23/04/2026: For a €40 tasting menu, I wasn't expecting such refined cuisine. The cooking was perfectly executed, the flavors blended beautifully, and there were plenty of delightful surprises. The presentation was lovely and generous, showcasing local producers, and the service was incredibly friendly. It couldn't be better. I can't wait to go back!

26/04/2026: Hearty and delicious dishes! A great place with a warm welcome. Special mention for the "Grandma's Eggs" and "Grandma's Eggs." It's rare to find dishes with eggs, and this one is a real success! We had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

22/04/2026: A truly wonderful time spent at La Patte Oie bistro in Auch! The atmosphere is incredibly warm, with a cozy dining room lit by small lamps that create a soft and pleasant ambiance—perfect for relaxing after work. As for the food, duck specialties take center stage, and it shows! I enjoyed an excellent Gers-style salad with foie gras, gizzards, and dried duck breast: a real treat, bursting with flavor. All accompanied by a light and refreshing Perrier with a slice of lemon as an aperitif. A simple, pleasant, and delicious evening. A place to know and return to without hesitation! Highly recommended!

08/04/2026: This restaurant is fantastic!!! Finally, something other than confit, duck breast, and burgers!! Real restaurant cuisine… to the point where I even liked things I don't usually like (raw red onion and preserved lemon instead of fennel… wink wink!). Bravo and thank you to the waitress, who was as efficient as she was charming. ONE SMALL NOTE: If you don't know about the 1000 Columns, you can't help but imagine there's a restaurant "behind" it. See you soon!
