26/04/2026: A truly wonderful experience at the Hôtel de France restaurant in Pesmes! The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and you can immediately taste the quality of the homemade ingredients. The portions are generous and very well-filled, making the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money and top-notch service. I highly recommend it!

16/04/2026: We found a very good restaurant with homemade food, very friendly waitresses, impeccable service and a cook who makes exceptional French toast, you'll recognize us, we came with our little Yorkie, a restaurant to recommend.

14/07/2026: The owner is nice. The cocktails are good, I don't know about the rest. It's not like we asked for the menu four times in 30 minutes =). Don't give us the excuse that it's busy; the "busy" ones got their menus before us when they arrived later.

12/07/2026: I won't rate the food as I didn't eat there. This establishment has changed a lot, but not for the better. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the two waitresses we saw were nonchalant and thought very heavily, but that's the owner's problem; there must be unpaid bills. It took one or two minutes before one of the waitresses decided to take my payment, even though I had gone over to pay (we could have left without paying without any problem), and she wasn't even busy.

24/05/2026: While on vacation in the area, I stopped at this restaurant. We received a warm welcome. There were some mistakes in taking our order, and the waitress was rather unfriendly. I find this disappointing, working in a restaurant.

24/05/2026: A fantastic experience at Au Bureau! The burger was truly excellent, perfectly prepared, a huge thank you to the chef 👌 And a big thank you also to Kevin, a truly top-notch waiter—super welcoming, friendly, smiling, and very professional. Honestly, it's a pleasure to receive service like that. We had a wonderful time. One small negative point, though: one of the waitresses wasn't very smiley and often sniffed in front of the customers, which made the initial welcome a little awkward. But apart from that, everything else was absolutely perfect!

03/07/2026: I came a few days ago; it had been a while since my last visit because I was disappointed by an employee who was almost aggressive towards me. So I came back to see what was happening, and I was very surprised and pleased by a young man with curly hair who greeted me with a very warm smile. He was professional from start to finish. I had come to buy one cookie, and in the end, he advised me to buy the 3 + 1 pastry set, and I left with two extra strawberry tarts. He was so good at communicating. Thanks to this young man, I will come back often. He's a natural at sales!

16/07/2026: Don't leave Vesoul without trying one of the chef's specialties: bursting andouillette sausage with cancoillotte cheese. We also tried the dessert of the day: a confit tomato and rhubarb tart; the discussion with the chef about this dessert and ways to improve it was very pleasant!

20/06/2026: A pleasant moment. Family atmosphere and welcoming staff. We stopped there for a drink, a nice little break.

18/06/2026: The veranda didn't inspire confidence in this 34°C heat, but I can confirm it's indeed air-conditioned. A pleasant surprise, then, thanks to the setting, the warm welcome, and the attentiveness of the waitstaff. The originality of the "Egg Trilogy" dish was a delight. Working nearby, I'll gladly repeat the experience.

28/07/2026: Today's menu was homemade and good, but the only downside was when they told me it was peach compote and it turned out to be pieces of peach in syrup 😢 I pointed this out and they replied that that's how compote is supposed to be 🙄 I'm disappointed by this answer 😒

24/01/2026: The meal was very good. The dishes were well-presented and plentiful. The service was appalling.

22/12/2025: This restaurant was recommended to me. Luckily, because the exterior isn't very inviting. Once inside, however, everything changes. The decor, the service, and the food are excellent. The set menu is only served in the evening. So, I'll definitely be back.

14/07/2026: We only went to the small beach. This is great for cooling off and swimming when the weather is nice.

06/07/2026: We received excellent service this Sunday. The beef skewers were a real treat. The shady spot by the Saône was magnificent.
