24/03/2026: We came as a family of 13 and were very disappointed with our experience. The service was truly lacking: our plates were cleared before everyone had finished their meals, and the atmosphere among the waiters was quite cold. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The portions were very small for the price: our fries were thin and dry, while our neighbors had "steakhouse" fries, and the cancoillotte cheese on the Franche-Comté platters wasn't even hot. When it came time to pay, the waiter suggested we round up the bill to the next highest amount "for simplicity." With over €50 per person and not even a complimentary coffee, this seemed really inappropriate and unprofessional. Frankly, very disappointing; I do not recommend this restaurant. We never booked for 17 people, but rather for 12 or 13, and there were 13 of us. Opening your establishment that day was your decision, not a specific request from us. Furthermore, we were not the only customers present. You mention a complimentary digestif: it was actually a single glass to share for the entire table, presented as a tasting. The comment, "to find out the name of the product tasted, you will have to order it and read it on the bill," confirms this. Regarding the bill, it was indeed suggested that we round up to the nearest whole amount, contrary to what you claim. This should always be an option for the customer, not something that is imposed upon them. Therefore, we stand by our review, which accurately reflects our experience. 08/03/2026: Pure and simple robbery! A large meal costs an extra €1, but without the large meal it's more expensive. Gentlemen, that's legally robbery! It's shameful that everything has become an extra charge.
