12/09/2024: A great meal with great dishes, a very knowledgeable cook, and an experienced, attentive and very friendly waiter. Bad, incomprehensible reviews. Looking at the photos of small portions which suggest that we will leave with a feeling of hunger because we are big eaters, this is not the case! Bravo and thank you for these discoveries, and obviously... see you soon!

27/07/2024: We had a wonderful meal at this cozy restaurant in Évreux. We were a family of five and ordered the three-course menu for EUR 32. We were all very happy with the food. We got five wonderful bite size “amuse-bouches” to start. The vegetable tart starter was absolutely delicious. The fish main course and dessert were also good, and we received three extra small sweets to finish. Both adults and kids loved this restaurant!

It was brilliant, the food was excellent and the service very efficient, with a mention to the staff who were particularly friendly and helpful!! We have lots of compliments from guests. 08/11/2024: Service expéditif, à peine l’apéritif de servi que le plat arrive. En insistant le plat repart en cuisine pour être maintenu au chaud mais sinon on nous l’aurais laissé avec l’apéritif. Plat resservi, les frites on été retrempé dans l’huile, donc frites huileuses et dures . Sans compter que la patronne presse le pas pour que tout soit express et aucune remise en question quand on signale les problèmes. Vraiment déçus comparé aux fois précédentes.

19/09/2024: We were delighted with our stopover here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. The town itself was also lively with a good bakery where we picked up a filled baguette and cakes ready for our onward journey. We would definitely stay again.

11/08/2024: Very nice experience, three of us came a week ago, very well received, the boss is very nice, we took a board for two which is very generous with cold meats, cheese, fresh fries, the dishes and desserts very good and generous they too we will come back to introduce several people around us, continue you are great 👌👍

10/09/2024: Je ne sais pas par où commencer, par les plats faits maison et délicieux ou par la gentillesse des patrons. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux tant par la qualité des plats servis que par la gentillesse des patrons. C'est le genre de restaurant (auberge) que j'affectionne tout particulièrement. Foie gras maison, viande hamburger préparée maison, sauce burger maison, frites maison, pain perdu à l'ancienne maison... bref, un pur régal servi généreusement avec des patrons adorables à souhait. Si vous passez par ici, ce serait vraiment bête de ne pas s'y arrêter. Je recommande cette petite auberge à 1000 %. Ce genre d'établissement se perd de plus en plus et mérite qu'on s'y arrête et qu'on contribue à le faire vivre. Merci pour cette belle soirée.
