23/03/2024: Excellent discovery! During a weekend in the city we found this restaurant which inspired us randomly during our walk and we were totally won over!
Adorable welcome, a very warm and pleasant place, and as far as the cuisine is concerned, a real treat! Finesse, balance of quantities and flavors, everything is very well adjusted, sincerely a total taste satisfaction! We are delighted with this experience and will definitely come back! Special little star for Clémentine who took care of us with professionalism, kindness and an infectious smile!

01/04/2024: Superb discovery during a visit to Sommières, the menu offered was delicious with hot plates! Just the way I like it. The meat was served with its mash and its vegetables delighted our taste buds. A big positive point for the welcome and the service. I highly recommend, don't hesitate to enter with your eyes closed!

16/03/2024: We had an incredible stay. We chose the Saint Louis suite, spacious and with a hammam. This suite offers a very pretty view of the Cévennes, and is pleasantly decorated. The hosts are very flexible about breakfast times, a real plus.
Good quality bedding, hearty breakfast, easy location, very pleasant hosts. And a very beautiful decoration. I warmly recommend.
14/03/2024: Top-of-the-range services for this guest house where we were warmly welcomed by Bruno and Tamara. The rooms are decorated with great taste and Bruno's cooking is succulent. We will be happy to come back in fine weather to enjoy the terrace and the swimming pool!

01/04/2024: A gem in the middle of tourist restaurants. Nice up-to-date decor, natural and very friendly service. I enjoyed this cuisine, very inspired by Asia, which plays a lot with spices. In my surprise menu: salmon tartare on foie gras, langoustines with avocado foam, bobun with perfectly cooked shrimp, tender oriental lamb.

05/04/2024: I recommend this establishment for its location in the heart of the historic city. We were able to enjoy the charms of the city center during the quietest hours, before the arrival of the tourist buses. For the rest, everything is said in the other comments. Very pleasant indoor swimming pool in April. The swimming pool area is well maintained. See you soon for a new getaway in the Camargue.
27/03/2024: Very nice hotel, very well located in a house steeped in history. The staff is very pleasant and available and the rooms are very good. Large, spacious and quiet, very well renovated and at the same time with the charm of the old. The breakfast was well proportioned and very good. Little extra but not least for the village of Aigues-Mortes: car parking. I recommend if you are passing through

18/03/2024: The setting offers a magnificent view of the vineyard fields, and even at the end of the season, the sunset from the terrace is superb. However, the limited selection of dishes and the quality of the cuisine disappointed us. We found the dishes a little too simple for our liking and nothing really excited our taste buds. Perhaps being at the end of the season explains the lack of creativity. We spent around €100 for two people.
29/11/2023: Always on top ! The wine is excellent! The chef always makes good traditional dishes. I recommend and I go back as soon as there is space, because yes, like any good restaurant, you have to book in advance.

03/04/2024: I had already come for lunch and found it very good, but when I returned I was very disappointed at 12 p.m. the fries were already much overcooked, they looked like they had been reheated and the skewer requested rare, received borderline between medium and overcooked
