Oops, I forgot the appetizer with the aperitif: the charcuterie was delicious! All in a typical and authentic setting. It feels like a Sologne inn.

29/05/2025: A single menu for this Mother's Day Sunday, but that's not a problem given the quality of the food. Be careful if you're in a hurry, the service isn't fast. I recommend this restaurant; we had a great time!

10/12/2024: Snacks and victuals you will find in this place... It all starts with a good garbure that will warm your heart and taste buds, well simmered, with its local ham slices. Well, of course, you need what it takes to make it taste good. Menu at 28€, then comes a good slice (1cm) of homemade foie gras terrine, with floc de gascogne. So there, dear friend.... I would say: "the good god in velvet pants"... this is the 2nd time in my life that I have tasted such a melting and tasty liver. On the advice of the waiter, son of the house, we opted for the slow-cooked piglet shoulder. Absolutely tasty, tender and tender. Accompanied by homemade duck fat fries, please!!! Don't imagine for a second that these could be frozen fries, impossible. At this point, you haven't been hungry for a while... well you eat anyway... it's so delicious 😋. Obviously you leave the table with such tense thoughts that you worry: “How will I be able to digest?” The great deal.... everything is going well, because there are only good products. It's nice to find a place like this house. Congratulations to all and may the god of the fork always protect and accompany you.

22/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant, recently taken over by Fout. The simple yet refined dishes made with local produce are delicious. A lovely touch was the candle on the dessert for my wife's birthday. Refined and flavorful cuisine with elegant presentation. We will gladly return to try the menu on a Sunday at lunchtime.

04/12/2025: We had lunch there one day and were pleasantly surprised by the €25 set menu: two excellent amuse-bouches, a choice of two starters including a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, a flavorful veal stew, and perfectly cooked sea bream. The service was discreet and attentive. We highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.

14/11/2025: Having been regulars for several years, we were delighted to meet the new management. They bring their own personal touch while remaining true to the Florida's family history. The faces have changed, but the quality remains, and we were able to appreciate the chef's talent and the updated menu, especially while enjoying the cozy fireplace. Whether on the terrace in fine weather or inside, the Florida remains one of our favorite restaurants, both for its sophisticated and high-quality cuisine and for the warm welcome we received. As frequent visitors, we wholeheartedly recommend it.
