29/03/2024: Very pleasant restaurant and staff. The food is really good, faultless.

19/03/2024: We returned to the Factory after several years and we were won over by the cuisine as well as the welcome and service. We were very well received with a smile from start to finish :) And the food… super good! We took: a fried beef tartare salad and poultry supreme in mushroom ballotine and potato mille-feuille (which you can see in the photos) Beef tartare… a delight! I’ve eaten tartares in my life but I loved this one! Portion wise it’s perfect! Neither too much nor not enough The poultry supreme in ballotine was also a delight. Portion wise it's more than enough, and from the cooking to the flavors everything was well done. For dessert we had a gourmet coffee and a floating island (see photo) The gourmet coffee consisted of a sort of French toast/tatin, rice pudding/caramel, Catalan cream. Everything was homemade and fresh For the floating island if you look at the photos it looks like an iceberg 😂 but the island is so light that it passes by itself! The best floating island eaten (for me) to date Finally, we had an excellent time at Factory. I recommend it with all eyes closed for people who love good food, fresh products, and especially wine! ^^

19/02/2024: We were very well received for a private meal on a Saturday lunchtime for around thirty guests from a cycling club. In addition to a friendly aperitif, the chef and his assistant had pulled out all the stops to delight us, with a very good mention for the dessert, excellent like the previous dishes, but also very well presented. The service is also very good, with very little waiting despite around thirty guests!!! Thank you to the whole team for fine and copious cuisine, in a very pleasant setting and parking available. I recommend!!!

31/03/2024: Even if the employees are friendly, the prices are not worth their gourmet burgers. I took a Tokyo Beef Burger, sorry to encounter an overcooked steak, a thin and dry bread, it had as much salad as steak to the point that we only smelled that and fortunately the sauce which it was I got it admits delicious, disappointed to have spent 11 euros on a burger not worth the price. Notwithstanding, the fries are exactly what you expect from good fries and the sauce that accompanies them was exquisite.

02/04/2024: Very very good burguer at an unbeatable price, I tested a lot of restaurants on mtp (who make burguers) and in terms of quality at Alex it's like a sick burguer that would cost 25 euros in a restaurant, in short, go try it! I'm modifying this review to just say that it doesn't close late enough, damn the disappointment 😂🤌

31/03/2024: Magnificent 17th century property, superbly restored. From arrival to departure, faultless professional gestures, a smile at all times, very special attention. High standard assigned room offering great bedding comfort. Spacious and bright bathroom. Our very fine meal at the Jardin des Sens, under the imposing frescoes of the vaulted ceilings, was a very pleasant moment. The choice between two tasting menus or à la carte allows you to satisfy the inspiration of the moment. The Pourcel brothers and their talented team introduced us to classic cuisine prepared with quality products and a creative touch. All our thanks to the sommelier who introduced us to a wine-food pairing of great finesse. Accept our deepest thanks.
