Solid cooking, great value, brilliant way to engage with local people. Good lunches over the summer season, too. Dogs allowed on the terrace only.

30/01/2026: Excellent place! We arrived as a group of six, having booked half an hour in advance. The waitresses were very friendly. Everything was perfect: fresh ingredients and very reasonable prices. You can go there without hesitation.

20/02/2026: A magnificent, authentic place with a crackling fireplace and a splendid view of the lake. Excellent cuisine; the foie gras was truly delicious, and the duck breast cooked over embers was sublime. The service was absolutely top-notch; the waiters were very elegant and attentive. I highly recommend it.

07/12/2024: Very disappointing apart from the restaurant (discovery menu) We had to adjust the TV channels ourselves otherwise there was no TV. I think you should review your checks before customers arrive. When we spoke about it at reception, the receptionist asked us why we hadn't called him but Mr. would you need to answer the phone? Afterwards you don't need a bac +5 to set up a TV. No heating when we arrived in the room. Fortunately we had a good time at the restaurant but it is independent of the hotel since it is open to the outside (maybe that's why it was good). Expensive breakfast for what is offered. We won't come back.

29/09/2025: Very satisfied, cozy and relaxing atmosphere, fast and impeccable service, the friendliness of the staff is discreet and attentive to the expectations of the customers, excellent meals, palm for the fries which are perfect, which deserves to be mentioned because very rare in the Gers, the duck confit is perfect, in short, stop at the Auberge du Lac, a legendary restaurant in Gondrin courageously taken over by the new owner whose daughter concocts absolutely delicious cocktails!!!

29/11/2025: My feedback is simply to help you improve, not to criticize. The wait time is admittedly a bit long, but the service is pleasant. However, heating would be a real plus; it's really not pleasant to eat when you're cold. There's a problem with the pizza cooking (the merguez sausage was really undercooked and the egg was too raw). Best of luck!

23/11/2025: Having come a year ago as a family (as we do every year), we returned this weekend with our children to enjoy a pleasant meal. The meal met our expectations, as always. However, this restaurant has become a place frequented by intoxicated and disruptive people. With our young children, I must admit I was disappointed and annoyed (as was my family) by the constant coming and going behind our table to chat with other customers. People were talking loudly, not moving, and were intrusive behind our chairs... This will be the last time we invite our loved ones, much to my regret.
