Especially the youngest one, whose name isn't Marie, by the way.
So when you make comments, try to be at least consistent... so that they remain somewhat credible.

27/07/2026: I highly recommend this establishment. Firstly, the quality of the food is impeccable; secondly, the setting is absolutely charming. Nestled between shimmering ponds and rolling forests, it was truly magical to have lunch on the terrace.
A delightful moment of pure enjoyment, savoring the beauty of the surroundings and the dishes, which were as delicious as they were beautifully presented. Be warned, the portions are very generous!

The decor is incredible, the terrace very pleasant, the manager very welcoming and friendly, and the food perfect.
I highly recommend it.

18/05/2026: Excellent value for money. The meal was superb from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We highly recommend it.
17/05/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent value for money.
The room was functional and clean. On-site parking.
The breakfast was very varied, with high-quality products. We will definitely return if we are ever in Luxeuil-les-Bains.

06/07/2026: This open-air café was great, and the musicians were excellent. I had a wonderful time afterwards, but it's a shame because it used to be open every Sunday afternoon and also had dinner dances...in addition to everything else.

18/07/2026: I just ate there for lunch today, it was absolutely delicious, nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it, well done to the restaurant. The photo shows Marie's squid with Marie's poutine, a real treat.

30/04/2026: A pleasant and very well-located hotel, very close to the center and especially to the thermal baths park, which I was lucky enough to have a view of.
However, it's a real shame that reception is only open until 7 pm, which is hardly convenient for a business trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable; only the television, with its virtually nonexistent reception and poor-quality screens, slightly detracts from the experience.
The bed, however, is very comfortable.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I believe this hotel definitely deserves a return visit.
26/04/2026: I would have liked to give a good rating because the room, the welcome, the quiet atmosphere, and the explanations were excellent, but this afternoon (Sunday, April 26th), we wanted to have a drink on the terrace and left after a 20-minute wait. Not a single greeting. The waiter walked past us three times, then the waitress took everyone's order, even though they arrived well after us, despite my wife calling out to us. We'll keep the address, but only for sleeping... For everything else, we'll be going elsewhere.

13/12/2025: I drove 40 minutes on a Saturday evening to arrive at 8 pm, even though the establishment was listed as open online. Once there: the door was closed, no information was given about the closure, and no one answered the phone, not even a message to let me know.
A lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

12/05/2026: To give you some context, my husband and I arrived at 1:30 PM with our 6-month-old baby in a stroller. We were greeted by a man named César, and the service was beyond appalling. He seated us at a table with the stroller in the aisle, and we asked him to move us to a table across the street, about two meters away. He refused, seated us at another table that he didn't even bother to clean (he put the placemats directly on the table, even though it was clearly still dirty), with the stroller still in the aisle. As a last resort, my husband asked if we could be seated at a table across the street, otherwise we would leave. To our utter astonishment, he replied, "Yes, I think that's better." The waiter clearly preferred to see us leave rather than seat us where we wanted to be. As we were leaving, we explained the situation to the assistant manager or dining room manager. My husband knew her and, moreover, he works for the Leclerc management on various projects. To top it all off, we were regulars at this brasserie. Given this fantastic reception, we went to eat elsewhere (in a real restaurant with real service). I now understand the 3.3 rating.
08/05/2026: Quick service, good menu selection and decent daily specials. It's a shame the brasserie is so noisy.
