04/09/2024: Quelle bonne surprise ! Pour avoir expérimenté d’autres resto de la place, celui-ci est vraiment au dessus du lot pour un prix de repas comparable. La cuisine est raffinée et goûteuse, le service et la propreté impeccables, sans oublier la courtoisie ! Un petit bémol pour l’attente, mais ça vaut le coup ! Une expérience à ne pas manquer !

Well, of course, you need what it takes to make it taste good. Menu at 28€, then comes a good slice (1cm) of homemade foie gras terrine, with floc de gascogne. So there, dear friend.... I would say: "the good god in velvet pants"... this is the 2nd time in my life that I have tasted such a melting and tasty liver. On the advice of the waiter, son of the house, we opted for the slow-cooked piglet shoulder. Absolutely tasty, tender and tender. Accompanied by homemade duck fat fries, please!!! Don't imagine for a second that these could be frozen fries, impossible. At this point, you haven't been hungry for a while... well you eat anyway... it's so delicious 😋. Obviously you leave the table with such tense thoughts that you worry: “How will I be able to digest?” The great deal.... everything is going well, because there are only good products. 19/08/2024: An incredible experience. From the service to the tasting, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! Real taste discoveries but also in terms of textures. A great address to do. Little extra: we were in the small room on the right which only had 5 tables with ours so it was really very pleasant and intimate.

Le repas ,un vrai délice le turbot avec ses légumes, le magret de canard,le boudin aux pommes en entrée,le crumble aux fruits en dessert.la visite du chef en fin de repas. Le service parfait ! Tout est réunie pour passer un bon moment Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés et la bouche ouverte !!!

On the other hand, it is very difficult to hold a conversation and he delays going outside because of the hubbub. So unfortunately it's noisy but if you ignore that everything is great even the service, the kindness everything is impeccable!!

16/12/2024: What a great discovery! 😋 But remember to book in advance, it’s essential. First of all, the environment, in the heart of the bastide town of Lannepax, in a quiet area. No problem parking, it's nice. Then the superb Gers house which houses the restaurant was renovated whilst retaining its historic charm. The decor is pleasant without being flashy. Here everything is about delicacy and a certain refinement. Finally, the meal: A la carte on Sunday lunch, it was a treat from start to finish. I have fond memories of the breaded soft-boiled egg and the chocolate sphere, a lovely surprise burst of flavors! The fish, ideally cooked lean, melts in the mouth. In short, a pleasant moment to savor, in the first sense of the term. The wine list is impressive with lovely regional wines and some great standards. The service is efficient and discreet, and the bill is correct for the quality of the overall service. A big thank you to the entire La Faleine bleue team! We will come back, for sure!
