One star less for the "atmosphere" side because a more "hushed" atmosphere would, in my opinion, be more appropriate in this pretty room, but it's only a question of taste.

01/04/2024: Good place where you eat well, for good value for money. With very pleasant and discreet staff, and a decorative atmosphere that is both chic, a little art deco, rural, and very tasteful, really very pleasant. A very nice place also to organize a family meal, a birthday, a reception...... In short, I went there on at least 3 very different occasions, for a simple meal, for a large family meal, but also for a birthday and I recommend 👍👍👍

03/03/2024: Little dinner with friends on Friday evening, a charming welcome like at home. The dishes are truly excellent and made with superb products. We finished lightly with the delicious apple crisp, I highly recommend it. But hurry up, this charming couple will close so they can continue to fully enjoy the joys of retirement! So before it closes, go and taste the specialties of the Gers!

03/04/2024: Huge disappointment, We went to celebrate a birthday. More than 30 minutes of waiting to order the aperitif. Accompaniment: olives (if you don't like it, nothing else) Then we order the starter, main course and dessert. The waitress asks us if we want some wine. We answer her: yes, then she leaves.... The plates arrive and we have to catch up with her to order our wine. For the main course, I had a fish, I had the right to a corpse in my assistant (head, skin, bones...). Being used to restaurants, I am extremely disappointed with the presentation of the plates. And I find it a little expensive, given the service and the presentation of the products.

21/03/2024: Nestled in a pretty village in the heart of Essonne, this characterful establishment houses a gourmet restaurant with attractive value for money. The team does everything they can to make sure we have a very pleasant time with an appetizing menu, but much less than the plate that is presented in front of us! The presentation, the ingredients, the recipes, everything is combined to delight the eyes, the taste buds and the stomach. The quantities are really correct compared to some other much more expensive restaurants. The staff makes a point of ensuring that everything is going well, apologizes for a somewhat long service (recruitment problem which is not limited to this establishment, unfortunately) but, when we make the choice of “slow food”, we don’t complain about the time spent at the table, quite the contrary. If you are in a hurry, there are more suitable establishments. We had dinner in the cellar, at the very back, we were really well seated and spent two very pleasant hours between the appetizers, the dishes and the mixed rum offered to each guest by this truly attentive team. The wine by the glass offered according to the dishes, at reasonable prices, is very well chosen, everything is perfect. As we told the boss when we left: we are called to meet again. Threat that we will quickly put into action! Thank you for this wonderful moment.

20/04/2024: Special mention to the friendly young waiter. Very good quality cuisine. A suggestion: in the tasting menu associated with the wines, the quantities of wine could be reduced.... The goal is to taste. Highly recommended place in the area.
