29/03/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times; the food is excellent, and the service is too, except this time. The service was provided by trainees who took away our appetizers before we'd even started. It was the same with the main course; one of us hadn't finished, while the trainee cleared the table quickly.
Everything was very rushed; we didn't have time to enjoy it. It was the first time we'd introduced our cousins to this restaurant.
What a shame.

27/06/2026: I discovered this restaurant with its warm atmosphere, a vibrant and wonderful chef, an attentive team, and dishes that... how can I describe them? Fresh ingredients, generous portions, an explosion of flavor for the taste buds... No words can adequately describe this place. You simply have to go there to appreciate it and truly understand.

23/06/2026: Excellent, generous cuisine, prepared with heart and a genuine desire to please. They truly care about ensuring you have a good time, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the chef even comes to greet you.
I loved my visit and will definitely be back soon.

The raw vegetables are fresh, the quality is truly evident in the dishes, and they are beautifully presented, which is a definite plus. The restaurant's decor is charming and original, featuring lovely paintings by a local artist, and the welcome is simple, friendly, and warm. What more could you ask for? A must-visit and a place to discover.

The appetizer buffet was very good, a small but varied selection, the salads were well-seasoned, and the quiches were nice. Good quality ingredients.
The homemade dessert was also impeccable, good value for money. Local farm yogurt and a type of fresh, raw-milk curd cheese.
A great find!

A very warm welcome, truly kind and pleasant staff, an excellent meal, and top-notch service. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
I highly recommend La Traverse in Les Estables! A very good experience, and I'll gladly return. 😊

01/06/2026: Hello, we were passing through with our family of eight, including lunch, overnight stay, and a generous breakfast. A charming, quiet stone inn with a very warm welcome. The food was excellent, and the little candle for our daughter's birthday was a lovely touch. The prices were reasonable, and the owners and staff were delightful.
Don't hesitate to come.

Everything was clearly homemade! A delightful lunchtime surprise!

Food: Very few local products! Not even Puy lentils... the menu is very limited. What a shame! Furthermore, the chef is, in my opinion, overwhelmed too easily...
