02/01/2026: A wonderful discovery for a New Year's Eve dinner. Gourmet cuisine with delicious flavors. A friendly and warm atmosphere. A fantastic musical duo. We weren't ideally seated, but it would have been helpful to know in advance to reserve a table. Thank you for a wonderful New Year's Eve.

30/12/2025: I can't imagine a better experience in France than the one we had at Le Parvis. The location is amazing, and the building is nicely updated without sacrificing any of its historic charm.
The staff was friendly and helpful and provided a first-rate breakfast that was one of the highlights of our trip.

26/01/2026: Having come to Chartres for a concert at the Colosseum, we stopped at the brasserie for a coffee and to find out what time we could eat. We received a very warm welcome, and after making a reservation for 6 pm, we experienced the staff's friendliness towards all customers. For our meal, we chose the Escalope Normande, and I can tell you it was delicious and a generous portion. I recommend this brasserie to anyone who wants to enjoy a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere.
21/08/2025: I came to the Brasserie de l'Ouest for the first time and honestly it's a very good (and super beautiful) restaurant! The manager is great, the staff too, nothing to complain about. The dish of the day was excellent, the prices are affordable and the restaurant is well located, close to everything. I will definitely come back! Thank you again for your welcome :)

28/11/2025: We arrived at the terrace yesterday for a hot drink. A waiter came out with his tray to clear a table next to ours and then left without a word. No hello, nothing. It used to be our go-to spot. But that was then. What a shame.

Very warm welcome and the food is excellent! The place is quiet and pleasant for a restaurant outing with friends.
14/09/2024: A beautiful place, in one of those narrow Chartres streets and a few steps from the cathedral.
A discreet, pleasant service and there to advise.
Delicious traditional French cuisine, clearly made with passion.
All very affordable.

13/09/2024: Hotel is not worth its price, reception is questionable, no service to carry luggage or park a car at 700 meters for people with mobility limitations.
The star restaurant closed, brasserie very normal.
Anyone who wants a freshly baked sandwich for breakfast will also be disappointed, as the bread is certainly a few days old.
Will never recommend this hotel

03/09/2024: Arriving by chance at the La Broche du Sud restaurant, we left delighted, delicious liver and fresh fig terrine as a starter, delicious dishes, skewer of sirloin fillet and very tender lamb shank and to finish an excellent homemade baba with pipettes of rum, 30.99 euros per person, who could say better!!!! I recommend 100%
Plus, opposite the cathedral 😃
