08/07/2026: I've been several times and the employees are unpleasant. On top of that, they close their service well before the closing time indicated on Flunch's website. I arrived at 6:15 PM, and they told me they were already closed. I'm very disappointed; this isn't the first time this has happened to me at Flunch. You need to improve your service, otherwise you won't have any more customers.
08/07/2026: I just had a truly unbelievable experience at this establishment.
I ordered three ice creams and two milkshakes. When they went to serve the drinks, they told me they were out of straws. The suggested solution? Drink the milkshakes with a spoon... Why not a ladle while we're at it?
Between the endless wait, the unfriendly welcome, and now the lack of even the bare essentials for consuming what they sell, the service is deteriorating rapidly.
Selling milkshakes without straws and considering that normal is simply unacceptable. A real disappointment.

10/06/2026: We arrived by the little train this morning and went for a coffee at Au Vieux Siège. The very friendly welcome from the staff and the charming atmosphere won us over, so we booked a table on the terrace for lunch today. No regrets at all! We had the €18.90 set menu: Starter: Calamari - Main Course: Beef with Chips, Ratatouille and Swiss Chard - Dessert: 2 Scoops of Carte d'Or Sorbet - Drink and Coffee ☕️ for a total of €48. An excellent meal! Very good value for money. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the meal, the service. We will be back!

----------- We're starting fresh this year, 2025, with a new chef and a brand new, original tapas menu.
And DJ Nico Sanchez will still be there every Friday night, bringing his signature mixes to create a great atmosphere.
The team is friendly and efficient despite the unpredictable fluctuations in customer numbers; respect and hats off to them! 🙏🏼 🙂↕️
The latest tapas menu is a welcome change from the classics and is affordable for food lovers (for example, the roasted Camembert on a slice of garlic bread with a surprising and delightful tomato slice 😋). And the squid in virgin sauce, drizzled with olive oil and herbs, was an absolute treat! 😋😋 And to finish, the chocolate fondant was a big hit with my sweetheart, and I had the shrimp soufflé 🤔. And yes, for dessert, it was fabulous! 👌🏼😁

Served by Thomas. He was welcoming and incredibly pleasant.
2 cocktails + 2 strawberry Melba.
The price was quite reasonable considering the restaurant's location.
Fast service, the cocktails were good, and the strawberry Melba was too.
The musician was fantastic. (It's partly thanks to the musician that we came for a drink).
I highly recommend it!

14/05/2026: I went there with some apprehension given the various reviews.
Indeed, the decor is a bit dated, but the food was quite good. The waiter (owner?) was very pleasant.

01/05/2026: A very disappointing experience.
We thoroughly disliked our meal, both in terms of quality and service.
The white wine served wasn't even chilled, and instead of offering a suitable alternative, they added ice cubes… only to charge us €20 for the bottle, which is completely unjustified given the poor quality.
Another major issue: the menu listed lunch and dinner prices, with no mention of a special holiday surcharge. Yet, when the bill arrived, we were charged a higher price under the pretext that it was a holiday, without this being explained anywhere.
Finally, when paying, I asked to see the total before swiping my card, which is perfectly normal. This was refused, with the only response being that I would be given the receipt later. A very unpleasant and opaque practice.
In short: lack of price clarity, unprofessional service, disappointing quality. We left with a strong feeling of being ripped off and will certainly not be returning.

29/08/2024: The service was good, but the food was disastrous. The salad dressing that was spread all over the food was not edible. The burger had some herbs in it that didn't taste good. The pasta salad was also mixed with the disgusting salad dressing and was not edible.

20/09/2024: We had a lovely meal here yesterday evening. My daughter had the entrecote steak which was incredibly tender & I had beef with an onion & chestnut sauce. The sauce was rich & full of flavour. The waitress was friendly & very helpful. It was the perfect end to our visit to Beziers.
