners because the bill is only brought back to the customer when the customer requests it! So after all these disappointments we left, we paid and not even a word of apology or goodbye at all!! I was furious, I yelled at the staff who were present, telling them that I would never set foot in this restaurant again.

09/04/2024: Since February 2024, this restaurant is now called "The Queen of Crepes", information we got while chatting with the staff. Information that should be mentioned on Google in my opinion... A dinner here with a great friend after moving... and well it's good! Very good... the products used are fresh and tasty. The service is smiling. In short, no hesitation: I recommend. For motorists, there is free parking for 2 hours right in front of the restaurant... SO ??? Eh ??? Hop hop hop...here we go!
