01/10/2024: Perfect... Excellent value for money (we took the lunch menu for €20. The young waiter was very pleasant.

01/10/2024: So the huge rant!!! We have been used to this restaurant for years, everything went very well until our last visit this Saturday evening.... To begin with, the waitress doesn't crack a single smile! Then follows the entrance. The bull terrine that was so good before was dry... unpeeled shrimp + an order error not returned Then here comes the bull gardianne.... it was rubbish the meat was full of fat... but above all the most scandalous thing was the so-called Camargue rice which was certainly in the less than the day before and had been reheated. It was so hard and yellowed that we thought we would break our teeth on it! We therefore ask to send the plates back, the waitress does so without saying a word or even an apology. We brought the plates back less than 5 minutes later without having taken care to give the plates back to the right people.... and this time the rice was so cooked that we thought we had mashed potatoes in our mouths! All this for a price that doesn't justify anything because the quality is no longer there!!! I was going to forget the 4 unfortunate little pieces of bread for 6 people which were still half frozen in their hearts...... Never again!!!! GO YOUR WAY FOR US THIS RESTAURANT THAT WE LIKED VERY MUCH IS OVER!

07/08/2024: Avec des amis, nous sommes allés manger à l occasion d une soirée musique. Apres avoir dit et redis que l on souhaitez manger, nous avons attendu 2h. Au final, on parvient à commander et le patron vient pour nous pourrir qu on a demandé à manger que depuis 10 min... au final, une amie ne pourra pas manger ce qu elle souhaite car c est trop tard et on ne peut plus commander d entrée... au moment d aller payer, le patron nous annonce que nos 5 repas , il s en fout car il n à pas besoin de nous pour faire son chiffre. Qu on a pas à se plaindre car au final on a manger. .. discussion lunaire tant son foutage de gueule et son ton irrespectueux sont au sommet. Jamais vu ça... il a un endroit en or, mais à mon avis , il devrait se reconvertir dans un autre métier...

15/09/2024: Having gone there today September 15, 2024 scandalous service only one person serving for 21 people we had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes to have our aperitif which was served to us at the same time as the 1 dish water ordered never served very poorly organized poor girl I understand while her boss smoked his cigarette outside instead of taking off his apron to help because it was so long that we didn't have coffee or dessert a real mess I knew other bosses in this restaurant but the c the ponpon the boss did not come to apologize for the wait finally a real wanker restaurant to avoid fleeing on this go eat elsewhere

22/08/2024: trés sympa je recommande un très grand qualité de produit personnellement je trouve que le prix correspond au produit très bon service on a été accueilli rapidement malgré quelque lacune sur certains serveur, mais bon personne est parfait je conseille, on se régale et on ne reste pas sur sa faim

19/08/2024: First time in Nîmes. A little corner of tranquility and good products a stone's throw from the Nîmes arena. Compared to the other establishments on the square (crowded that day and very noisy), beyond the old side of the place, this café was perfect on all points. By comparison, the dishes seemed to us to be of better quality and indeed, it was very good. The toilets were very clean. Special mention for the very kind, polite and attentive waitresses and waiter! They know the coffee menu (it’s rare). We had a very pleasant time near the fountain. The desserts are better than expected and the ice creams excellent. The TEA ice with fresh raspberries was very desirable, you don't find that everywhere. Recommended for children and adults alike.

18/09/2024: Désastreux ! Commande de 3 cocktails et 3 plats de moules frites. Nous avons été servis sur des set de tables en papier reutilisés : traces de nourritures et verres dessus et froissés. Les cocktails étaient sans alcool, la pain rasi (de la veille), les frites réchauffées et les moules non nettoyées et à l'eau ! Serveuses peu agréables car pas envie de travailler. A fuir absolument !

11/09/2023: A fuir..... allez à côté au bar le glacier ..... Ici pour aller aux toilettes vous tombez sur une mégère qui vous dit : VOUS ALLEZ OÙ ? ...... C'EST FERMÉ LES TOILETTES ...... C'est marrant pour payer mon argent est bon ....bref qu'elle change de métier cette bonne à rien !!!!!!

No professional organization called the hotel industry, this place reminds me more of mac-dos or burger king although they are FAST FOOD Friendliness is not there at the limit you ARE DISTURBING Watch your score carefully, the boss will give himself a tip Personally we will no longer go at all, I RECOMMEND THIS TO YOU To be banned from your restaurants gone elsewhere earlier see make yourself one. Picnic on the banks of the Cèze, they don't deserve the name of restaurants, rather a meal at the table

12/08/2024: So, after more than 15 years of loyalty to the crystal and knowing well the character of the couple of "merchants", I remained indulgent because my habit was to go and drink my coffee almost every day at their place on the terrace, but today the straw that breaks the camel's back, I won't say more, in short today he lost a regular customer as well as 2/3 people around me, wickedness reigns in this bar! I wish good luck to the waiters who are the opposite of their bosses!

06/09/2024: We spent 2 nights in this hotel enjoying the peace and quiet and a swimming pool. Which doesn't spoil anything, this hotel also has a very good restaurant, in any case the best among those we tried in Bagnols sur Cèze Staff available and welcoming.
