16/09/2026: A very well-located restaurant on the main square of Aigues-Mortes.
We had the €26.90 set menu today.
What a treat for the taste buds!
Generous portions (mussels + bull stew + chocolate mousse), fresh and delicious food.
Special mention to our lovely and smiling waiter and waitress, who were absolutely professional.
Thank you for everything. (And thank you for my birthday candle and the little song!)

22/09/2026: I arrived a little late with my dog and received a very warm welcome. I was served on the terrace, in the shade of an olive tree, in a peaceful setting.
The wood-fired pizza was truly excellent! The dough, made with three types of flour (I was told), was delicious. I'll be back! Special mention to the waitress, who was exceptionally kind and friendly.
I highly recommend it.

29/01/2026: A warm welcome awaits you at this small restaurant, where you feel right at home, like in a family-run guesthouse. Exactly what we were looking for! The food has character, and the service is quick, efficient, and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

28/05/2026: A magnificent and timeless place... You immediately feel at ease... Like being at home... The place is unique, a charming stone house with an exceptional staircase, a sitting area in front of the fireplace, and an outdoor area with a swimming pool and restaurant... The welcome is friendly and warm; you feel like you're part of the family... The restaurant is really lovely, with bluefin tuna caught that morning, filleted and served fresh immediately according to grandmother's recipes... Exceptional... Bravo!
17/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Hôtel des Templiers.
The setting is absolutely magnificent, and the hotel is perfectly located. The place is charming and very peaceful.
The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly to us and our baby.
We had a fantastic time and will gladly return. ☺️

11/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at this well-maintained, historic hotel, ideally located within the city walls, where we received a warm welcome. Our room was functional and quiet, overlooking the patio. The breakfast was excellent, offering both sweet and savory options, fresh orange juice, and high-quality pastries and bread. Free parking and luggage storage were available.
Highly recommended.

30/09/2026: The fillet and rib of bull were exceptional: perfectly cooked, the meat tender and flavorful. Perfect for a carnivorous dinner. Welcoming service: they served us promptly and kindly. Being in the historic center, there is no parking, but we were very happy with our choice. Thank you.

07/09/2026: I'll give this restaurant just one word: top-notch! Excellent value for money. I've been coming for a long time and it's always been great, nothing but good things. All the other reviews are fake and probably from people who've never been to this restaurant or found a bull steak with no sinew, top quality, and dessert for 18 euros, honestly! To say it's not good is a disgrace! I'll be back in 2026 and it'll still be top-notch: wood-fired ribeye for 21 euros and sea bream for 20 euros, top-notch freshness in my opinion. Those who criticize have never been.

21/09/2024: Het prachtige terras is onweerstaanbaar en de beperkte menukaart uitnodigend.
Op zijn Italiaans ontvangen maar daar is zeker niets mis mee. De menukaart is zeer beperkt maar daardoor is alles wel vers en heerlijk. Er staat ook (camargue) zout op tafel en dat maakte het helemaal af.
Enige negatieve is dat dit restaurant best populair is en iedere couvert is uiteraard extra geld. Alles gaat dan ook vliegensvlug waardoor je snel plaats kan maken voor een ander. Begrijpelijk maar toch jammer.
