21/03/2026: We had dinner there on Thursday, March 19th. Despite it being a well-established restaurant, several of us suffered severe food poisoning after dinner. Hygiene and proper storage conditions must be strictly observed, so I do not recommend it.

15/07/2026: To the manager and owner of this business, I wish to express our profound disappointment following our visit to your establishment yesterday. We had planned to have a crêpe at your restaurant. Upon arriving at the entrance, we were abruptly stopped by one of your employees who was smoking while talking to what appeared to be another employee, right in front of the restaurant entrance. Firstly, smoking is unacceptable in front of a restaurant entrance, obstructing the flow of customers. Secondly, the attire: freedom is fine, but it shouldn't be taken to extremes. A tracksuit and TN sneakers create a very poor impression, especially in Megève. Thirdly, this person was smoking right next to the clothing displayed outside by the neighboring shop. This demonstrates a lack of respect for the neighboring businesses, their merchandise, and, consequently, their customers. We were genuinely shocked by this scene. The experience was so negative that we decided not to enter your establishment and chose to go elsewhere. It is regrettable that the behavior of an employee could damage the reputation of your restaurant in this way. We will not be returning.

05/07/2026: The two chocolate crepes must have been prepared in advance; the "milkshake" was just syrup with milk... For the price, it's a complete rip-off; avoid it.

25/03/2026: A quaint 5-star hotel just above Megeve. The welcoming property perfectly reflects a mountain home. The staff are the hotel's true asset, whose kindness and attentiveness make for a truly exceptional stay.

28/01/2026: Bad reviews are just not true. I met the manager during my visit and had a diner at the restaurant. Both the manager and staff are incredibly polite, attendant and friendly. Yes of course you pay the Megeve prices, you are in Megeve but that's to be expected. The food was incredible and the entire experience was beyond expectations. Thank you. Ignore the bad reviews, these people are just snobs who want to ruin good businesses. I am leaving a one star review because I know you clicked on lowest like me and will see this review this way. But it's actually 5 stars. Now I believe in you to give those 5 stars after your experience. Thomas, thank you for being our waiter last night, you're a wonderful kid with a bright future, enjoy that bottle buddy.

24/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel the weekend of May 23rd. From the moment we arrived, we felt an atmosphere of quality, both in the beauty of the place and in the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. The staff escorted us to our room, which was simply stunning. We chatted with them over drinks at MEIGE, the hotel's cocktail bar, where the passionate and kind bartender introduced us to the range of products. The spa is also cozy and inviting. If you appreciate elegant establishments with friendly and welcoming staff, this hotel is a must. We highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: The rooms lack privacy like the window is opened to a street into the downtown and you have no shutters or blackouts. This is fine if the room had air conditioning however, you have to ask for a mobile air conditioner brought into the room or you have to sleep with an open window that lets flies and people eyesight while you’re asleep. Second thing is the place does not offer a parking spot for you car. In fact they offer you a card for parking in a casino nearby and it will cost €30 per night. For Muslim people, the toilet seat does not have water floss. One last thing is the breakfast. It does not have a variety of food however the place is tidy, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

11/07/2026: A male employee processed the payment while on the phone, but a female employee came over and told me to do it again, claiming the payment hadn't gone through even though the money had already been deducted from the account. I did it again and showed her that the money had been withdrawn twice, but she insisted that it was none of their business and that the payment had only been processed once in their store, telling me to even speak to the manager. The manager kept repeating that the money had only been deposited into the store once, constantly calling me "Madam, Madam." The service was terrible, the way they handled things was awful, and I'm not sure if the food was anything special. It was just expensive.

11/07/2026: I want to thank Sandaria, a very good saleswoman, smiling, friendly, and knowledgeable. I often buy macarons from Ladurée, but today I must say the service was outstanding. All the best, dear lady, and I hope to see you next time!

10/04/2026: The pastries are always delicious, however, the service is very poor when a mistake is made by the cashier. They create a very unpleasant atmosphere of suspicion, and their refusal to check the till to prove my honesty was equally unacceptable.

04/04/2026: Unfortunately, a young waiter was extremely arrogant and very unpleasant. Tall and blond... incredibly disrespectful. Besides never giving the same price for the exact same orders, he took it upon himself to tell us what we should take and how we should speak... he didn't serve chocolatines, only pains au chocolat... and as long as my husband didn't say "pain au chocolat," he wouldn't serve it 😳 Well... given my husband's height and seeing that we weren't amused at all, he finally served the pastries while sighing and rolling his eyes! This establishment is a disaster... getting worse and worse, in any case.

05/04/2026: One of the best terraces in the area. Incredible view. Homemade cuisine, some meats from their own farm, homemade Myrtille and Genepi liqueurs. A truly authentic spot in Megève!

04/04/2026: We were turned away as soon as we arrived because, despite the restaurant being half empty, they refused to let us order "just" two pies and two drinks, claiming it would reduce the quality of service for customers who were eating... pathetic...

20/03/2026: I have been here after skiing and had a rather negative experience. We ordered some drinks and it took them forever to serve us the drinks. We politely complained about it but the reaction of one of waiters was quite rude. Do not recommend it.

17/03/2026: Excellent experience from start to finish! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: the tartares (salmon and beef) were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the pasta with morels… a real winner 🤍 The service was warm and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention for the terrace overlooking the slopes, perfect for soaking up the scenery. And a much-appreciated little extra: the complimentary hats provided for sun protection ☀️ An address we'll definitely be keeping—we'll be back with pleasure!

02/03/2026: The setting is nice, and that's about it. The food was bland, on par with a mid-range wedding caterer. The dishes were clearly pre-prepared. Nothing had any flavor. €200 for two people is outrageous. I would reduce the number of servers, who didn't add anything (we were served by five different people), to focus more on the food. PS: No baby changing table in a 5-star hotel…

24/02/2026: Overwhelming and rushed service. Arrived at 7:30 PM, left at 8:30 PM. Beautiful setting, but not worth the repulsion, and very expensive…
