Since the change of ownership, the products are similar, unfortunately I notice that the sandwiches are less garnished than before, particularly the raw chicken which no longer contains egg, less mayonnaise and garnish. As for pastries, we actively look for pistachio in chouquettes and the roll of the same name!
It's a shame... Maybe time to find your bearings?

19/09/2024: We were delighted with our stopover here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. The town itself was also lively with a good bakery where we picked up a filled baguette and cakes ready for our onward journey. We would definitely stay again.

16/11/2024: Very nice bistro discovered by chance. Traditional and homemade cuisine, the whole family enjoyed it. The very attentive waitress took care to serve our 4 year old son first and the adult dishes quickly followed. Thank you, we will come back!

10/07/2024: I order a sandwich already in plastic wrap so not prepared directly, I ask for a brie cheese. I end up with goat's cheese chorizo, the owner of the place necessarily rejects it on the employees without assuming my baker did not note it. You're supposed to know your products, no!!! So obviously I'm going back to change it, no excuse, we change it with Emmental butter 0'00001% cheese percentage, a shame..

31/08/2024: Horrible pizza, it wasn't cooked and tasted like nothing. The waiters and waitress very polite. The owner very rude. I went back on a Saturday at 2pm to ask him if I could have lunch but very rudely he said no. Without giving explanation. I do not recommend

Spa OK, beautiful swimming pool, sauna OK, hammam HS.
Helpful staff.
Joint reception of the two hotels in another building is not very serious, especially since the staff accompanies each customer to their room so there is a lot of waiting when people arrive at the same time (which is often the case??! ).
Catering at prohibitive prices (including bistro and lounge) but you are prisoners of their monopoly on the village.
PdJ (€20) shameful: Nespresso coffee, 1 jam, 2 hams (the latter of course quality, but a more limited choice than at Formula 1).

26/10/2024: We were very disappointed with the food. 4 dishes ordered and all 4 were not good, including the mussels and fries of which more than half of the dish remained in the pan... very disappointed with the desserts as well.

As for the dishes, they are correct but nothing more.
A kitchen without personality
There is a very big discrepancy with the addition which is very steep at the moment
Disappointing as possible
For this price there are definitely better elsewhere
We won't come back

17/12/2024: Great spot to get that special comfort food after 16 hours of travel. Veal, gravy, fries, and salad were so yummy. Desserts are even better. Monday nights they have dance lessons...fun had by all

Obliged to eat to participate and no plancha after 10 p.m. because no more cooks lol the waiters don't know how to cut sausage again lol

Our pancakes were lukewarm or even cold, the little salad cooked by the vinaigrette and the fries let's not talk about it (old fries reheated but cold). The dessert is original (ice cream served in a crepe cup).
21/09/2024: Nice little creperie in the beautiful village of Le Bec Hellouin which is slightly off the beaten track bit well worth a visit.

31/08/2024: Décevant, pour un restaurant gastronomique, service sans chaleur , avec peu de sourires , le premier plat arrive alors qu’on est à moitié de notre apéritif . Cadre un peu vieillot, par contre belle vue sur la Seine. Cela manque de raffinement.
22/08/2024: Très bon repas pour un très bon rapport qualité / prix, nous avons pris le "menu du marché" à 35 euros. Nous avons trouvé ça très bon et très copieux.
Le cadre avec la vue sur Seine est très agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant.
Cependant, à mon goût, je trouve que la salle du restaurant mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, car ça fait un peu vieillot.
Nous y retournerons certainement.

It looked like day-old bread.
Not good at all. And the taste actually looks like day-old bread.
And what's more, cabbages are very expensive.
The reception was not very friendly.
I advise against it.
