06/01/2026: Wine misrepresentation. Obsequious waiter, unpleasant owner who gets offended immediately by customers who dare to make a polite comment. Dishes not as described on the menu. In short, none of the three of us will ever go back. The children had already been there and vowed never to set foot in the place again.

23/11/2025: Very disappointed compared to last year when we were very happy. Today, we ordered the €35 set menu with foie gras that had absolutely no taste, very bland, followed by sweetbreads that were barely warm. And for dessert, we supposedly had a tiramisu 😁—what a joke! A ladyfinger cake in a very weak coffee. I won't be going back. On the other hand, the bill was great 👍 Overpriced for the quality. I don't need to come and discuss it with you; what would change since the mistake has already been made? I don't know what your role is? But it's up to you to see what's happening in the kitchen and taste the dishes if you're the chef. And what a disgrace that tiramisu was. Google is there for reviews. Accepting reviews is how we improve. Have a good day.

05/01/2026: We came for a weekend because we were attending a wedding in the area. The owners are exceptionally kind; the rooms are clean; the breakfasts are generous and delicious. As for the restaurant: quality cuisine with fresh, local produce; excellent value for money. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely return.

12/02/2026: A very pleasant stay, the surroundings were very peaceful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and healthy (including local walnuts). The room and linens were clean. Towels were changed regularly. However, there were a few negative points: the room was rather small, there was a cigarette smell coming from the window, and the most annoying thing was the cockroaches (several in the room and one in the common stairwell).

14/12/2025: What a disappointment this mediocre meal was! This restaurant is unworthy of being on the "Nursery Food Roundup" list. The food was industrial, like something you'd find at a supermarket. The dishes were tasteless, the meat tough, and the aperitif served in a tiny 2-centiliter glass. There was only one toilet for two buses, meaning approximately 100 people. To top it all off, the manager doesn't accept negative feedback, warning that things can quickly escalate. We preferred to leave discreetly, telling her we would give this establishment some (bad) publicity.

23/09/2025: Very convenient and close to Fleurance. Rooms a little dated. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Nice welcome. However, after staying several nights, it wasn't great to find one of my T-shirts inside the bed, which had been remade...

21/06/2025: Disappointed with the welcome and service Upon arrival at the restaurant, no one pays attention. I joined the group alone. Service left something to be desired: ordering problems, desserts sent out even though the tables hadn't been cleared. Intense heat: only tables under the porch were available. I strongly advise against it.

11/06/2025: After an hour and a half, having had nothing, no aperitif, water, nothing. I left without anyone saying anything to me. Incredible! This had never happened to me before.

15/02/2026: What a place! We ate there for Valentine's Day and were absolutely delighted, quite the opposite! The setting is magnificent, the meal was excellent and plentiful! The service was top-notch, we'll definitely be back this summer for our wedding anniversary, this time booking a room to complete the experience! Thank you for your dedication to making this place a magnificent escape from the everyday and a timeless haven. ☺️

19/01/2026: Currently in liquidation, leaving us without a venue or caterer four months before the wedding. Not even an email to inform us of the situation! We had to contact the mayor of Montesquiou to confirm our suspicions.

27/09/2025: In July, we chose Château Le Haget for our wedding. We were delighted. The campsite around the château allowed our guests to arrive the Tuesday before the wedding, giving us a few days to spend with our loved ones. The location is ideal; the children quickly took to it, and we were able to organize soccer, pétanque, and molky tournaments, as well as pool and walks. In the morning, we all had breakfast together at the foot of the château, and in the evening, we gathered for dinner. The vacation itself was unforgettable! The highlight of this moment was the wedding. We were able to decorate the room to our liking, we ate well, and partied all night long! Throughout the development of this major project, we were able to count on the professionalism and sound advice of Émilien, Floriane, Matthieu, and Frédérique. They made sure that both the vacation and the wedding were top-notch. We have unforgettable and, above all, very happy memories of this timeless moment. We plan to repeat the vacation with our loved ones "at the castle," as we now call it. Thank you again to the team 🥰
