From the organization to the welcome, from the cocktail hour to the meal, not to mention the service and the smiles of the entire team: nothing to complain about! Highly professional, quality products, a delicious meal, and a team that went above and beyond. The entertainment around the wedding cake was simply magnificent and truly memorable. 19/09/2026: The staff is very friendly and welcoming, but I have mixed feelings about my experience. I found the service a bit too intrusive: we were asked very frequently if everything was alright, to the point that it somewhat interrupted the conversation and the time spent at the table. Regarding the menu, I thought it was a shame that there were no salads offered in the evening, especially for those who wanted a lighter meal. The same goes for the set menus: the starter + main course + dessert option is quite substantial, and I would have appreciated the option of choosing just a starter + main course or a main course + dessert. Finally, considering what was offered, I found the value for money rather high. This is, of course, a personal opinion. So, the staff is pleasant, but the set menu doesn't really correspond to what I look for when I go to a restaurant in the evening.

29/09/2026: A very good experience. The service was friendly and the value for money was excellent. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, which we found very tasty. The only slight drawback was the noise; we were seated inside and at times we couldn't hear the menu descriptions clearly.

We opted for the Lobster menu and were not disappointed; everything was beautifully prepared and delicious—the plates spoke for themselves! The desserts were also excellent. We had a wonderful time. The only downside was the decor, which was a bit dated and could use a refresh.

18/09/2026: I had a really lovely time at L’Ambassade. I particularly enjoyed the butternut squash and hazelnut velouté, served as an amuse-bouche: delicious! The sea bass supreme was also very good, and the dessert was perfect for the girls. However, I was a little disappointed by the starter, which was advertised as grilled squid with garden cherry tomatoes, Niçoise style. Instead of grilled squid, I found it was presented more like squid in broth and served cold. There was only one cherry tomato, accompanied mainly by sliced ​​carrots and zucchini. I found this a bit disappointing considering the description and what I had imagined. As for the service, it was pleasant overall, but I felt it sometimes lacked a bit of attention, especially with the drinks. Here's my brief feedback, with a very good overall impression and a lovely time spent at the Embassy.

26/08/2026: Passing through Béziers on holiday, we discovered this charming establishment. The home-style cooking was excellent! I highly recommend the Necere risotto – a wonderful find! Impeccable service in an exceptional setting at the foot of the Madeleine church.

04/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! I loved the place, from the terrace and the decor to the fantastic market-style atmosphere. The open kitchen is a real bonus: you can watch the dishes being prepared, which makes it even more enticing. I chose the meat, which was incredibly tender and flavorful, served with fries and homemade sauce. The daily special, prepared on-site, is also very reasonably priced. This is definitely a place I'll keep in mind; I'll be back!

17/09/2026: What can I say?... an extremely pleasant experience? Yes! We ordered the prawn dish and the cuttlefish dish: both were excellent, generous portions, delicious, and perfectly cooked. And should I even mention the welcome, the atmosphere, and the setting (patio)? Come and see for yourself; it'll be easier to describe, and you'll love the entire experience. Oh, I almost forgot: I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but the gourmet coffee was the perfect way to finish the meal: excellent and very refined. My wife adored the pavlova. The pastries were all homemade, but you can tell they're homemade. We stumbled upon it by chance, without knowing anything about it, and we'll definitely be back. We highly recommend it.

05/09/2026: The pizzas are prepared right in front of you and cooked in a wood-fired oven – some of the best pizzas we've ever had. I had the pasta carbonara, which was absolutely delicious. My son had a panna cotta on his children's menu; I tried it, and it was just as delicious. All at a reasonable price. We live nearby and will definitely be back.

29/08/2026: A very good, albeit somewhat pricey, brasserie. The dishes are delicious. There are a few too many chairs, making it difficult for guests to have a private conversation with their table neighbors. The food selection is good, as is the drinks menu.
