15/03/2026: Perfectly located for sunbathing by the canal. I went there for lunch and had one of the best croque monsieur's of my life! Golden cheese, €10. Perfect 😋 The waitresses are incredibly attentive and friendly. 👏

03/04/2026: They refused to serve us; they had space and people eating, so they weren't closing. We felt very mistreated and they didn't give us any explanation. It's a real shame because we came on the recommendation of a local friend.

17/02/2026: Have you ever been to a bakery where, when I refused to buy bread because they supposedly had to save it for regular customers, even though the bread basket was overflowing with freshly baked loaves and other items displayed for sale, they looked me straight in the eye and told me, "No, there's no bread," adding, "It's all reserved." It's unbelievable! I've never seen anything like it. It's a disgrace, I've never seen anything like it! So you know what to do: run away! Unacceptable!

21/02/2026: A delight. We had lunch at the market restaurant and it was pure bliss for our taste buds. We will gladly return. Bravo to the chef for the octopus with chorizo ​​and fresh market vegetables.

23/03/2026: March 2026 Very welcoming staff, no problem getting a table on the terrace for a single traveler. The mussels marinière were generous and I thoroughly enjoyed them, accompanied by a lovely rosé! Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it!! *** PS: betit bml... I forgot my walking stick by the till after paying. Someone quickly stole it 😕 Please know that your theft prevented me from going for a walk or a longer outing - as there's no way to buy a replacement in Sète.

22/03/2026: Nothing special, just okay. The Caesar salad was expensive, lots of greens but very little substance... The service was nothing special, the regulars in the middle talking incredibly loudly as if they owned the place... not for me...

25/12/2025: An exceptional themed evening. A fantastic time with the other guests and the owner. Great atmosphere with the singer and delicious food. Just as good as 10 years ago when we were in Sète.

07/12/2025: It was truly disastrous; it ruined my day. I went there on December 7th, 2025. The person (who seemed to be the manager or owner) was extremely bitter, spoke rudely to customers, and wouldn't even give us cutlery. The service was atrocious; we were treated as if we were begging. She was also rude to the employees. I really regret going there. The waffle gave me terrible stomach pain; it felt like I was eating raw batter.

30/01/2026: The food (croque monsieur and panini) wasn't fresh (you could tell just by looking at it, and then your stomach would tell you the same thing), and the cashier couldn't even print the receipt. He asked me to wait "while he saw what he could do," then ignored me, hoping I'd leave. Which I did. Oh yes, one last problem: I ordered a chocolate éclair and got a coffee one. I went in trusting the overall rating, and I regret it. Incomprehensible.

27/01/2026: Excellent bakery, I highly recommend it. The products are always fresh, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

22/02/2026: Excessive prices, a simple chocolate éclair is €4!! Further down, they're excellent and only €2.70!! Breads: excessively priced. Further down at the Corniche bakery: normal prices. Nothing extraordinary about this bakery except that it has an enclosed terrace, but people smoke a lot on this "CLOSED" terrace, and you're forced to put up with the smoke, especially for children and those sensitive to tobacco. So personally, even though I live nearby, I don't go back because of the high prices, the sandwiches with no real ingredients, the smoking under the enclosed terrace, and the staff who aren't exactly friendly... It works because there's a swimming pool next door, and in the summer, it's a tourist trap.

25/01/2026: Convenient bakery with parking... We ordered some excellent cakes... However, this weekend we picked up some pastries that weren't fresh. Therefore, it's best to order ahead to ensure freshness.

11/03/2026: After several years of frequenting this restaurant with very positive experiences, our visit in February was disastrous. Both the food and the service were terrible. We often come to Sète, but we will never set foot in this restaurant again.
