24/09/2026: For me, one of the most beautiful cafés in Montpellier. The interior is beautifully designed. They have great cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and live music several times a week. 🎵 It's also an exhibition space showcasing alternative concepts and artists. 👩‍🎨 The service is very friendly, and it's easy to strike up a conversation with other guests. A place we'll definitely be returning to. Thank you for your concept.

14/08/2026: Best pain au chocolat I’ve ever had! This place was perfection, from the baked goods to the salads and service. Having lived in London, I could see the inspiration from the chef Ottolenghi and learnt the chef at Ikonka trained and worked with him in London for 3 years which you can tell with the impeccable flavours and consideration throughout the food. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Montpelier.

21/09/2026: We had a terrible experience. Altough the waiter was friendly and the venue was not to bad, the food was terrible. We couldn't believe all the good reviews. We had the chorizo croquettes but they were very dry, the filet mignon was overcooked and also very dry, the risotto wasn't a risotto but a pasta and the desert had no taste at all. I'm sorry to tell this but the food was worthless. Than we had a group menu and the wines were included (one bottle per 3 pers.). We had to pay the bill and all of a sudden, the wines were no longer included. I won't recommand it to anyone.

01/10/2026: Update – September 2026 As customers for several years (my previous review in August 2022 was glowing), we returned in September 2026 and were unfortunately disappointed. The food is still decent and the dishes are still nicely presented, but the portions have significantly decreased, as other reviews have already pointed out. The most striking difference is the ribeye steak: once generous, it is now almost paltry in comparison. The "goat cheese log purse" appetizer actually contains a small piece of log, not a whole one: the menu description is misleading. The cordon bleu with cheese sauce and the Nutella fondant were good, but lacked the "wow" factor of the past. And all this for the same prices, which makes the portion reduction all the more regrettable. As for the service, it was a pleasure to see some familiar faces, still smiling and polite. However, the new staff isn't as welcoming and attentive as we were used to. In short: smaller portions, the same prices, and a less warm welcome. It's still a decent place, but no longer the exceptional place it once was. We sincerely hope to see L'Anonyme return to its former glory. August 2022: Excellent service, excellent restaurant; the waiters and waitresses are all extraordinarily amazing. It's a very good place to eat well at totally affordable prices.

30/09/2026: If you're looking for a halal restaurant where the food is good, this is it! The portions are generous, the presentation is excellent, and above all, I highly recommend it! We've been coming here for years to celebrate all our family events.

08/09/2026: I finished classes at 1 p.m. By 1:10 p.m., I was already being served. The welcome was warm. It's clean and the food is very good.

10/06/2026: Fabulous! My daughter and I stopped by without much expectation. And what a pleasant surprise! The food was fresh and expertly prepared, the service was top-notch (special mention to the manager who is incredibly kind), and the prices were very reasonable. 🙂 A little moment of pure bliss; we'll definitely be back!

11/09/2026: A place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a beautiful, warm, and cozy setting: ideal for lunch with friends. 🥰 A perfect and very professional welcome, with a particularly attentive and helpful head waiter. The menu is quite limited. As the two starters offered didn't appeal to me, he spontaneously suggested another without hesitation: a thoughtful touch I greatly appreciated. A minor reservation, however, regarding the tiramisu, which could still be improved, particularly in terms of the flavors, which lacked depth. I really enjoyed the little touches that accompanied the meal: an amuse-bouche upon arrival, followed by delicious petits fours with coffee. I love these kinds of thoughtful touches! 🥰 A charming place with quality service and a genuine desire to please. A very pleasant experience that makes me want to return.

07/09/2026: This is great for people with celiac disease, but it's perfect for everyone else too. The galettes are delicious, both the savory and sweet ones; they're very large, and there's a wide variety to choose from. The price is good, not excessive. The service is excellent. Highly recommended.

16/09/2026: A great spot if you want a cozy tavern-style place with an outdoor garden and very, very good value for money, undoubtedly the best in Montpellier.
