05/12/2025: I've rarely been to bars/brasseries and frankly I'm not disappointed. The waiters, the manager, the staff in general are super friendly, lovely, helpful, and the place itself is charming, you feel right at home (ps: see you tonight!)

Everything was going well when suddenly a group of young women came and sat down at a table next to me.
Except that a group of young women from outside came and attacked the group of young women sitting next to me. I almost had a drink thrown at me.
The young woman was injured, requiring police and firefighter intervention, given the carnage.
I was surprised by the boss's lack of firmness.

01/11/2025: It was truly by chance, after getting lost on winding country roads, that we discovered this timeless inn... An unusual, very friendly place with a truly authentic atmosphere. We all ordered the pork menu, and honestly, it was worth it: everything is homemade with local products! A real treat for the taste buds, and our stomachs thanked us profusely. It's definitely a place we'll return to without hesitation. Thank you to Carole, who looked after us with an unwavering smile! See you very soon. Thank you for everything 😘

31/10/2025: We had lunch at this country restaurant on October 28, 2025, in the purest tradition of this type of establishment. The owner gave us a friendly, smiling, and warm welcome, even though there were only two of us dining. We enjoyed the local aperitif, Lo Cul Dra Haut, made with kirsch and cherry syrup. Then came a very generous country-style menu: omelet, sausage, salad, cheeses (a tasting plate), and tart. Alsatian white wine by the glass was also available (very good). The owner was open to conversation while respecting local traditions. So, if you're out hiking, stop by Gaby's and give it a try!

Easy parking thanks to the adjacent lot.
Spacious and pleasant dining room.
Fast and efficient service.
Aesthetically pleasing and quite tasty dishes.
Disadvantages:
Only set lunch menu.
Light side dishes.
Atmosphere and service borderline unfriendly.
Passing through, I'll give it another try because it could be perfect with a couple of tweaks. I often give a second chance.
But please, a smile! It makes you forget so many things.

19/01/2026: To celebrate his birthday, our son had the excellent idea of taking us to this lovely restaurant for the second time, but I must say we were disappointed, as the price didn't match the quality of the meal. We didn't enjoy the food as much; the side dishes were too small, and the desserts were overpriced. The owner's lack of friendliness was also a drawback.

13/12/2024: Discovered the restaurant by chance during a business trip, I highly recommend this address both for the setting (2 ambiances of room decor), the varied menu at a reasonable price, and especially for the team in the dining room, welcoming, natural, attentive and smiling (increasingly rare these days)
The carp fry ordered for dinner was delicious and filling.
Very satisfied with my evening, I had lunch the next day choosing the daily menu at a very reasonable price and generously served.
Personalized croque monsieur and salad as a starter and an excellent duck breast as a main course. I skipped dessert because otherwise I would have had to take a room to take a nap... 😉
I will definitely return there during my next business trip, and this time, I will try the hotel at the same address.
Good luck to the whole team and don't change anything!!!

04/01/2026: An incredible place! We had a wonderful time; everything was absolutely delicious, with a special mention for the amazing homemade foie gras by Aurélien: a real gem. The welcome was just perfect, warm and genuine; we felt right at home. A huge thank you to Aurélien and Mathieu for their kindness, professionalism, and the wonderful atmosphere they created. A restaurant you'll want to return to again and again. Go for it without hesitation!
