06/12/2025: This is a great restaurant in a quiet rural part of France. Definitely worth a detour if passing through. The service is excellent. Casual, polite & extremely efficient. The food delicious. A great wine list. Beautiful wine glasses. Very popular among the locals so a reservation is essential. There is plenty of on street free parking.

18/12/2025: I didn't book a room but a seminar room, and it was one of the best I've ever used. The room has two long tables, one with a projection screen, and a relaxation area next to it. The hotel's decor is very attractive and perfectly suited to Chaumont. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. I highly recommend it!

23/10/2025: A truly exceptional welcome! I came on October 3rd and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Even when I wasn't feeling well and was sick, the ladies in the service were incredibly kind, without any judgment. They took care of me with great attention and kindness. It's not everywhere you find such human service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your understanding and your smile. I highly recommend this place just for the quality of the team's heart.

04/07/2025: Restaurant adjacent to the ibis hotel. You can eat there as a hotel guest or as a guest coming from outside. Friendly waitresses overall. A small salad is served at the reception. The grilled dishes are good and prepared right in front of you. Very good desserts too.

08/09/2024: Two night rental for 5 people at the end of August. The welcome is really very friendly. The basic chalet was a bit old but sufficient. a little too overlooked for my taste (never undress in the bedroom with the shutter open), it's camping, so camping atmosphere. But the environment is pleasant, the swimming pool sufficient and well heated (and the hours very cool). Access to the lake at the top. We tried the pizzas, it was good! Pedal boat rental on site is also nice. Possibility of ordering your bread for the next day! THANKS!

13/12/2025: A very good experience here at La Table des Halles where you will be very well received by the owner who is a lovely person. Indeed, I went there on Saturday, December 13th with my friends and we enjoyed a very good meal, as well as the best Irish coffee in the country, and believe me, I know about this subject, having done the Tour de France of Irish coffee shops, so go without hesitation because you will not be disappointed, that's my word.

04/02/2026: The restaurant was very good, the food was very good, however the evening waitress acted like she was the queen of the world, a real "Miss" who wasn't very graceful. In the morning, a small coffee and a bread and butter cost €5.20; the day before, at another truck stop, the same thing was €3.30. 🤨

31/01/2026: Hi, I recommend this small truck stop, it's very pleasant. The staff are very polite and helpful, and the owner is super friendly. The restrooms are very clean. I had a very good meal... the parking lot is very large... no problem parking with our semi-trailer... I'll be back.

22/01/2026: A charming and peaceful place, chosen as a stopover on our way back to Belgium. We were greeted by the owner who showed us to our room (a rare treat these days!). The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. For dinner, the menu is simple, but the dishes are generous and beautifully presented. And the restaurant has a warm atmosphere, just like the owner. The breakfast buffet offers more than enough to start the day off right. All this for a price that's hard to beat these days. A highly recommended place!
