06/06/2026: I didn't try the rooms, but the restaurant is not worthy of a 3-star rating. The set menu consisted of a piece of pork loin with undercooked potatoes, a disgusting strawberry tart, bread that was three days old, and when I asked for ice cream instead of chocolate mousse, I got a scoop of strawberry ice cream.

23/07/2026: We had a magical evening here, dining in the courtyard with a violinist playing. The set menu was varied, interesting, and delicious. Service was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

27/06/2026: A magnificent discovery! A gourmet meal that sparks curiosity with original and perfectly executed flavor combinations. The cooking is impeccable, the sauces enhance the dishes without ever overpowering them. The homemade bread is excellent, the wine perfectly paired with the meal, and the desserts are simply exceptional. All this in a superb setting with a very warm welcome. An address we recommend without hesitation.

26/04/2026: If you're in the area, this is a must-stop. A warm welcome, foie gras, frog legs, sweetbreads, and ribeye steak—a delight (all regional products). My 5-year-old granddaughter wanted a hamburger, and the owner made it according to her tastes. Thank you! We will be back. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience! 25/04/2026: Passing through this weekend, we stopped at this welcoming place and were very impressed by Romane's hospitality, kindness, and helpful suggestions for our drinks. She was both professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

10/06/2026: The atmosphere is very welcoming, but unfortunately, the food leaves much to be desired. The set menu is offered at €25, a price that seems high to me considering the quality of the dishes served. For a starter, the Gascon salad was decent, but nothing special. For the main course, the fish with risotto was particularly bland, overcooked, and served in a rather small portion. Luckily, salt and pepper were available to add a little something extra. As for the desserts, they were also disappointing: the cake was very dry and lacked flavor. The whipped cream added a touch of indulgence, but wasn't enough to compensate. Furthermore, if you want a cheese platter or homemade ice cream, you have to add €4, which ultimately brings the set menu to €29. In the end, I don't think the value for money is satisfactory. It's a disappointing experience that, in my opinion, isn't particularly worth the trip.

13/06/2026: We just spent three extraordinary weeks at the Hôtel du Commerce in Estang, and we will cherish the memories forever. A huge thank you to Yochen and Anneke, the owners, for their warm welcome, their kindness, their availability, and their constant attention. Thanks to them, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our congratulations also go to Émilie, the housekeeper, for her professionalism, her good humor, and the care she takes every day to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. A big thank you to Didier, the head waiter, for his efficiency, his dedication to service, his friendliness, and his constant attention to the guests. The entire team contributes to creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay particularly enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine welcome, quality service, and a warm ambiance. Thank you all for these three exceptional weeks. We will be back with great pleasure!

04/05/2026: An interesting and innovative culinary experience (menu), original but sometimes surprising. The waiter was a bit gruff and tense (as described in many reviews) but efficient, yet you get the impression you're bothering him... The chef/owner is lovely and comes out of the kitchen whenever he can to greet departing customers. Update from Thursday, April 30, 2026: We arrived at 8:07 PM for dinner. The restaurant door was locked, even though the website indicated it was open. There was no sign on the door. People were dining at a table (probably hotel guests). So we called to inquire: extremely unpleasant responses, with no explanation as to why it was closed. 40 km for nothing.

27/07/2026: Ideally located, with a lovely young woman providing attentive service, and of course, delicious and unpretentious dishes. I had the pleasure of trying the burger with small pieces of seared foie gras: a delight. And the meat was butcher-quality. Not to mention their amazing homemade fries 😋 In short, I highly recommend it!

05/07/2026: Stayed from July 3rd to 4th. The staff were very welcoming and professional, both at reception and in the restaurant. Good value for money for the room; perhaps consider blackout curtains for rooms overlooking the parking lot.

09/06/2026: The hotel was a bit off our Camino de Santiago route. But it was clean, the furnishings were basic, and the breakfast offered was plentiful.
