05/03/2026: What a delightful discovery this PMU bistro-restaurant is! While the decor is undeniably rustic, a relic of another era, the generous cuisine, also inherited from this mystical past, is a true delight. The sweetbreads were delicious. A fine selection of offal dishes is also available, including kidneys, calf's head, black pudding, and ribeye steak for a classic touch. The homemade fries are exceptional, and the dessert menu is superb, featuring profiteroles, vacherin, chocolate mousse, and more. Thank you, gentlemen of the management! Be aware that there will soon be a change of ownership. Hurry!

We'll have to wait and see about the quality of the food...

I love going there regularly and highly recommend it, especially in the summer when there are concerts on the terrace.

The menu hasn't changed since last year, but the prices have definitely gone up: €30 minimum for a main course/dessert, "industrial sauces, sardines that aren't grilled or gutted, homemade fries that are overcooked and soggy, and supposedly homemade desserts at €10 (industrially produced lemon or chocolate tart). If you want to have a nice time over a drink, it's great, but don't expect anything amazing for lunch."

We received a warm welcome.
There were some mistakes in taking our order, and the waitress was rather unfriendly.
I find this disappointing, working in a restaurant.
24/05/2026: A fantastic experience at Au Bureau! The burger was truly excellent, perfectly prepared, a huge thank you to the chef 👌
And a big thank you also to Kevin, a truly top-notch waiter—super welcoming, friendly, smiling, and very professional. Honestly, it's a pleasure to receive service like that. We had a wonderful time.
One small negative point, though: one of the waitresses wasn't very smiley and often sniffed in front of the customers, which made the initial welcome a little awkward. But apart from that, everything else was absolutely perfect!

The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and you can immediately taste the quality of the homemade ingredients.
The portions are generous and very well-filled, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Excellent value for money and top-notch service. I highly recommend it!

10/05/2026: Everything is there: remarkable cuisine that awakens the senses, presented by exceptionally kind owners. The excellence of the food is matched only by the warmth of the welcome. The atmosphere is simply perfect, creating an ideal setting for a memorable experience.
It's a true gem not to be missed under any circumstances. Go for it without hesitation.
The supreme of chicken stuffed in the Franche-Comté style and the beef fillet with morels are absolutely must-tries.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and a warm atmosphere that immediately sets the tone. Generous appetizers, extraordinary and high-quality meats, perfectly cooked dishes, and above all, incredible profiteroles—the best dessert ever!
We must truly commend the chef's skill, which is on par with a fine-dining restaurant.

10/05/2026: There were three of us at the table. Excellent welcome, a clear menu with no too many set menus or à la carte options. No wait. The waitress was excellent, very professional, and had a great sense of humor, taking excellent care of all of us.
We ordered two set menus and one dish from the à la carte menu. Everything flowed smoothly without any delays. Good food, lovely presentation.
I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

06/05/2026: Well, to start, what an atmosphere! Pascal, the big brother, at the grill, where a new guy is practically being told to get lost in front of the customers.
Two rare rib-eye steaks ordered, supposedly "aged."
So what's certain is that the service was very fast (as was the cooking), and the peppercorn sauce was incredibly...cold.

04/01/2026: An incredible place! We had a wonderful time; everything was absolutely delicious, with a special mention for the amazing homemade foie gras by Aurélien: a real gem. The welcome was just perfect, warm and genuine; we felt right at home. A huge thank you to Aurélien and Mathieu for their kindness, professionalism, and the wonderful atmosphere they created. A restaurant you'll want to return to again and again. Go for it without hesitation!
