08/05/2026: I don't usually give 5 stars, but I have to admit this was an exceptional find. The setting is magnificent, parking is easy, and the restaurant is decorated with great taste. The value for money is also excellent. The portions are generous, and the prices are quite reasonable. The chef's smoked salmon is delicious, and the pork, cooked for 9 hours, literally melts in your mouth. The service is excellent, the staff is very attentive, and I was even treated to some amuse-bouches specially made for me, as I'm gluten intolerant. We will be back. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed. Corinne

08/07/2026: The sandwiches are very good. The salads are generous. The bread is very good. The prices are reasonable... But, my God, the poor organization! It's a disaster, everything needs to be redone. As soon as there are three people in the bakery, it's chaos, and the service is extremely slow. Everything could be fixed with better organization. I come here often, and I hesitated for a long time before posting a review, but this is too much. This needs to be fixed. And I see that my comment isn't the first to express this sentiment.

16/08/2026: We dined at this brasserie during the Feria. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes and good service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

15/08/2026: A disaster! 1.5 hours to be served when there were only 20 people. A tourist trap! Cheap, frozen fries for a €22 plate. Peppercorn sauce. Anyone can open a brasserie with this kind of skill. Avoid at all costs! We had to send our plates back three times due to an allergy.

21/08/2026: Good value for money; we paid around €70 for two adults and two children, ordering set lunch menus for ourselves and two children's menus, including aperitifs. Quite well located, behind the cathedral. The service was very good. The quality of the food was decent, in line with the price.

31/08/2026: We had a very good meal; everything was delicious. The price was very reasonable. Be aware that the cutlery and glasses weren't always clean despite being in the dishwasher.

29/08/2026: We had booked a table for the tapas and cocktail area. There are forms to fill out to facilitate ordering. There was little waiting, and the service was pleasant and friendly... thank you to the waiter! The tapas were delicious, and the truffle cream pizza was amazing. The place is pleasant and relaxed.

23/06/2026: 🆑 May 2026 > New owners, new name, new decor, and even a stronger team!! ----------- We're starting fresh this year, 2025, with a new chef and a brand new, original tapas menu. And DJ Nico Sanchez will still be there every Friday night, bringing his signature mixes to create a great atmosphere. The team is friendly and efficient despite the unpredictable fluctuations in customer numbers; respect and hats off to them! 🙏🏼 🙂‍↕️ The latest tapas menu is a welcome change from the classics and is affordable for food lovers (for example, the roasted Camembert on a slice of garlic bread with a surprising and delightful tomato slice 😋). And the squid in virgin sauce, drizzled with olive oil and herbs, was an absolute treat! 😋😋 And to finish, the chocolate fondant was a big hit with my sweetheart, and I had the shrimp soufflé 🤔. And yes, for dessert, it was fabulous! 👌🏼😁

26/08/2026: The pizzas were placed on the counter, then simply a "your order, goodbye" before leaving, without even a glance. A little more attention and consideration for the customer would have been appreciated.

12/08/2026: Today's special: double wait time, double order error, and a complete lack of consideration! I came on the evening of August 11th for two takeaway pizzas (one Ultimate Meat with a tomato base and one Cheesy Crush). After the initial wait, I was told that one of them would be remade because it had been prepared with the wrong sauce. So I waited again... only to end up with just one pizza (and a small box of Kick'n Chicken)!!! Not wanting to wait any longer after these two consecutive mistakes, I asked for a refund and thanked the person who took my order for the wasted time. Their response: "You're welcome!" Making a mistake is one thing. Making a string of mistakes and then casually responding to a customer who has just wasted her time is quite another! I won't be repeating the experience anytime soon, and I'll be ordering my pizzas elsewhere from now on!

02/08/2026: Very unpleasant. I stopped by to rest for a bit because it was raining too hard. When I came out after having a coffee, some guys outside told me to "go away." I felt like I was being looked at very badly. I didn't do anything there, but after reading the comments, I'm thinking if you're a foreigner, don't go.

27/08/2026: The restaurant is very well located, right in the heart of Béziers. The staff were excellent, both our waitress and the head waiter. The food is simple, efficient, and very good—exactly what you expect from a brasserie. Well done!

27/08/2026: A fantastic experience during the Béziers Feria! We tried this bistro right in the middle of the Feria, which was incredibly busy and the staff was clearly very busy. Despite the crowds, we managed to get a table quickly, and the service was quite smooth and fast, which was really appreciated given how busy it was! I especially enjoyed their paella, and frankly, it was delicious! A tasty meal and a great find. I really want to commend the staff, who were obviously very busy but still did their best to welcome customers and minimize the wait. Overall, a great experience, with a warm welcome and a good meal. I recommend it!

21/08/2026: The room was unfortunately very poorly cleaned and its overall condition left much to be desired. The mattresses were particularly uncomfortable and of very poor quality, which made for a difficult night's sleep. The room is in dire need of a major renovation and much more thorough maintenance. I am very disappointed with my stay, as I expected a minimum level of comfort and cleanliness.

09/08/2026: If you really have nowhere else to sleep, go for it. No restaurant or breakfast. Dirty room, very poor service, but comfortable mattress and welcome air conditioning. It'll do in a pinch.
