25/09/2024: I have nothing to complain about everything is very good exetera service

17/09/2024: I ordered a pike perch fillet. It was very dry despite the sauce around it, on the plate there were 2 pieces of carrots, a small ramekin of green beans and a potato pancake which was also very dry. At the same time, seeing the size of the menu and the people in the room knowing that there are only two cooks and an apprentice, it doesn't surprise me that certain dishes go by the wayside. Very disappointed. No one will make me believe that with two cooks and an apprentice given the size of the menu and the room, that the food is fresh.

24/11/2024: a little setting to rest and have a change of scenery! you will enjoy a good quality spa with a hot bath on the terrace and a view of the small lake on the estate. the rooms are spacious and clean, the meals served in the rooms are very very good! The owner is extremely kind and welcomed us and our two dogs without any problem! recommended with eyes closed rota them 😁

23/11/2024: From 3 p.m. to 10:30 a.m. We made the most of it. It is the best sauna spa with meals and breakfast. I recommend.

18/09/2024: We went by Monday lunchtime as a group. We were all amazed by the quality of the dishes, their originality, the subtlety of the different flavors and the passion of the cook for his work. This restaurant is definitely worth a detour. You should not hesitate to travel several dozen kilometers to come and eat. It was a very nice experience. You can go very far and our taste buds were all delighted. Thank you for this beautiful experience from the bottom of my heart.

05/08/2024: Superlekker gegeten! Leuke vriendelijke eigenaren. Onze zoon heeft genoten van de ossenhaas en ook de coquilles waren een genot. De deserts zagen er niet alleen prachtig uit maar smaakten ook heerlijk!

25/11/2024: What can I say about this establishment? Everything was absolutely perfect! A warm welcome, a generous gourmet meal and very good value for money. The rooms are modern and clean! The interior and exterior premises are very well maintained and decorated with flowers. I would come back with great pleasure during my next visit to this beautiful region!

13/09/2024: An excellent stopover; very good lunch, served with all sympathy and a friendly atmosphere. I do not rate the rooms, not having used them. The only small downside concerns the road, busy and noisy for lunch on this otherwise very pleasant terrace. We will come back to this. Thérèse and Luc, with their “big 4x4”

06/08/2024: De passage à Vesoul nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant. Belle terrasse, agréable jusqu’à la tombée de la nuit puis par manque d’éclairage un peu compliqué d’y rester à la tombée de la nuit. Serveuse pas très pro, un peu perdue dans les commandes, ne connaissant pas vraiment la carte des vins….mais charmante et pleine de bonne volonté. Jeune homme qui a pris le relai un peu mieux mais un peu léger sur les réponses à nos questions sur les plats. Bref, tout cela est un peu de l’amateurisme. En ce qui concerne les plats, ils sont corrects. Malgré une viande qui ne respectait pas la cuisson demandée. Bonne andouillette à la cancoillotte, salade du berger avec du fromage un peu sec et le miel prévu était un « peu absent » 😕 Gagnerait à être plus pro au niveau du service Peut-être que, comme dans beaucoup de restaurant, des difficultés de recrutement expliquent cette situation
