29/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Béziers. The dishes were perfectly prepared; the sweetbreads and rabbit, which are hard to find in restaurants, were delicious. There was a lovely emphasis on vegetables, expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The cheese platter was also a delightful journey through the regions of France. The small Corsican cheese was excellent. Thank you for this wonderful evening. The chef's visit at the end of the meal is always a welcome touch.

28/08/2026: A wonderful discovery for a dinner with friends. A quiet little alleyway, perfect for a pleasant outdoor dining experience. Generous portions and a delicious dessert. Attentive service. No wait. I highly recommend this establishment.

You immediately feel at ease, like you're visiting friends. And what can we say about his cuisine… always so generous, flavorful, and full of character! A real treat, with that little touch that makes you want to come back. We had a wonderful time and we're already looking forward to booking a table to experience the Feria atmosphere at Petit Pierre! 🎉🐂🍷 Another opportunity to enjoy delicious food and, above all, to share a great time in what must be an incredible atmosphere!

31/08/2026: 2024, We'd been wanting to try Pierre Augé's cuisine for a long time. We finally did! It's inventive, with sophisticated flavors and divinely cooked. We'll definitely be back. Edit 2026, second visit and just as good. The chef himself creates the menu, based on his inspiration and the freshest ingredients. It's delicious, fresh, original—in short, come eat at Petit Pierre's and treat your taste buds.

04/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! I loved the place, from the terrace and the decor to the fantastic market-style atmosphere. The open kitchen is a real bonus: you can watch the dishes being prepared, which makes it even more enticing. I chose the meat, which was incredibly tender and flavorful, served with fries and homemade sauce. The daily special, prepared on-site, is also very reasonably priced. This is definitely a place I'll keep in mind; I'll be back!

25/08/2026: Excellent dinner, atmosphere and service! On a Monday when everything seemed closed we discovered Les Louis. The tarte tatin: 10 points! We had dinner between 2: anchovy and artichoke salad and duck breast with honey sauce accompanied by an unforgettable red wine. Merci!

21/08/2026: Given all the positive reviews for this restaurant, we were very surprised by our experience. The biggest negative point of our evening was the wait; an hour passed between our arrival and the service of our food, even though the terraces were open but the interior was closed. Perhaps they were understaffed? But we received no explanation. Apparently, our request for extra seasoning didn't sit well with one of the waiters, who made an inappropriate remark. As for the dishes, they were classic, made with what were probably industrial ingredients; which contrasts sharply with the prices (€14 for two small goat cheese toasts). In closing, we would still like to thank Chantal for her cheerfulness and service. The restaurant's location is also ideal, and the building itself is very charming.

The service was impeccable, the chef was present in the dining room, and all the little touches, like the complimentary truffle, were wonderful. The food was excellent, the atmosphere and the chef's energy were fantastic; we wish there were more restaurants like this! This place is among the best I've ever been to. A huge THANK YOU!

22/08/2026: Beautiful patio and lovely decor right in the heart of the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A minor drawback: the service was very slow due to a table of 12 arriving just before us, and there was clearly a lack of a head sommelier with whom we would have enjoyed chatting, given the excellent selection of regional wines on offer.

29/08/2026: A very good, albeit somewhat pricey, brasserie. The dishes are delicious. There are a few too many chairs, making it difficult for guests to have a private conversation with their table neighbors. The food selection is good, as is the drinks menu.
